Iwas lowered as they tried to feed me it had been two days since mylast meal or maybe even a week I don't know i've been beaten blackand blue and thrown into darkness so many times I chose not to keeptrack of the days that passed me and slowly began giving up the Iwould ever be saved and that was when I started refusing to eat I hadmy eyes closed and had drawn my chin up to my chest

"she'srefusing to eat again" someone said below me as I dangled above thedeck on of their favorite places to beat me

Ifelt myself hit the ground hard I yelped in contact as my bonds werecut an I was quickly pulled to my feet as the men came to me man onewho had brown short curly hair he was slightly bigger than most menon the ship. He held me against the wall while man two who lookedslightly older than man one pried my jaw open shoving the gruel downmy throat I gagged as it went too far down cringing at the grosstaste

"swallowdamn it" man two command as I coughed it up

"screwyou" I got out

asman one let me go and I was smacked hard across the face. My visionbecame blurry and confusing while it sounded like there were birdsscreeching in my ear. I fell to the ground hitting it hard I let outa cry as their boots struck my back and stomach they stepped backallowing me a small amount of time to breath and spit blood onto thedeck before I blacked out again

myeyes slowly drifted open my wrists were tied and something disgustingwas jammed into my mouth I was laying on hard uncomfortable groundrocks sticking into y side my body was in pain i looked around myeyes catching the large amount of feet in font of meit took all mystrength to hon in on the conversation

"Jowllet her go" a deep familiar voice reached my ears he sounded calm

"no"jowls voice growled out chuckling

Iwas then grabbed off the ground I let out a cry of pain that wasnumbed from the rag in my mouth my eyes squeezed shut from pain Icracked my eye open as my body slouched forwards

myhead was tilted painfully to the side revealing the bruises andhickys across my once unmarked skin there were growls of hatred andanger I felt hot breath against my neck and I shuddered trying topull away whimpering I almost gagged when I felt his tongue swipe upmy neck but my only mistake was trying to pull away I was thrownroughly to the ground I landed hard on my side

"thoughthe little virgin there didn't let me anywhere near the parts that Iwanted to get near to but either way sh----" a loud crack noise cutthrough his sentence

"hewasn't a good captain any ways" I heard someone say

Istruggled too my knees I looked around my shoulders hurt from beingtied behind my back my eyes caught Rikardwho wasn't looking to me he moved to jowl who wasn't looking atRikardbut over to his left where his first mate stood

"youuseless piece of shit" jowl growled at his first mate "I shouldhave known you were a traitor the moment you hesitated"

jowltried to get up but his centre of balance was thrown off from theintense blow

"actually"his first mate derek I think his name was "the first time I saw youtry and rape the girl" he pointed over to me "I was never on yourside, after that none of us were"with that he turned around walkingto his ship mates "he's all yours" he shouted over to Rikard"you can keep the girl too I didn't want to be that sort of pirate"

hewatched them walk away then moved to jowl grabbing him by the collarhe lifted him off the ground with what seemed to be ease then herammed his fist into his face there was a crunch and a yell of painfollowed by a few more crunches I didn't look but I knew Rikardhad broken something on jowls face the crew wern't even looking at me

"you'rethe worthless piece of shit" Rikardspat at him

hiswords were followed by what I think to me more punches followed bycries of pain I heard something drop to the ground

"youtook something from me that was mine" he growled out "anythingelse I could have replaced"

itwas at this that the crew finally looked at me causing me to squirm alittle in my ties wincing in pain I stopped

"youcould have taken anything and I wouldn't have cared I could havereplaced any fucking thing on that damn ship"

therewas another crunch followed by a louder crunch and an even louder cryof pain

"Icould replace anything except my crew and her"

atthat I got up enough courage to look back Rikardwas breathing hard not looking at me now I turned my gaze to jowl andwinced at the sighed his face was so bashed up to the point where noteven his other could recognise him but Rikardwasn't done with him yet he lifted him from the ground he didn't evenfight back

"youtook her from me" he seethed "while I was fucking watching youand you took what was mine away from me with a damned smirk on you'reface"

heyet again dropped him on the ground he rolled onto his back with aloud groan of pain as Rikardrested a foot on his chest

"andI know what I have done to you can't make up the pain that you puteither of us through, I thought about letting her go" he drew hissword "I really did I even thought of letting you have her but eventhat was a fate worse then death" he looked up and down the lengthof his sword "then I came to the conclusion" he rested it againstjowls neck "I love this women too much to let her go"

Ilooked away as I realised what he was going to do there was a loudercry of pain followed by a chocked cry and a horrid crunching noisethat caused goosebumps to appear on my skin and I flinched when Ifelt a hand on my back

"it'sonly me little one" Rikardsvoice said in my ear

atthat moment I was conflicted he was at the moment no better then jowlbut as far as being safe goes i'd rather be with him Rikardwas in front of me in seconds he reached forwards his fingerspressing against my cheek and I flinched causing him to pull back hiseyes full of pain as he slowly reached out running his finger undermy eyes his finger hooked into the rag that he slowly pulled down andaway

"areyou okay?" he asked

Inodded not meeting his eyes he sighed

"you'resuch a bad liar" he mummbled

hemoved behind me I felt him cut my bonds and my arms fell loosly to myside as he cut my ankles then he shifted hesitantly in front of me hethen gently grabbed my hands pulling me to my feet I stood for a fewseconds until my legs gave out and I fell into him he grabbed me inhis arms kneeling down to place me yet again on the ground his armsstill around me the crew ignored

"canyou walk?" he asked quietly I shook my head with a sniffle hesighed "you need to rest sweet heart" he told me but I was wayahead of his as my eyes closed and my head lulled into his chest

Iwoke up slowly still exsaughsted the bed I was in was comfortable andlike a cloud to my aching body I sat up slowly wincing I lookedaround in front of me I was in Rikardsroom but the only thing that registered was the fact that I was safeI felt arms wrap around me I let out a small cry of fright until Irealised it was Neonhe pulled me closer into his arms

"i'mso sorry that had to happen to you" he whispered bringing back thecruel memoreies

mybody shuddered and I pressed my face in to his shoulder and startedto cry he cradled me against his chest

"shhhAngelplease, shhh, I didn't mean to make you cry again, mmmm, you'remaking me feel useless"

hewrapped his arms around me pulling me into his chest until I felt a adarkness over take me the sort of darkness I haven't felt for a whilethe calming embrace of sleep

Rikardspov-

Iwalk in with a bucket of warm water to see Angelcompletely engulfed in Neonsarms who also yawned tierdly shesh I would too having spent almostseven hours down here he looked up at me as I entered he smiled and Ismiled back Angelstirred and he looked back to her running his fingers through herknotted hair his fingers ran through the knots causing them todisappear as he touched them as he soothed her back to sleep I camecloser he moved to place her down on the bed while talking to me

shecalls out to you in her sleep he told me as I came closer

heremoved his body from under hers her lowered her slowly until herhead touched the pillow she whimpered as he pulled his hands away Isighed she whimpered again her body tossing and turning as she criedout shivering

she'sbeen having a nightmare he told me she wouldn't wake up and justcried for you

andas he said that she whimpered my name followed by a yelp and sometears I sighed
