PROMT: A serial killer stalks the streets in downtown Chicago, committing a string of brutal murders that terrorize the city. As a detective who specializes in cases involving the violently insane, you are tasked with bringing the killer to justice. Unfortunately, the killer is one person among millions in a city that never sleeps. 

The body count continues to rise. There are no witnesses, and none of the leads result in any credible suspects. 

But then the killer makes a mistake, and a teenage girl survives their attack. Her account could close the case and bring an end to the reign of terror. But she has her own agenda and secrets she's rather keep buried. As you continue investigating the murders, you begin to question who is a victim...and who is a killer.
