(Your P.O.V)

As three days go by, I've been training with the same guy every day after school and I've made a bit of progress in my training. I do my usual morning routine like always and head to class with to the others. In class Izuku came back and it was awkward having him sit next to me again. Mr. Aizawa comes in and says that he'll be explaining more on the internship and gestures to the door. In come three students who he announces as the Big 3.

Mirio Togata, Tamaki Amajiki, and Nejire Hado. They blab about nonsense of the Hero Work Studies until Mirio tells the whole class to fight him, to which, Aizawa says, he couldn't care less. After dressing into our gym clothes, he leads us to the Gym Gamma and his class mate tries to tell him to not do it, but he doesn't listen and tells one of us to step up. 

Izuku does and it starts, with Mirio disappearing and all of his clothes falling off. 

After a few seconds, Izuku and half of the class was on the ground. I huff as he goes for the other half of us now. When he goes to hit us, I dodge as quickly as I can by jumping high in the air. He takes out the last of the class and looks up at me as I stand on a high pressure platform. 

"You know that isn't going to work Y/n." He smiles. I say nothing and watch as Izuku and the others go at him once more, but fail again. He takes his opportunity to disappear into the ground and in just two seconds, he pops back out almost too fast, but I manage to dodge again just as his foot swings, barely hitting me. Flipping back, I propel myself down to the ground, activate Full Vitality, jump back up, and clap my hands as hard as I can up at him. The pressure above me decreases intensely then increases quickly, and it explodes the roof, shattering it all into little pieces and blowing it all into the sky. Mirio struggles a bit in the air and starts grabbing at his throat and head. 

As soon as he starts falling, anger covered his face as he pulls back and swings while falling right in front of me. I grab his wrist just in time and hold on as hard as I can as he hits me. I drag him with me as the impact throws us through the wall and out to the courtyard. He disappears from my grasp and I stop myself from flying any farther by heightening the pressure around me. 

I look up and see him coming again a second too late and he kicks me in the stomach. I cough up blood and crash into another building, leaving a huge crater in the wall. As the dust clears, I spit up blood one last time, and smile weakly.

"You just lost, why are you smiling?" The blonde asks, walking to me from a cloud of dust with nothing but his pants on. The class comes running out from the whole in the gym gamma and up to me in worry. Ochako was the first to get to me and helped me get off the wall, wrapping my arm around her shoulders to support me. 

"Because, I finally got a hit in. I'm way better than I was the first time." I say happily. Kaminari looks in between us in confusion.

"Wait, do you two know each other?" He wonders. Mirio smiles, smacking me on the back hard enough for me and Ochako to stumble a bit.

"That's right! I only met her three days ago!"

I nod. "I've been meeting with him after school everyday to help train me on how to use my quirk in a different way. He's my mentor."

"She's a good student! Not to mention a quick learner! But she has yet to beat me!" He brags.

"I will, once I perfect my move, then I'll be giving you a run for your money." I warn. He sweat drops and steps back.

"Oh~! So you've only been off training with him? And nothing else?" Mina questions. 

"Yeah, what else would we be doing?"

She and a few other twitch and fidget, looking everywhere but me. "O-Oh nothing!"

A pair of robots holding a stretcher rolls up and says my name. Aizawa walks up and puts away his phone. "I just called Recovery Girl. These will take you to her to make sure you didn't break a rib or something. Hop on." I groan as Ochako helps me lay down on it.

"It's like I can hear her lectures now." I huff and with that, the robots rode me away.

After I healed and got the lecture, like I predicted, I was released from the nurses office and told to meet in the conference room to wait. I sat for a good 10 minutes until the school bell rung that the day was over. Principle Nezu, All Might and the other Pro heros all flooded in and sat with me, filling the table completely. The conference was long and boring. They talked about what to have the students do during summer break or who will be doing the Hero Work Studies. 

I didn't listen and heard none of it until I was called on. I was told to finally talk about the incident in the forest when the villains attacked the camp. I explained Toga Himiko's background with me but was sad to inform that I still don't remember her quirk. After more talk of the link between the League of Villains, Stain, my past, the danger and controversy against the school, an important decision was made.

The meeting was dismissed and we all left. The sky was turning a dark orange as the sun was setting as I walked back to the dorm. Katsuki was yelling about trash or something to the guys and the girls were talking happily with each other. I approached them, to which they were a bit surprised at. 

"Hey guys." I smile awkwardly. 

"Hey Y/n. What's up?" Hagakure mumbled. I scratched the back of my head nervously and looked to the ground.

"S-So, I'm sorry...for the way I've been acting for the past couple days. Even with what happened between me and Izuku, it was no excuse to take it out on everybody. And I'm really sorry."

Ochako smiled widely. "Y/n! There's no need to apologize! You weren't even as bad as girls usually are after a break up, you were just distant. We're just surprised that you came up to us! You usually just go up to your room for the whole day or stay away from the dorm entirely."

"Yeah, so you don't need to worry." Jiro grins with a thumbs up.

Momo nods. "Is something else you wanted to tell us?" She asks fixing her hair.

"W-Well, yeah. I actually came back from a meeting with the school staff. One of the things they talked about, was letting me roam free from the campus. I wasn't gonna be allowed to once summer break started, but they reconsidered and will let me go- with Pro Heros watching like usual of course, but they said I can start tonight if I want...So, I was hoping that, you guys would come with me tonight to go shopping-?"

"YEAH!" Mina and Hagakure screamed excitedly, jumping up from the couches. We all laugh and talk for awhile before going to our rooms to change out, get our things and meet up in the same place to leave. 

