"Brody, Sally and I used the time stones to blast to the past and stop Robuttnik before he messed everything up. We got there too late. Things were looking mondo ugly. Especially Robuttnik.

And now.

Third Person's POV

In the Royal Palace where we left of. Robotnik laughs "Your majesty. Members of the Royal Court, may I welcome you to the capitol of my new kingdom. Robotropolis. A city. Of the future" Robotnik said "Sonic, Brody, you two and Sally must leave, now" Uncle Chuck said "Not without you Unc and Brody's dad" Sonic said and Brody nodded "Any final words for your subjects? Sire?" Robotnik asks "You can't win this, Julian" King  Maximillian said "The name is no longer Julian! From this day forward, I.... am Robotnik" Robotnik said "We mean it boys. Take the others now and get out" Markus said "No way dad!" Brody said "There's no time to argue son. You two must get the kids to Knothole" Markus said "Now we're going to scramble the program on the bots, then you two take off. Run like the wind, boys!" Uncle Chuck said and takes out scramble sticks and starts throwing them to the bots along with Markus "Hey, bot, say cheese!" Markus and Uncle Chuck said "Sir Charles and Mr. Wolf, you two dare resist! Get them, get them!" Robotnik said as Sonic and Brody run to Sally and grab het "Grab on, Sally!" Sonic and Brody said running away with her making a strong wind "Snively, what was that?" Robotnik asks "Something very blue and yellow, sir!" Snively said.

*Later at Uncle Chuck's House*

"Sonic, Brody, Sally!" Sally calls out "Maybe Rosie already took them to Knothole" Brody said "Maybe" Sally said whem swatbots crash through the walls surrounding the trio "You are under arrest" the swatbots said.

*At The Holding Cells*

"Juice! Trickster!" Young Sonic and Brody said as Sonic, Brody and Sally were being taken to their cell "Hang in kids, we'll get you out" Brody said and Sonic nodded as the swatbots shove them into a far away cell "Hey, chill metal head! We'll be back" Sonic said as the door closes "Sonic, Brody, we have to get the kids out! If they're roboticized...." Sally said "Then we'll be robots too" Sonic said "Worse, we won't exist" Sally said "Won't exist, you mean like not alive and kicking?" Brody asks "Precisely" Sally said "Oh, very uncool" Sonic said.

*Meanwhile at Robotnik's Lair*

"Starting launch sequence" Snively said as the rockets on the Destroyer fires up as it pollutes the air "Ahhhhhh. Taste that polluted air, Snively. Isn't it marvelous?" Robotnik asks "Yes sir" Snively said and coughs "Delightful" he said "Soon, all of Robotropolis will have the same fragrance. Oh, life is good" Robotnik said and the destroyer takes off. As the pollution spreads, Mobotropolis transforms into Robotropolis.

*Back at the Cells*

"If only I would've kept my mind off of chili dogs we could've stopped him" Sonic said "Don't blame yourself Sonic, what's done is done" Brody said "Brody's right. Now we have to find a way out of here" Sally said "No prob Sally!" Brody said "Stand back!" Sonic said "Wait! First we need a plan" Sally said and takes out Nicole "Nicole, give me a holo map of all maintenance tunnel systems in Robotnik's headquarters" Sally said and Nicole shows the holo map "We're here and if it's the same as in the future there's a connecting service tunnel...." Sally said and starts counting her steps "One, two, three, four, five.... right under here" Sally said marking the spot "Spin and win time! Hang tight Sally!" Sonic and Brody said as they spin drilling a hole on the spot "Yo Sally, we are in" Brody said as Sally jumps in after them "Good job Sonic and Brody!" Sally said "We know, We know" Sonic and Brody said "And so modest" Sally said and hangs on Brody as the duo speeds out.

*Back at Robotnik's Lair*

"Status Report Snively" Robotnik said "Yes sir. The destroyer reports 90% of Robotropolis affected, Sir" Snively said "Excellent! What are the prisoner numbers?" Robotnik asks "85% of the population captured and awaiting robotcization sir. However, three prisoners escaped from their cells, sir. Two, very fast, blue hedgehog and yellow wolf" Snively said "Blue hedgehog? Yellow wolf? Hmm. Ah, nothing to fret about. Is the roboticizer ready?" Robotnik asks "Yes, sir! Capacitors charged and waiting" Snively said and Robotnik laughs evilly "It's showtime" Robotnik said.

