The Garrison soldier grabbed Erwin by the collar, "What are you thinking, Erwin?! Keep the citizens in the city without evacuating?!"

"That Titan is an Abnormal." Hanji says.

"What the does that even mean?!" the Garrison yelled.

"You're in the Military and you don't know what Abnormal means?" y/n glared in annoyance.

"Please, y/n. Let the higher-ups talk. But I do agree with y/n. I'll explain. The target Titan is attracted to high concentrations of people. It means the fellow will turn a blind eye to a small village, ignoring it in favor for the city. Meaning if we evacuate the citizens the Abnormal will follow it." Hanji explained.

"We are attempted to use Eren Jaeger's power to control the Titans but... Rod Reiss should no reaction." Hanji says.

A snort left y/n mouth as she tried so hard to cover her laughter.

*Flashback*

Y/n stared, cringing, as she see's Eren confidently smiling on the moving wagon.

"Stop, Titan!" Eren commanded while punching the air, "Hey, stop! I'm talking to you! Can't you hear me, idiot?! Rod Reiss, that means you! You tiny old man!"

As those words escaped Eren's mouth he freezes as he feel's Levi's eyes at the back of his head and hearing y/n's uncontrollable laughter.

*Present*

"Shut up." Eren whispered as he glared at y/n.

"What? I didn't even do anything." y/n whispers back.

"If we want to stop that Titan, we must do so outside Orvud District..." Erwin kept on blabbing on and on about the plan.

Y/n knew the parts of the plan and didn't really care to listen for the rest. She tunes out of the conversation as she tries to rethink her memories.

'There was one about Thunder Titans and the other Owl... what could that possibly mean? And what was with that love story of Samuel...? Did I used to love a guy before I lost my memory? No... I'm with Eren...'

Y/n didn't know how to feel about these 'memories' but she still grasped onto it because it could reveal her past.

Y/n covers her ears to the sound of millions of HE shells and cannons being fired at Rod Reiss' Titan.

She clenched her eyes shut as she puts her hands to her ears until she feels warm hands on hers. She peaks her eyes open to see Eren giving her a confused look while smiling. Eren takes y/n's hands down once the firing of the cannons stop.

"It's over." he says to her. Y/n looks at him before turning her gaze to the gigantic Abnormal.

"More like it's just beginning."

They stare at it more until Erwin spoke, "Well... How's that?"

There was silence to see if the cannons did any damage to the Titan. All of a sudden, it starts moving again and cannons start to fire again.

Just as y/n was about to put her hands back up to her ears again, Eren beat her too it. Eren was covering her ears but was too busy looking out at Rod Reiss' Titan. Y/n couldn't help but nuzzle her face into his palm. The warmth she always felt from his touch was an undescribable feeling.

Hanji then came with gunpowder and ropes.

Y/n walks towards the gun and rope. Y/n tied up the gunpowder and lines together so that in her Titan form can throw it.

"Y/n. Eren will be throwing the gunpowder." Erwin ordered with Eren behind him and y/n gave him a confused look.

"No. Commander it's fine. Eren should be tired after-"

"And you will strike thunder into it." Erwin cut off y/n.

"Eh?" y/n said.

"In the reports about your Titan, it is said you can strike thunder in your Titan form and out of it. To shock the Titan and blow up the gunpowder, we need your strength. You think you can do it?" Erwin asks.

Y/n stares for a moment before putting on her serious face, "Yes, Commander."

Erwin smirked, "Brilliant. I would like it see that power in action too. But if you want, you can do it in your Titan form as well."

"I'll do it in human form."

Erwin gave a curt nod and walked away from y/n and Eren but y/n notices Eren looks sorta' down.

"Hey, what's wrong?" she asks.

Eren only looks at her before looking down again. Y/n looks over to Mikasa to see if she knows what's even happening in his head but Mikasa was just as confused as y/n. Out of no where, Eren starts punching himself.

"Eren!" Mikasa calls out.

He punches himself even more.

"Wh-Whoa! What are you doing?!" Armin says.

"Eren. You can bite down on your hand instead of punching yourself to transform, y'know?!" Y/n scolds.

Before he could throw another punch, y/n grabs him by the arms to stop him.

"Making wounds is too early!" Armin says.

Blood runs down his nose, "No... Just beating the shit out of a useless brat. I hope he's dead and gone for good." Eren says.

"Eren. I don't know what you're thinking right now but you're not useless. If you were.... you'd be dead." y/n slightly whispers, slightly not, in his ears and his eyes widen. "Instead of thinking about all the times you've failed, think about all the times you've succeed... Remember Trost?"

"Yeah..."

Y/n smiled slightly and exhaled and Eren flinches a little to the feeling of her breath on his neck, "Good. Come on. Let's be useful and kill this thing."

"Eren. Y/n. We're up." Armin says to y/n and Eren.

Eren starts rolling his shoulder, "Right. Armin, another thing's different from then."

"Eh?"

Y/n didn't care to listen to the conversation because she had no idea what they were talking about.

She looks down at her palm then the pocket knife Erwin gave her to strike thunder. She sighs as her stoic and emotionless face stares out into the view.

"Y/n. Step back." Eren pulls her out of her reverie and y/n nodded.

Y/n watched as Eren transformed.

"LET THE ATTACK... COMMENCE!" Erwin yells and shoots a red smoke flair.

Y/n quickly gets on Eren's Titan form shoulder. He runs towards the Titan while carrying the gunpowder.

As Eren runs infront of the Titan, roaring. Y/n slice her palm and wince in pain. As Eren chucks the gunpowder into the Titans mouth, y/n let's out a war cry. She raises her bloody palm up towards the sky and her arm at a 90° angle. She puts her left hand to her fore arm and yells.

"AHHHHHHH!"

The gunpowder gets chucked into the Titans mouth and thunder strikes the gun powder and the Titan.

It was almost like it was silent for a moment. Y/n has widen eyes with a scowl on as she sees if anything happened. All of a sudden she felt a heat wave go over her as she was blown into the sky by an explosion.

She felt the heat steam and wind go so harshly against her body her arm came off. She closes her eyes hoping she wouldn't be dead the next time she opens them.
