3RD PERSON'S POV

Eren and Unit 13 are now on the beach. The boys are wearing shorts and the girls are wearing swimsuits. But not all of them are interested to swim in the ocean. Eren was wearing a grey shirt and black jeans. He was sitting on the sand reading a small journal. That belongs to Y/N. He/She gave this to him and sacrifices himself/herself to accomplished the mission which is to retrieve the crystalize Annie. He flips another page as he looks at the ocean and had a small flashback.

FLASHBACK

" My eyes!" " So salty!" Sasha and Jean exclaimed as Levi warned Hange that the water is poisonous. Armin grabs a shell as he heard Mikasa yelped. She looks at him with an awkward smile. Armin just smiles back at her and turns to Eren. " It's...Just like  I always said, Eren." A salt lake so big, merchants could never deplete it even if they spent their whole lives extracting salt. It was all here all along, just like I thought." He said as Eren looked at the endless Ocean " Yeah, It goes on forever." He replied. Armin looks at the shell and back to him " Hey, Eren, look at this. On the side of the wall-" He was interrupted by Eren " Is the Ocean, Are beyond that ocean lies freedom. That's always I believed. But I was wrong. The only thing we'll find out there...Is the Enemy.  Everything here is like I saw in my dad's memories." He said and turns to them with a sad face as Mikasa and Armin looked back. He points at the endless Ocean and said: " If we kill every last one of our enemies out there, will we be finally free?" He said

BACK TO THE PRESENT

He snaps back to the present when Hiro puts his hand on his shoulder. Eren looked at him to see a Hiro with a soft smile " Hiro..." He said softly " Come on, We're here to have fun." he said, and " Yeah, I'll be there." He puts his hand away to meet with the others. He was about to follow him until he glances at the massive gap at a small hill to his right, His curiosity wins over, and grabbed his ODM gear and put it on. He gives a last look at his team/friends before walking off. He enters the massive gap that has a pathway and decided to follow this pathway. At the end of the path was a forest. Since he explored and fight a forest before coming back wasn't a huge deal. 

He enters the forest and started the walkthrough. He was surrounded by the greens of the nature birds chirping and the sound of nature. He walks more to see stairs. He looks at it and started to walks upwards. When he reaches on top to see small buildings and Small houses as well. It was a small town that was abandoned many years ago. " What is this place? Where's everyone." As he pulled out his swords. He walks through the streets with curiosity. He uses his ODM gear to get on a small building to scout the area for people or other living creatures. Later on, he enters a small store that has books. He saw something on top of the counter to see a cutter. He picks it up and inspects it before putting the cutter back where he found it. He turns around and was about to leave until his journal drop on the ground. He looks at it and picks it up and saw fresh blood on the ground. He looks at his right to see a fresh blood trail. He pulled out his swords and shouted ' Who's there!?" He slowly follows the blood trail and it leads to a small alleyway that has a dead end. He saw something on the end of it and decided to approach, His eyes widened to see it was a person, Not an ordinary one. The person was wearing white pants and a brown leather jacket that has the Wings of Freedom crest and a green cloak. The person's face was cover by the hood. and it was missing an arm and a leg and was bleeding a lot. He runs to the person and check on it and checking if it's still alive."Hey! Are you all right!?" He asks as the person responded with soft groans. He notices the hood was on and decided to take it off. He slowly takes it off and his eyes widened again to reveal...It was Y/N. " Y-Y/N!?" Y/N slowly lifts his/her head to see Eren and gave a weak look "  E...Eren?"
