Description:

One to wield the power of night,
      one to wield the power of death.
One to kiss the fire goodbye,
      one to douse the flame in fire.
One to comfort, one to kill.
Two bound together, forever still.

Ryesplash doesn't want to talk to Aspenstar. She doesn't want to look at him, see him, or breathe the same air as him. After all, he is the one who slit her sister's throat, and the one who caused her to watch the blood trickle across the dirt before it lapped at her paws.

So why was she, of all she-cats, the one who would produce his heir? Why had a prophecy spelled out her fate clearer than the water on a calm day?

Set in the time before deputies became leader after said leader died, Royal is full of anger, drama, and above all else-- a strange chemistry that no one can deny.

Neither are perfect. But perhaps that's what makes them all the more real.

Fennelkit: Trusting, naive, compassionate. Kit of Ryesplash and Aspenstar. Gender and description up to you. 

Sharpkit: More violent, outgoing, and emotional. Heir to the Clan leadership. Kit of Ryesplash and Aspenstar. Gender and description up to you.