*Meanwhile in the Prison Tunnel*

Sonic, Brody and Sally are speeding through the tunnel "Sonic, Brody stop here. We're close. We saw the kids on level two when we came in. Our cell was in level three" Sally said "Location verified, Sally" Nicole said as Sonic, Brody and Sally look through the vent "They're gone Sally" Sonic said "this is bad" Brody said "The roboticizer!" Sally said.

*Meanwhile in the Roboticizer Chamber*

Young Bunnie is strapped to the roboticizer, as Snively is at the controls "Energize inverted stabilizers" Robotnik said "Energize, sir" Snively said as Sonic, Brody and Sally look through the vent "We've gotta do something Sally" Brody said "Nicole, can we shut down the Roboticizer?" Sally asks "Available power insufficient, Sally. Damage analysis: loss of power amplifiers and sequential systems processors" Nicole said "Nicole, in English!" Sonic said "In plain English, we can shut it down for about two hours, Sonic" Nicole said "Snively, activate!" Robotnik said "Nicole, activate!" Sally said and the Roboticizer and controls start to spark  "It won't respond sir!" Snively said "Snively! Shut it down, shut it down!" Robotnik said as the controls start smoking as Snively screams and runs away "Great! That buys us two hours. Let's get to Robotnik's main computer. We've got to locate those kids" Sally said "Cool, let's torque!" Sonic and Brody said.

*Later at Robotnik's Lair*

Sally is on Robotnik'scomputer as Sonic and Brody are waiting impatiently "Find anything, Sally?" Brody asks "Nothing yet. But I did find the original Roboticizer plans" Sally said "Roboticizer plans downloaded. Accessing monitors" Nicole said "So, you got the plan, Sally?" Sonic asks "Yes, but we have to...." Sally said and she looks inti the monitor to see the Destroyer heading into the Great Forest "....Oh my gosh! It's headed for the Great Forest!" Sally said "Oh man!" Sonic and Brody said "Sonic, Brody, that never happened. We must have changed history. Do you two realize what that means?" Sally asks "Yeah, it means another mondo headache" Sonic said "If that machine destroys the Great Forest, Knothole will never exist. And chances are neither will we" Brody said "Bu-bu-bu...but I thought if the kids were roboticized we wouldn't exist" Sonic said "That too! Somehow we have to stop both events from happening" Sally said "Oh man! I hate time travel" Sonic said "So what's first?" Brody asks "We have less than two hours before the roboticizer comes back online. How long to reach the Destroyer?" Sally asks "A Sonic second" Sonic and Brody said "Ok, Knothole first, and then the kids. It'll be tight" Sally said "No prob. Let's kick it!" Brody said when Snively arrived "Halt! And just who are you?" Snively asks "What's up, Snidely?" Brody asks "It's Snively. Do I know you?" Snively asks "Not yet, but you will pal, big time!" Brody said as he and Sonic ruffle Snively's hair amidst his prostesting "Nice hair, Snide! Enjoy it while you can" Sonic said as Snively growls while combing his hair while Sonic and Brody laugh "You two are the blue hedgehog and the yellow wolc that escaped!" Snively said and grabs the com "Security to war room, now!" Snively said "Sonic, Brody, time is not on our side" Sally said "We hear ya, Sally" Brody said "Get them, get them, there they are, get them!" Snively said "Chao, Snively" Sonic and Brody said as they rush off with Sally in tow, blowing Snively's hair with them, as he screams and he growls "Sonic and Brody, ooh, you'll pay for this, hedgehog and wolf!" Snively said.

