Third Person's POV

We start in the Great Unknown where a wolf pack are seen fighting a test pod and destroy.

*Meanwhile at the Robotnik's command center*

Snively reads a printout "Oh, my. This is serious" Snively "Hmmm..." Robotnik said "Excuse me, Sir" Snively said "Doomsday. Even the name has a poetic ring. Don't you think, Snively?" Robotnik asks "Very poetic, Sir, but..." Snively said "It won't be long now, Snively, when we will see my poetry in motion. Doomsday will finish the job I started during the coup. Before... before that miserable hedgehog and that miserable wolf came along!" Robotnik said "Yes, Sir, but..." Snively said "Sometimes my brilliance amazes even me. Don't you agree, Snively?" Robotnik said "Oh yes Sir, but..." Snively said "But what?" Robotnik asks "The Wolf Pack, Sir. They've sabotaged the test pod" Snively said "They what?!" Robotnik asks " Here, Sir. Read it for yourself" Snively said "I thought we eliminated those miserable beasts. I only need ONE miserable wolf in my life to destroy. Put up the surveillance tape" Robotnik said and the monitor shows a replay of the wolves attacking the pod "What's the damage?!" Robotnik asks "Minimal, Sir. Engineering says it can be back online in six hours" Snively said "Then get out there, Snively, and make it happen!"  Robotnik said "Yes, sir" Snively said "Oh boy, I'd like to get your nose in a vice someday" Snively mumbles "Stop grumbling and find me those wolves!" Robotnik said.

*Back at the Great Unknown*

"Yo, Nicole. Is this it?" Brody asks "Magnifying, my main Brody. Information on Great Unknown is limited. Area relatively uncharted" Nicole said "Nicole, please display the King's Freedom Fighter list" Sally said "I am too boring with this journey. It is taking too awfully longer if I ask me" Antoine said yawning "Well, nobody's asking you, Ant" Sonic said "We can't set up a Freedom Fighters network unless we find them first, Tony" Dulcy said "Nicole, magnify Freedom Fighter groups located in the Great Unknown" Sally said "The only group located in this area is the Wolf Pack, Sally" Nicole said "Displ-" Sally said "You said a wolf pack?! Tell me about them Nicole" Brody said "They're an ancient culture with a remarkable respect for nature. Following Robotnik's takeover, they remained loyal to the King and were consequently driven off their land" Nicole said "So where do we find them, Nicole?" Sonic asks "Their home base is twenty-one point three kilometers south-southeast of the Great Canyon. There are five possible routes" Nicole said "Cool! Which one is the shortest?" Brody asks "In English" Sonic said "Go straight, hang a left, then a right" Nicole said "Brody and I'll scout ahead. What do you think, Sally?" Sonic asks "Well, I think we should..." Sally said "Ciao!" Brody said running off and Sonic follows him "...all stay together!" Sally finished "Thanks for asking!" She said sarcastically.

Sonic and Brody reach a lake of bubbling muck "Man. There goes the neighborhood. Phew!" Brody said "I smell Ro-butt-nik. Later!" Sonic said as he and Brody run off, but they get struck by lightning in their tails making the two yelp "Outta here!" Sonic and Brody said as they continue running while avoid getting struck by more lightning bolts "Man, We are gonna re-name this place "The Great Ugly"" Sonic said "Sonic! Brody!" Sally said as she and Antoine were flying on Dulcy "D'oh, man!" Brody said as he and Sonic start waving their hands to signal them to stop "Going down" Dulcy said "Oh, I am hating this part too much" Antoine said and the group screams as Dulcy descends and slides on the floor "Dulce! Stop! Stop!" Sonic and Brody said and they grunt grabbing Dulcy's tail to make her stop before she reached the lightning area "What is happened? What is happened?" Antoine asks "It's okay, Antoine" Sally said and hops off Dulcy "Sonic, Brody, what's wrong?" She asks "Another two feet and you guys would have been nuked!" Brody said "What do you mean "nuked"?" Dulcy asks "Check this" Sonic said and tosses a rock, which is quickly zapped by lightning "Are you kidding me?" Dulcy asks "Yo! Does this look like We're kidding? We've got to find another route, Sally" Brody said "Nicole, plot alternate route to the Wolf Pack base" Sally said "There are four remaining alternate routes, Sally" Nicole said "Give us the next shortest one, without the lightning" Sonic said.

