NO ONE SPEAKS IN PERFECT PHRASING ALL THE TIME! So, here is a list of things people do in real-life dialogue! Some are from a tumblr post I found as well!

1. Use fillers such as uh, um, like, etc!

2. Forget what they were going to say/stop halfway through.

3. Change their thought halfway through.

4. Laugh at their own jokes.

5. Respond non verbally with hand gestures and nods and such.

6. Restart sentences.

7. Blend certain words together.

8. Use words like dude, man, bro, etc (like not even joking I say bro so much I'm a small fifteen year old girl like what).

9. Repeat themselves when people don't understand the point they're trying to get across.