*Later at Robotropolis*

Sonic, Brody and Sally rushes through town, as Sonic and Brody stop at an abandoned chili dog stand "Oh man this is like a bad dream" Sonic said and Brody nodded "Sonic, Brody we don't have time for..." Sally said and gasps at the sound of sirens and a dragon roar and they see Sabina surrounded by three hover units "Surrender dragon, resistance is futile" a hover unit said and Sally gasps "That's Sabina!" Sally said "Sabina? Right, Dulcy's mom!" Sonic said as he and Brody create a whirlwind which takes care of the Hover Units and Sabina flies away. Young Dulcy peeps out from the pouch and waves "Later, Dulce!" Sonic and Brody said waving back and they speed off carrying Sally.

*Meanwhile at Robotnik's Lair*

Robotnik is standing in a control room looking through a window into a strange room where King Maximillian is being held "No matter how long it takes Julian, I will stop you!" Maximillian said "Courageous words, Sire, but where you're going that won't be possible. Open the Void" Robotnik said and a robot pushes some buttons and a wall opens up in the holding room revealing a strange purple and yellow spiral. The Void trues to suck the king in "Impressive, don't you think? Be sure to give Naugus my regards. He's the sorcerer who invented it and your new neighbor. Safe journey, Sire" Robotnik said "You'll regret this Julian, you'll regret this!" Maximillian said as he gets sucked into the Void and the portal closes.

*Meanwhile at the Great Forest*

Sonic, Brody and Sally are following the destroyer "How do we kill that thing?" Sonic asks "I'm working on it.... I've got it!" Sally said as the three approach the sliding tree "Stop here" Sally said "What?" Sonic asks "This is it" Sally said "The sliding tree is your big plan?" Brody asks as the Destroyer approaches. Sally reaches into Sonic and Brody's backpacks and gets the Power Rings "Just trust me, boys" Sally said "Ok let's rock it!" Sonic and Brody said "Prepare to launch in five, four, three, two, one" Nicole said and Sonic and Brody activate the Power Rings and shoots off up through the sliding tree and into the air "Whoa that was big time kicking!" Sonic said and fist bumps with Brody and the two notice their shoes are smoking "Hey, chdck the ol' sneaks!" Brody said "Lovely" Sañly said rolling her eyes and the three start to fall towards the Destroyer "Sally, we're gonna get squashed when we hit that thing. What's the landing plan?" Brody asks "I don't have one. Think of something!" Sally said "Like what?" Sonic asks "The anti-grav's!" Brody said as he and Sonic push a button on their sneakers and they start blowing out air, as Sally screams. They land safely on the Destroyer "Now what?" Sonic and Brody ask "We get inside, we find the master computer and we scramble its brain" Sally said "Cool" Sonic and Brody said.

*Meanwhile at the Large Holding Chamber*

Robotnik enters with a Tech-bot, as a dragon is strapped to a table "This is the one?" Robotnik asks "Affirmative. She destroyed 53 swatbots and five hover units. Her powers are well developed sir" the Tech-bot said as the dragon blows steam out her nose towards Robotnik as he makes a startle noise "The dragons must all be captured and their powers harnessed!" Robotnik said and looks at the dragon "And we're building a special Roboticizer just for you, darling" He said and the dragon blows steam again as Robotnik makes a startled noise again "Roboticize this one first!" Robotnik said.

*Later at Robotnik's Lair*

Snively is looking in a mirror, mourning the loss of his hair as the computer starts beeping "Sir! I've found those escaped prisoners!" Snively said "Switch to visual. I see we have a new look, Snively. Who are they?" Robotnik asks "It's the blue hedgehog and yellow wolf, Sir. Their names are Sonic and Brody" Snively said "Sonic and Brody? Aren't those the names of Sir Charles' nephew and Mr. Wolf's son?" Robotnik asks "I believe so, sir" Snively said "Alert ship security. Tell them I want that hedgehog and that wolf alive" Robotnik said.

