(Y/n)'s Perspective

I woke up with pain soaring through my limbs. I saw an average looking man with a weird half mouth mask thingy.

"Oh good, you're awake. You've been asleep for a while." He said, making me confused. I don't sleep that much, how long was I even asleep?

"A-and... uh... how long is a while...?" I ask, shyly, feeling embarrassed and a bit scared.

"Three days."

"What?"

"Three days, you've been asleep for three days. You must not get enough rest to have slept that long." He said, raising a brow at me, expecting me to answer his non existent question. I ignored it though.

"W-where's Splendy...?" I ask, wanting to be with him again, since with him was where I was more comfortable.

"He's downstairs talking to his brothers." I nod.

"I should probably walk down with you so no one attacks you." I tense, remembering when Splendor's brothers tried to attack me. I just nod and got up.

We went to the stairs and I saw some other people I didn't know, making me tense. But before we even went down I felt someone grab me, making me panic until I figured out it was Splendor.

As much as I appreciated the hug, he was squeezing me too tight and it hurt a bit. I pat his arms, wanting to be put down. He soon complied and starting saying apologies so fast, I couldn't much understand anything coming out of his mouth.

"S-Splendy it's ok..." I tried to get him to calm down, despite me feeling super embarrassed and stressed for causing this outburst.

"No it's not." He said, gripping my arms tightly.

"C-can you at least just c-calm down...?" I ask, he was now hurting my wrists. He nods and lets go, now realizing he had been hurting me.

"Sorry." He apologizes, I nodded.

"I-it's ok..." I rub my arm awkwardly, scared of all the eyes that had been placed upon me.

"We should go back downstairs." He spoke gently, I nodded. On the way down, I saw someone. They looked familiar yet so different. Splendor quickly got in the way, recognizing the sudden spark of surprise in my eyes. "You should sit down first before—"

Despite the pain and the sting of rebellion that came to me unpleasantly, I quickly went down the stairs and ran over to the boy I recognized as my brother. I didn't notice the tears as I hugged him so tightly I might've broke his back. I felt him pat my head, something he did all the time to show his affection.

"Hello little sister." He said, I could hear his smile as he helped support me as I was completely oblivious to my trembling legs from the pain I was unknowing of that was as going through my veins and making my balance go off it's scales as I fall, bringing him down with me.

We grunted as we suddenly made contact with the ground and Kai chuckled. I felt the gravity become stronger as Splendor tried to pick me up off the floor to take me to the couch. When I wouldn't let go, he tugged me a bit and me, unaware of my volume, screamed at the top of my lungs, "NO!"

It caught everyone's attention, but I didn't care, I just wanted my brother. Splendor ended up taking us both to the couch. I didn't know how much time had passed, but apparently a lot of time did.

"Will you please let go of him?" I shook my head. Soon they were all trying to detach me from my brother. First trying to sweet talk me into letting him go, second becoming more aggressive, and third using more force. No matter what they did I wouldn't let go.

"(Y/n), can you please let me go?" Kai tried to sweet talk me. I huff and nuzzle him.

"No. I'm mad at you." I pout, still unaware of my tears and shaky voice.

"This is a pretty interesting way of expressing your anger then." He joked. I give him a small glare, then nuzzle my face into his top again.

"Shut up." I pout. He chuckled.

"Ms. (L/n), why won't you let him go?" Slender asked, sounding irritated.

"Because if I let him go he'll leave again." I say quietly. There was a small pause.

"He's not leaving you again. He's staying here and in this forest." Slender growled, annoyed. I thought about it, and with hesitance in my action, I let him go.

"Well that was a lot easier than everything else." Trender commented.

"At least it's good to know she's breakable by being assertive toward her." Slender muttered, oh but I heard. I look him directly in the face, while glaring at him, angry how he thinks I can be tamed so easily, then, I hug my brother again.

Then suddenly, in comedic timing, I heard everyone start laughing while Slender got very mad at me.

"You are so dramatic." He said directly to me. I just stick my tongue out at him then nuzzle my face back into his top.

"And she just let go." Kai sighed, still chuckling at his sister's behavior. Aka, my awesome behavior. I look up at my brother. "Please let go for real this time?" He asked me, I sighed and complied, but I still stayed as close as possible to him and leaned against him.

"Fine." I pout. There was another moment of silence.

"So, we have discussed you'll be staying with Splendor." Slender said, I turn my full attention to him and nod, he looked surprised at my sudden obedience but took the opportunity to keep talking. "And you'll be trained for—".

"Mr. Slender, not now." My brother interrupted, Slender nodded as if he forgot. I looked between the two.

"For what?"

–Silence–

"For what?!" I was practically demanding, pouting aloud.

"Something you'll be informed of later, but for now, do you mind explaining to us what happened at your previous home?" Slender asked.

"I don't need to explain anything to you." I said, now feeling very uncomfortable.

"Fine then, we'll see you tomorrow." He got up. I look at him confused.

"Wait what?" I asked, confused about 'tomorrow'.

"Splendor doesn't want you anywhere near us. So he wanted you to leave with him as soon as possible, then you found Kai." I was about to ask something but then he interrupted. "Kai can go with you, but not every night."

I just kind of nodded. That's a little weird. Why wouldn't he want me near them. I just shrugged it off and soon realized we were already out the door.

When we got to Splendor's we talked a bit and watched movies. Soon we went our separate ways and went to bed. Well... at least they did.