*Later at the Great Unknown, canyon*

"Oh great. Dead end city. Two bad calls in a row, Nicole" Brody said "What is this place? Nicole, can you translate these hieroglyphics?" Sally asks "Working, Sally..." Nicole said "Yo! How about "working" us a way outta here?" Sonic asks "Sonic, a little patience, please?" Sally asks "Fine" Sonic sighs and taps his foot impatiently ""Patience is up" Sonic said "The hieroglyphics appear to be ancient symbols used by the wolf Pack. Translations indicate surrounding environs carry a curse for all intruders, but also indicate..." Nicole said "A curse? You are saying there's a bad lucks curse on us? Ooh! We must leave this terrible place. No! Not again! Aaaagh! The curse! It is the curse!" Antoine said knocking on a rock wall with hieroglyphics opening a path "Whoa!" Sonic and Brody said "It's interesting" Sally said "It's small" Dulcy said "It's very scary" Antoine said "It's our only way out. Let's kick" Sonic and Brody said "Come on, guys" Sally said "Nuh-uh. Sorry, Sally. I hate little underground places. I got clausto... uh, clorto..." Dulcy said "Claustrophobia" Sally said "Yo, Sally. What's holding up the ol' parade?" Sonic asks "Dulcy's afraid of small, underground places" Sally said "Ah, Ducky, I am glad you are coming to my senses. We will not be going into that cur-sed place" Antoine said "I could fly over the canyon and meet you on the other side, Sonic and Brody" Dulcy said "Aah... we don't know where this will empty out. Better jam back to Knothole, Dulcy" Brody said "Okay. Good luck" Dulcy said "And take the Curse-meister with you" Sonic said "All aboard, Tony. Last call for Knothole" Dulcy said and Antoine whines "My Princess or my safety. I am knowing I will be too sorry. I am knowing this is a terrible mistake. I am knowing I am too stupid!" Antoine said "Arrivederci, Tony!" Dulcy said and flies away as Antoine trips and screams as he bounces down the tunnel as Sonic, Brody and Sally were still going down the underground path "Huh?" Sally asks and Antoine lands near Sally "Antoine, are you alright?" Sally asks "Oh, get serious, Sally; he's never been all right" Sonic said and the entrance closes behind them making Antoine scream "It's the curse. It's the curse!" Antoine said and eyes peer out of the darkness in the tunnel "It is the terrible curse bringing us bad lucks!" Antoine said and Brody lights a torch "Ant, put a sock in it" Brody said "My socks? What is wronging with my socks?" Antoine asks and sniffs his foot "Ooh" He said and Sonic sighs "Chill here, Sally. Brody and I'll check ahead" Sonic said "Sonic! Brody!" Sally said "Later!" Sonic and Brody said running ahead "Wait a minute!" Sally said.