*At the same time Inside the Destroyer*

Sonic and Brody are trying to open a trap door in the floor. They finally succeed to find several swatbots climbing up the ladder to meet them "Freeze, you're under arrest" the swatbot said "Arrest this pal!" Brody said shutting the trap door in the swatbot's face "How did they know we're here?" Sonic asks "That's hoe" Sally said pointing at a surveillance orb "Right" Brody said as Sonic spots a massive amount of Hover Units coming "Whoa! Oh man, it just keeps getting better" Sonic said. The swatbots try to push through the door as Sonic and Brody shove them back down laughing. Sally tryes unsuccessfully to open the other trap doors before giving up and opening Nicole "Nicole bring up a schematic of the Destroyer" Sally said and Nicole does so when Sabina flies in and uses her wind power to divert the Hover Units and the hover units crash into the Destroyer, destroying it as Sonic, Brody and Sally fall off from it "Sonic! Brody!" Sally said as the three scream and Sabina catches them and the Destroyer crashes.

*Back at Robotnik's Lair*

Robotnik watches a video feed as the Destroyer is destroyed "What are the hedgehog and wolf doing so far fron home?" Robotnik asks "We're trying to find out, Sir" Snively said and Robotnik lifts Snively by the collar, as he squeals "I want that dragon, that hedgehog and that wolf! Can you make me happy twice in one day, Snively?" Robotnik asks as Snively whimpers "Yes, Sir" Snively said "Roboticizer repairs complete in 20 minutes, Sir" the comouter said "Excellent!" Robotnik said.

*Back at the Great Forest*

"Thanks Sabina, later!" Sonic and Brody said waving "Sonic, Brody, we have to go. The Roboticizer will be back online in 10 minutes!  Sally said "Aw man, the kids! Bail time!" Sonic and Brody said and they run off with Sally in tow.

*Later at the Roboticizer Chamber*

"Online in five minutes, Sir" a swatbot said "Excellent, the natives are getting restless" Robotnik said as outside, Sally is trying to break into the ventilation system "How much time?" Brody asks "Two minutes, let's go!" Sally said and the three rush into the ventilation system. "Any advice for your frieds, citizens?" Robotnik asks a captured dog and activates the Roboticizer as the dog is Roboticized. The prisoners gasp "What's the reading?" Robotnik asks "100 percent, Sir" a swatbot said "Excellent, excellent!" Robotnik said "Julian, you're nothing but scum!" Uncle Chuck said "Hehehehehe. I relish the thought. Citizens of Robotropolis. May I present the esteemed inventor of this marvelous device, Sir Charles, Hedgehog!" Robotnik said "And you stole it for your own selfish desires, you thief!" Markus said "Bring the two forward" Robotnik said and two swatbot drag Markus and Uncle Chuck "Chuck!" Young Sonic said tearing up "Dad!" Young Brody said tearing up as well.

*At the same time in the Ventilation System*

"How much time, Sal?" Sonic asks "45 seconds!" Sally said and the three nearly bump into Rosie "Oh thank goodness I found you! Where are the children?" Rosie asks worried "Tell you on the way, Rosie. Grab on" Sally said "Outta here!" Brody said as the four take off.

*Back at the Roboticizer Chamber*

"Ladies and gentlemen, bots and swatbots alike. This humble hedgehog, so brilliant that he was knighted by the king will now serve a new leader along his friend- me" Robotnik said while Young Sonic and Brody are holding each other as they sob "Uncle Chuck" Young Sonic said Dad" Young Brody said as Robotnik activates the Roboticizer, as Markus and Uncle Chuck are roboticized. Sonic and Brody bust through the ventilation making random attack noises as they take out swatbots "Kids, come on, hurry!" Sally said taking the kids through the ventilation "Uncle Chuck!" Young Sonic said "Dad!" Young Brody said "Come on, Sonic and Brody!" Sally said taking the Young Sonic and Brody to the vent "Out of our way, botheads! Hiyah!" Sonic and Brody said "HEDGEHOG AND WOLF!!" Robotnik said as the duo reached Markus and Uncle Chuck "Uncle Chuck! Dad! Fight it!" Brody said "Fight it!" Sonic said as Robotnik grabs Sonic and Brody "Who are you two?" Robotnik asks "A couple you're gonna learn to hate, Robuttnik" Sonic and Brody said "I already hate you both" Robotnik said "Sonic and Brody, we have to go!" Sally said "We don't know how or when" Sonic said "But you're gonna crash and burn, pal!" Brody said "Oh my, I'm shaking in my boots" Robotnik said as Sonic and Brody take off, knocking Robotnik slightly into the Roboticizer and causing his left arm to be Roboticized and Robotnik yells "Get that hedgehog and that wolf, get them, get them!" Robotnik said.

