BerryClan, situated in a land covered in berry bushes, is as close to a paradise as can be. This is where the characters from "Hurricane" reside.

BerryClan is hilly, colorful, and home to hundreds of birds attracted by the berries. As a result, most of the prey they eat is some type of bird,which is seen as a blessing by many. But the abundance of birds does have to make you aware of what's above you-- they might go splat right on your head!

The predators they must watch out for are snakes, hawks, eagles, and owls, as they commonly go after birds that are in the open. Foxes and dogs are possible threats as well.

The territory itself is rather hilly, with the berry bushes at intervals of about a foxlength. 

The camp is situated in a slight clearing beyond dense raspberry bushes that legend claims were planted there by their founder, Pickett. The leader's den is beneath a mulberry tree, so he or she is always dyed purple, the color of a leader. The nursery is in a group of raspberry plants, the apprentice's den is located under a rock underground, and the two warriors dens are both in strawberry patches, out in the open. The Colored Perch, a fallen branch dyed various colors with berries, is where the leader speaks from.

There are two ranks of warriors in this Clan-- warriors and holders of the feast. Warriors are each given a raspberry each day to dye a patch of their fur with, and Holders of the Feast are each given a blackberry to dye a patch of their fur with. This must be reapplied if washed off. Warriors can become Holders of the Feast by either distinguishing themselves in battle or by recommendation of the other Holders.

Every year, BerryClan holds a festival in honor of Pikket during new leaf, when they all dye their fur with many different types fresh berries, partake in hunting, jumping and fighting competiptions, and often find mates.

For naming, BerryClan often chooses lyrical names, and many of their prefixes come from stories and legends of faraway lands. Almost none are named after berries, as those are unofficially sacred.

The Gathering place where they meet the other Clans is just beyond BerryClan territory, where the first starts, and where a huge fallen tree trunk serves as the foothold for the leaders.

Finally, BerryClan reaches StarClan by eating of the silver berry bush that grows in a small, enclosed clearing, when the half-moon hits its leaves.