Sonic and Brody soon reach a split in the tunnel "Whoa!" Sonic and Brody said and stop as they see two paths in front of them "Shorcut" Sonic said and the two run in one path but they reach a drop-off "Uncool" Brody said and they screech to a halt. Brody drops a rock and the two wait impatiently listens for it to hit bottom "Not a shortcut. Outta here!" Brody said as he and Sonic return to Sally and Antoine "Nothin' but a dead end" Sonic said "Something is dead? Where? Where?" Antoine asks "Sonic and Brody, from now on I think we should..." Sally said "Be right back, Sally!" Brody said as he and Sonic run away as Sally sighs "...stay together" Sally said. The tunnel caves in "Huh? Whoa!" Sonic and Brody said and they return to Sally and Antoine "You know what We think?" Sonic asks "How could anyone possibly know what you two think?" Sally asks "We should stick together" Brody said "And I think someone wants us to stay in this tunnel" Sally said "Oh, my..." Antoine said and mumbles incoherently "Oh, sacre blue cheese. Someone is here. It is the curse, I am saying to you. We are doom-ed. Doom-ed!" Antoine said and mumbles incoherently jumping on Sally's arms "Antoine" Sonic and Brody said and Antoine realizes where he is "Oh, hello my Princess. Mmm" Antoine said "Ooh, this is very nice" He mumbles and Sally drops Antoine and Sonic sees a wolf hidding "Hey! Why are you following us, pal?" Sonic asks "You trespass on our land.....wait a wolf's with you?" The wolf in red clothes asks "Yes I am. And sorry for trespassing my main wolf, all we want is a way out of here" Brody said "Can you show us?" Sally asks "Certainly, if that is all you wish. Come" the wolf in red said walking off and Brody, Sonic, Sally and Antoine follow the wolf "It is the terrible curse" Antoine said and they soon reach a dead end "What's up?" Brody asks "Wait here" the wolf said and presses a button. Brody, Sonic, Sally and Antoine scream as they fall down a trapdoor "I told you! It is the curse; the curse!" Antoine said as they were going down a slide "Shut up, Ant!" Sonic and Brody said as they reach the end as Sonic, Brody and Sally land on their feet while Antoine doesn't and the four look ahead and see five wolfs "Greetings. I am Lupe, leader of the Wolf Pack Freedom Fighters" Lupe said "Freedom Fighters?" Brody, Sonic, Sally and Antoine ask.

*The Fire Pit*

"We really didn't know what to expect. There was little information about the Wolf Pack" Sally said "Robotnik destroyed all physical traces of our culture. This is all we have left from the earlier times" Lupe said and gives a disk to Sally who places it into Nicole. Nicole displays a hologram of a village "We lived simply and in harmony with nature, raising the food we needed and leaving no mark but our footsteps on the land" Lupe said and the hologram changes "So, after Robotnik captured my father and roboticized most of the pack. A few escapes; although not without reminders" She said and touches her scar "Only ten of us are left now. We returned to find our land being destroyed by the test pod" She said "Oh, man! Sonic and I've seen what that thing can do" Brody said  "It wastes everything" Sonic said nodding "That's why we must contact the other Freedom Fighters on my father's list" Sally said "We're gonna visit all five groups and set up some kinda network to fight Robutt-nik" Sonic said "It's a good plan. I can get a message to the others" Lupe said "That's great, Lupe. Now we gotta figure out some way to fry that pod" Brody said "We can help in that department. We've been raiding Robotnik's outposts for a while now and collected quite a supply" Lupe said showing them "Whoa. That's some serious collecting" Brody said "Lupe, does this still work?" Sally asks "Unfortunately, no" Lupe said "No prob. Sally can fix it. She can fix anything" Sonic said.

*Meanwhile at Robotnik's hovercraft*

"How long?" Snively asks "I can't say, Sir" the tech-bot said "You can't say? What do you mean you can't..." Snively said "Snively!" Robotnik said "Oh, hello Sir" Snively said "When will the test pod be back online?" Robotnik asks "Oh, any minute now, Sir" Snively said "And what of the wolves?" Robotnik asks "The wolves? Yeah. Well, um, Sir. They've disappeared" Snively said "No, Snively. They've just outsmarted you. Now I strongly suggest that you use your pointed, little head and find them! Do I make myself clear?" Robotnik asks "Very clear, Sir" Snively said.

