I am glad that I have successfully completed yet another project on Wattpad, and it would not have been possible without all your support. So, thank you.

I know that some of you look for uniqueness and plot twists when you read a story. Over the course of my time on Wattpad, I have seen people complain about how 'ordinary' or 'predictable' one story was, and that it had been a great turn off for them.

Well, this story was pretty predictable, but that's how it was meant to be. I did not want to get a million reads by presenting steamy romance or a killing thriller plot. I wanted you to go back and experience a very primal feeling that we all have felt at some point of our lives: mother's love.

If you are born, you are meant to die. When an old person is involved in a story, you may come across a point where they will face their demise. Yes, this is one such story and hence was predictable, and I don't regret writing a story with an ending that people could sniff out from miles away.

We all love our parents, but my relationship with my mother is something out of this world. I had her beside me when everyone had decided to step away from my life. Whatever I am today, it's because of her. She's been more of a friend to me than she has been a mother, so to speak. This story, which portrays relationship between a mother and her son, hence, is very close to my heart.

Personally, I am doing whatever it takes to make my mother feel secured in future, and hope that she will never have to go through what Sohan's mother had to endure in this story; unless of course I die tomorrow.
