"Urghh, I can't believe he'd do that to you. Listen Yon, even though he's my cousin I feel like breaking his head. I confronted him in the kitchen this morning and he just walked away. Like who does that" Ella says irritated. 

I and the girls are currently sprawled out on my bed eating ice cream and filling Miriam and Rachel in on the gist they missed. 

"I say" Suzy says and pauses like she's high on ice cream "fuck boys" she completes raising up her fist slowly while clenching her spoon mimicking Bender's last action in Breakfast club  and we all laugh.

"You didn't know that when you were getting some yesterday" I say rolling my eyes at her.

"oohh tell us tell us, how was it, who is he, does he go to our school, is he a senior, how old is he" Rachel pours out and Miriam gives her a disgusted look

"really Rach, I cant believe we stayed in the same womb for 10 months" Miriam says and Rachel pouts.

"His name's Jordan, he's a senior too and he goes to our school he's just really low key so people don't notice him and damn,he's really good too. I mean we only made out but, I think we might be long term" Suzy says blushing and I sigh.

 I've never really thought of having a boyfriend. I mean I've never even kissed a boy, yeah once in middle scool I had a crush on Peter Andrews and Ella dared me to kiss him the. I chickened out and pecked him and that was the end of my crush on him. I was just always preoccupied with my own shit besides I hate all men apart from my brother. 

The day goes by like a blur, we talked more about Suzy and her Jordan and then we diss Dave a little more. The girls leave when it starts to get dark. I try to study a little till I sleep off.

              I wake up quite early today and I must say I am impressed especially because the girls decided we needed to have a movie marathon at Miriam's yesterday. I had gotten home really tired and I still had to pull an all nighter for a quiz I have later today. I spend quality time taking my bath and guess what I FUCKING SHAMPOOED MY HAIR AND I EVEN CONDITIONED IT. I know y'all are proud of me, Els would be too. Since I took the liberty of prepping my hair, I decide to look prepped too I found a black skinny jean deep in my wardrobe. I see a blue wife beater which comes with a Leather jacket from one of Ella's shopping spree and I put it on. I grab my makeup bag and apply some. 

"Well someone seems happy"  mum says as I walk down and I grin.

She passes me my breakfast and once i'm done I walk to the bus stop.

              Getting to school I see someone standing at my locker. I walk slowly to sneak up on the person but I get caught. The face in front of me causes me to smile. Like a big genuine smile. You know how I told you I never thought of the idea of having a boyfriend but the person in front of me is the closest thought I ever had to that. I met Blake when my folks divorced at the court house. He had a summer internship and was assisting my mum's divorce attorney and we kinda bonded. He stays about two towns away though so we stopped hanging out after the divorce was finalized. 

"Blake, what are you doing here" I say still grinning.

"Yon, that's no way to greet your best guy" he says smiling at me and I blush. He's dressed in a leather jacked and dark jeans. He's also taller than me, dark skin with hazel eyes and really dark short hair. I used to tease him that he dyes it. He's muscular and when he smiles his white set of teeth shines and his eyes crinkle.

 I hug him so tight he coughs a little and I giggle. I look round the hall way while trying to sniff Blake and my eyes meet a pair of cold looking blue ones. Dave is standing at his locker giving me the death glare, I blink and he's gone. 

When I release Blake he tells me he's just here for today because his mum has some business and she wants him to be near her. I show him his class and the rest of school is a blur.

           I get home really tired and frustrated, mum had sent me a text at school to baby seat Angel and Dan after school and Angel made sure I regretted every bit of it. From her constant clinging on Dan which made him keep screaming to her scattering her whole house. 

I sigh and fall on my bed. Dave's cold glare keeps resurfacing in my head, why he looked at me like that still has me puzzled. I don't know when I sleep off.

Okay so it wasn't a dave chapter *hides face*, but I promise next chapter is.