*Back at the Great Unknown, canyon*

Lupe and the wolves went out of the pit with Sonic, Brody, Sally and Antoine when they run into a hover unit "Quickly! This way!" Lupe said and they go another way "Activate heat sensors!" Snively said "Heat sensors activated" Tech-bot said as Lupe and everyone was going back from where they came from when Antoine trips and screams "Ahh! It is the curse beam! We are doom-ed!" Antoine said when Sonic and Brody grab him "Move it, Ant" Sonic and Brody said going inside with him and Lupe closes the entrance and wait for Snively to pass by and everyone gets out again with Sonic and Brody running ahead "All right! Let's go!" Lupe said as Sonic and Brody place charges all over the canyon "Rock 'n' roll time, Ro-butt-nik!" Brody said and triggers the charges and things go "boom" "Yes!" Sonic and Brody said as the test pod explodes "Freedom fighters, all right!" Sally said and the Freedom Fighters cheer as Sonic and Brody reunite with them "Scratch one test pod" Sonic and Brody said "The curse is gone!" Antoine said but gasps "What is this?" He asks as the test pod rises from the rubble "It is the curse. It is the doom-ed curse!" Antoine said and everyone gasps. The Hover Units and the test pod attack everybody in the canyon "Ram and jam time, Sally!" Sonic and Brody said grabbing Sally and they all run away from the test pod "Huh. Scratch that plan" Sonic said "Not exactly the outcome I'd hoped for. Any ideas?" Sally asks "Yeah, maybe Sonic and I'll take a little spin. Slap us some power, Sally" Brody said "Brody, Sonic, where are you two going?" Sally asks "Trust us, Sally" Sonic and Brody said and Sally sighs "I hate it when you two say that" Sally said and takes the power rings from their backpacks and hands it to them "Better move back, Sally" Sonic and Brody said and they use the power rings and speed off and they spin into the ground till they are under the test pod and they come out and spin around making a tornado guiding the test pod toward Snively and the hover units "What's this?! Computer, reverse course! Take evasive action!" Snively said and screams as the tornado throws the test pod, Snively and the hover crafts into the ground and the Freedom Fighters cheer as Sonic and Brody reunite with Lupe and Sally "Well done, Sonic and Brody. That was close" Lupe said "Sonic and Brody, you two were wonderful" Sally said and Sonic kisses Brody's cheek "This guy came up with the plan" Sonic said "Aw, thanks. I thought we could..." Brody said when the test pod begins moving "Huh? I don't believe it" Sonic said "We've blown it up, buried it, and wrecked it; and still it comes back!" Lupe said "We will stop this thing, Lupe. I don't know how yet, but we will stop it" Sally said and the four run off.

*At Robotnik's crashed hovercraft*

"Computer, damage report" Snively said "Damage minimal. All systems fully operational" the computer said and Snively falls off his seat "I hate when that happens. Switch to full power!" Snively said and Robotnik's hovercraft reactivates as it flips right side up "Ow! I hate my life" Snively said and Robotnik's hovercraft takes off "Alright you Freedom Fighters, come on. Show yourselves you little..." Snively said when Robotnik appears as a hologram "Snively!" Robotnik said "Yes, Sir?" Snively asks "The wolves, Snively?" Robotnik asks "The wolves. Oh, yes Sir. I-I had them in my sights, Sir, but you see the hedgehog and the wolf interfered and I..." Snively said "The hedgehog's with the Wolf Pack? Send me your surveillance tapes. Now!" Robotnik said and the hologram on the monitor disappears "Send me your surveillance tapes... Now!" Snively said mockingly sending the tapes adn Robotnik watches them "Hmm...." Robotnik said and then re-appears on Snively's monitor "Snively" Robotnik said "Sir?" Snively asks "Have you noticed there are caves along the top of the canyon wall, but none at ground level?" Robotnik asks "Oh. Yes, Sir" Snively said "What does that tell you?" Robotnik asks "That the wolves..." Snively said and yelps "used to be very tall?" Snively asks "It means... they're camouflaging the lower entrances. Find them!" Robotnik said "Yes, Sir" Snively said and Robotnik's hovercraft fires shots into the canyon, as a cave is revealed "Bingo! Bingo! Yes!" Snively said.

