Epilogue
Draco's funeral was one of the hardest things Harry had ever had to go through. And he was the man who dealt with Voldemort almost every year of his education. He could handle that, but seeing his lover dead in a coffin made him know it was real.
Draco was dead.
After the funeral Harry stayed at Malfoy manor. Draco told him before he died that they would inherit it, so he decided to move in. He cleaned out everything but Draco's room. He left everything there. Sometimes, if he couldn't sleep at night, he would even crawl in his bed and sleep there.
He would wear his clothes and listen to his music, he even enchanted everything in the room to keep his signature smell of vanilla and green apples from wearing down. He wanted to be able to have something left behind from him.
Months went by until Harry finally started acting like his old self. He started sort of dating a bloke named Adam, but explained the situation to him and that he wasn't quite ready to move on. He knew he would never be able to love anyone as much as he loved Draco Malfoy.
Right now though, he was at Azkaban. He walked through the rusted doors and deflected all of the dementors, then went to the service desk.
Cell #3647
Harry ran up flights of stairs, dodged more dementors, put up with prisoners yelling and screaming at him, he even put up with death eaters trying to kill him with whatever they could find. (A paper clip and a rock)
Harry finally made it to the cell he was looking for. He saw huddled in a corner, looking out a window covered in metal bars, a man.
His name was Arnold Green. He was about 44 years old, had dark eyes, dark hair, a scar that ran over his face, and an intimating look on his face all of the time.
Harry had an auror open the cell for him and watch the prisoner as he walked in and sat down on the bed.
"I never thought I'd be able to find you," Harry told him honestly.
"Why would you go lookin' for me?" Arnold asked gruffly. "I don't want anythin' to do with ya."
"You're the one that killed my boyfriend." Harry deadpanned. "I wanted to get a good look at you."
"Yeah yeah, and I don't regret killin' that disgrace to the Death Eatahs," Arnold told him, looking Harry in the eye.
"I didn't come here to have you talk shit about my ex boyfriend, sir." Harry told him. "I came here to do what Draco would want me to do. And I'm finally ready to do it."
"Yeah kid, what's that?" Arnold asked sarcastically.
"I forgive you, Arnold Green."
