One Word: Don't

The most common mistake I see writers make is quitting a story without good reason.

Why do writers quit?

Most often writers quite because they don't have enough reads, comments, or votes.

I'm not going to lie and say that there is some big secret that everyone but you is secretly working with Wattpad to gain reads. That's not the way things are.

Please don't write to gain reads. Write because you love writing and have a story worth telling, a story that's worth remembering.