*Back at the Wolf Pack base*

"The curse. Oh! It is the curse!" Antoine said and whines "Ant! Forget the curse. There is no stupid curse!" Sonic said "He's right, Antoine. We use the threat of a curse to keep out intruders" Lupe said "No curses? Oh. Phew and phew again. I am so happy to hear that" Antoine said "Nicole, any suggestions?" Sally asks "Insufficient data, Sally" Nicole said "Maybe the pod is indestructible; a new metal or..." Lupe said "Lupe! Swat-Bots are in the tunnels!" The Wolf in red said "Lead them to the Caves of No Return" Lupe said "Lupe, wait. I have an idea. Bring them here" Sally said "Lead the Swat-Bots here?" Brody asks "Trust me, Brody and Sonic" Sally said "Oh, We hate when you say that" Sonic and Brody said.

*At the Tunnels*

Two swatbots in hovercrafts go through the tunnels when they spot Sonic, Brody and Sally "Priority one hedgehog and wolf, freeze!" The swatbot said and takes the trio to Robotnik's hovercraft putting cuffs on their arms and legs.

*At Robotnik's hovercraft*

"Well, won't Robotnik be surprised. I've accomplished what he never could" Snively said "Hey! It ain't over 'til the hedgehog and wolf sing, Snootly, and We feel a song coming on!" Sonic said as he and Brody jump on a swatbot knocking it down "Nicole, laser!" Sally said and Nicole's lasers free Sally as Snively tries to reach the controls "Oh, no you don't!" Sally said grabbing Snively by his pants "Have a seat!" Sally said sitting Snively on his chair and spins it around tehn goes to Sonic and Brody using Nicole's laser to free them "Way past, Sally" Sonic and Brody said "Well, what did you expect, Sonic and Brody?" Sally asks and the three high five. Sally puts Nicole on the hovercraft's controls as Sonic and Brody tie up Snively to the chair and they start pacing back and forth "Anything yet, Sal?" Sonic and Brody ask "Not since the last time you two asked... five seconds ago" Sally said "Would you stop talking at the same time hedgehog and wolf! You three won't get away with this! Robotnik will..." Snively said "Shut up, Snively!" Sonic, Brody and Sally said "Oh my gosh. Here it is. Nicole, copy!" Sally said "This is gonna help us..." Brody said "...fry the pod. Exactly. Come on" Sally said and the three run away "I hate you! I hate you three!" Snively said.

*Later a the Great Canyon*

"I always suspected that pod was attracted to life forces; this confirms it" Lupe said "And by using a power beam..." Sally said "They're coming in!" A wolf said as Sonic and Brody wait near a cliff "Come on, pod-breath. We're getting old here. Huh? 'Bout time" Sonic said when the test pod arrives and they start running through the lightning path as the test pod fires at them and the duo laughs "Whee! Come on in! Hey, pod-brain!" Brody said as the test pod goes after Sonic and Brody "Alright! Jelly and jam time!" Sonic and Brody said as they run faster with the help of the power rings and the test pod is zapped by a lightning bolt and is finally destroyed "Toast. Yeah!" Sonic and Brody said as the Wolf Pack cheers while picking up Sonic and Brody "Ow, careful guys. We're a little singed. Ah, thank you, thank you..." Sonic said "Good news! The other Freedom Fighters are anxious to meet with us; the sooner the better" Lupe said and everyone cheers.

*Later at Knothole Village, day*

Ari, Lupe, Sally, Brody, Sonic, Dirk and Polo raise their fists "All for one, and one for all. Freedom Fighters forever!" Ari, Lupe, Sally, Brody, Sonic, Dirk and Polo said "My father would be very proud to know we're together for our most important mission-- to destroy the Doomsday Project and defeat Robotnik" Sally said "To freedom!" Sonic and Brody said "To freedom!" Ari, Lupe, Sally, Brody, Sonic, Dirk and Polo said and they all cheer as this chapter comes to an end.
