[Marco's PoV]
Hitch and Annie are talking to Jean, and he went pale. What am I supposed to do? I'm not strong enough to push one of them away, let alone both of them. They're a lot stronger than they look, by far.

"Hey, what're you doing?" yet another familiar voice yelled. The friendly blonde crashed into the scene, elbowing everyone aside.

"Reiner, I'm so glad you're here--"

"Annie, stop harassing Jean. He isn't worth it. And don't hang out with Hitch, she's freaking me out."

Bertholdt followed the burly boy with a nervous sweat. "R-Reiner, you don't need to shout like that."

"I can shout if I want to! A fellow transfer from Titan High won't be seen talking to a human from Trost Middle School!" Reiner yelled. "We are Titans and proud!"

"You're taking the s-school mascot thing too seriously!" Bertholdt said, his eyes wide. His expression said, Reiner, what the actual f*ck are you doing?!

Reiner rolled his eyes, sighing. "Fine. But Annie, remember who the real friends are." He patted the girl--who was smaller by about two-and-a-half-heads-- on the shoulder.

Annie's expression turned to one our classmates call the Face of Murder. In a split-second, her leg was raised and down again, accompanied by a thud and Reiner ending up landing on his chin. "Don't touch me."

"Jesus, woman, calm down!" Reiner yelled, getting up and rubbing his bruised jaw. "It must be that time of the month again," he whispered to Bertholdt.

Annie was on him in a second, her clenched fist connecting with Reiner's nose with a crunch.

Bertholdt stood, Petra-fied with fear.

I can't believe I just said that

"Don't worry, I won't kill you unless you agree," Annie said, resting her foot gently on Reiner's head, which was on the ground. He groaned and tried to move, resulting in her pressing her toe into his hair.

"Oi, Ro-Bott! You enjoying the concert? I think Jean wants to tell you someth--" Hitch was cut off by Jean violently elbowing her in the stomach.

"Let's get away from these insane people," the copper-haired boy offered, already beginning to walk off.

"O-Okay." I honestly wouldn't mind it. I don't want Annie to murder me, and I don't want Hitch to be a jerk to me.

Me and Jean ended up in the corner of the pit, where I repeatedly got my ribs slammed up against the barrier. Jean ended up having to elbow the living crap out of anyone who got close. Losing breath every time I hit the fence didn't do well for my asthma, I'll assume, as I got a short attack near the end of Flogging Molly, the final band of three.

Luckily, it was close enough to the end that me and Jean decided we wouldn't miss much and left. The parking garage was empty, other than one other couple who looked a little cracked out.

Jean slipped into the passenger seat as I sat in the driver's seat, humming a song from Flogging Molly's act. I drove out with enough care, and when we were on the streets--which were more full than expected--Jean and I started talking.

"I can't believe that Annie did that to her friend," Jean said, trying to hold in laughter.

"Oh, don't worry, you can laugh."

As if I had caused an explosion, Jean erupted in laughter, sinking down in his seat.

"Sit up," I said, sighing. "If we crash, you won't fare very well."

"Fine." He rolled his beautiful golden eyes--ah, what am I saying? He'd never like me...

I realized that I must've been lost in my thoughts as Jean yelled, "Marco, watch out!"