We say goodbye to the guys in the lobby, but I don't see Izuku, and I felt sad again until Ochako holds my hand and gives me a reassuring smile. I smile back and we head to the gates of the campus. We are met with some pro heros who see us off with a few warnings and to be careful. They tell the girls to watch out for me, to be back by 9 pm, and let us go. 

As soon as the gates are open and we're set free, the girls take me to their favorite outdoor mall and we shopped for who knows how long. It was dark already and the moon was out, but a lot of people were out since it was Friday and couples, families, co workers, and friend groups were all out. 

Summer decorations lit up the lanes of the mall, giving everything a bubbly warm feel. I catch a glimpse of heros every now and then in plain sight or in the shadows, I even saw Kayama at one point having tea with another hero. She winked at me, and then to someone else before going back to her conversation. 

Whipping back to who she winked to, I see only Tsu with her tongue out a bit, and her face flushed entirely red as she stared wide eyed at the ground happily. I laugh and walk beside her. 

"No way! What was that all about? Did I miss something?" I tease as she blushed hard.

"Well, you hadn't talked to her about me yet, but I knew your mind was on other important things this week. So I decided to take matters into my own hands when I asked her to help me catch up on some work I never really needed help on after class one night."

I sighed with a weak smile. "I'm sorry, I completely forgot about it. But I'll be a better friend next time you need my help. What else happened?"

 "No worries. Anyways, we were alone in the classroom one late afternoon, and I began asking her risque questions. One question led to another, and to sum it all up...we're together on the low, but don't let anybody else know. Not even the other girls."

"Now that's my girl-!" Tsu slapped a hand over my mouth before I could finish as the girls looked back in confusion, and we quickly looked away like nothing was happening and everything was normal. When they looked away, I dapped up Tsu and shoulder nudged her as she laughed. "I'll keep quiet, don't worry. Why tell me though?"

"Because you are close to both her and I. We trust you, plus, she believes that, since we are doing something illegal and taboo, that I should have someone to talk about it with other than her that knows."

I pat her back. "Sounds good to me. If you need anything, or just need to vent, I'm here." I smile and we walk closer with the other girls, leaving the previous conversation behind us.

We shop for hours and relax at a large picnic table at a park with our bags under the table as we ate snacks. Lights hung from tree to tree, giving a soft light to the glorious scene around us. It was a little after 8 pm when someone called out to us. When we looked back, it was all the boys from the dorm. 

Even Izuku. 

He had on a black shirt, his normal red shoes, and green shorts. When we made eye contact, my heart tightened and it was almost too hard to breathe, though he had a strange look on his face and seemed to be in a rush as he looked around, but was pushed forward by the others as they came closer.

"Hey guys! What are you doing here?" Tsu asks as Iida sits next to her.

"We decided to go off campus too since you guys were out and saw you all here and wanted to join."

"So stalking." Momo grinned ridiculously as she wrapped  her arm around Ochako's shoulder, who immediately blushed.

Few of the other guys just chuckled and sat with their own significant others with us. The rest who were single sat at the end with solemn faces, except, Izuku. He stood behind me a bit as the others talked. He delicately tapped on my shoulder with a nervous expression. I curse inwardly at myself and look back at him as he leaned a bit closer.

"Can I talk to you privately?" He whispers quietly. I look to Ochako across from me. She gives me a side eye smile and nods slightly with a small shooing gesture towards him. I gulp and leave the table quietly while the others were distracted.

Stepping away, I follow him to the other side of the park and we both stop behind some trees. His back was turned to me as his hands trembled by his sides. A heavy feeling was set in the air, even though I'm not using my quirk. He breathes in a shaky breath and turns to the side a bit and leans on a tree, staring nervously to the ground.

"So, you aren't...hooking up with Mirio?" He asks. I was gonna say it was none of his business like always, but I gave up. I was too tired to try and constantly shove him away anymore.

".....No. I was never hooking up with Mirio, or anybody for that matter." I admit. He gives a relieved sigh and nods with a small smile. Unknowingly, I smile too. 

"....You know what you're gonna do for the Hero Work Studies? I called Gran Torino, but he said he won't be able to mentor us this time because of a project he's working on. He even said that instead of using other hero agencies that want to sponsor me, that I should ask All Might for who he thinks will fit me best. Will you ask him too?"

"I can't because of who I am. He'll set me with people who can handle me if they need to. Like Gran Torino."

".....When will you be free? Will you always be restrained like this for the rest of your life? Don't you want more in life?" He wondered, looking at the ground around my feet.

"Of course, but they are releasing more and more of my restraints. I can come out here with you guys. I can see the sky, the grass, people, have friends, move, and use my quirk. Ever since I was released from Tartarus, I am free to do what I couldn't for 10 years. I'm grateful for all this. I even got to experience love for the first time." He twitches and seems to have tears in his eyes. "Do you know why I was late coming back to the dorms today?" 

"Because you were training?"

I shake my head. "No, I was at a meeting with the Principle and the pro hero staff. I am now declared the Guard Dog of U.A. Whatever danger comes to the school, I will be the main one to protect everyone. And if they decide to send me off for Hero Work Studies, I will instantly be regarded as a pro."

He chuckles a bit, wiping the tears away. "The 'Guard Dog'? Blunt, but cool. You're technically a pro already too. You've reached a lot of new heights in such a short time that I'm sure even the upper class men haven't even gotten to yet."

I nod sadly. "Yeah, but it's not like I got it like the other students here did. I only got this because of my previous training from my past, this quirk, and my hatred for villains. Not to mention all the controversy that I created. It could bring more students in, but it can also scare some away." I stare at the ground solemnly.

".....Do you want to do all of this?" I shoot my head up in surprise and see him finally looking into my eyes.