Sonic and Brody see the swatbot from the vents "Oh man!" Sonic and Brody said "Juice, Trickster, are Uncle Chuck and Mr. Markus gonna be alright?" Young Sonic asks "Listen real close now Sonic and Brody, You two gotta trust us on this, okay" Brody said "Okay" Young Brody said "Uncle Chuck and Mr. Markus are gonna be cool. It'll take sone time but they'll be just like they always were" Sonic said "Really?" Young Sonic asks "Serious" Brody said "Cool" Young Brody said as the four high five "Sonic, Brody, we have to go" Sally said "In a sec, Sally. I'm cooking a plan" Brody said and looks at Young Sonic and Brody "Think you boys are fast e ough to help us unload some bots?" Brody asks "No prob!" Young Brody and Sonic said "Let's kick it!" Sonic and Brody said as the four work together to destroy the swatbots, creating a diversion for the others to get away "Come on kids, hurry!" Sally said "Way past!" Sonic, Brody, Young Sonic and Young Brody said.

*Later at Uncle Chuck's House*

"We are still thefastest duo, Juice and Trickster!" Young Sonic said "They beat us!" Sonic said "No, you two beat yourselves" Sally said "Oh yeah, right, cool" Sonic and Brody said "Oh dear. The passageway is buried somewhere under all that" Rosie said "No prob, stand back guys!" Sonic and Brody said as they use a spinning attack to clear the passageway "Whoa, wr've got to try that" Young Sonic and Brody said as Rosie opens the hidden door "Let's go kids, into the tunnel" Sally said and the kids go through "I know it's you, Princess. You can't fool your old nanny" Rosie said "Rosie, I have to tell you something" Sally said "Bots coming!" Brody said "I can't explain now, just promise me you'll never leave Knothole" Sally said "Never? Dear....I don't..." Rosie said "Never! Please Rosie, it's very, very important" Sally said "Well alright then. I promise" Rosie said and leaves through the tunnel "What was that all about, Sally?" Sonic asks "Don't you remember? Worker bots captured her in the Great Forest when we were kids. Robotnik roboticized her" Sally said "Yeah, but I thougjt we weren't supposed to mess with the space and time and stuff" Sonic said "Well...yes, but...." Sally said and gasps and Brody looks out the window "Whoa, Robuttnik is serious" Brody said as Robotnik shows up as the house is totally surrounded "We need a plan, Sally" Sonic said as Sally tosses Sonic and Brody time stones "This time, concentrate Sonic" Sally said "Hedgehog's honor" Sonic said as the three activate the time stones and disappear before Robotnik invades the house "W-What?" Robotnik asks and screams in anger and frustration.

*Back in the Present in Knothole*

"We are telling ya, Sally, blasting to the ol' past was a total wastr" Sonic said "No it wasn't" Sally said "Was!" Brody said "Was not!" Sally said "Was!" Sonic said "Was not! We have the original Roboticizer plans, remember?" Sally asks "Big deal! We still didn't stop Robotnik" Sonic said "But we came close" Sally said "Sally, this ain't horse shoes!" Brody said "Brody, Sonic, we'll keep trying until we do beat him. Right?" Sally asks "Right as usual" Sonic said as Tails flies in "Hey, guys, Rosie's looking for ya" Tails said "Rosie?" Brody asks "Yeah, she fixed a really cool dinner" Tails said "You mean Rosie the nanny is here?" Sonic asks "Sure she's here Sonic, she's always been here. What'cha think?" Tails asks and leaves "But how could she... I mean how did we... well I mean what.... well who...man I don't get it" Sonic said resting his head on Brody's shoulder "Never mind Sonic, I'll explain it to you. Sometime in the future" Brody said rubbing Sonic's back "Oh, don't start, Brod. I'm getting another headache" Sonic said nuzzling him and Brody chuckles as this chapter comes to an end.
