I wake up eat breakfast and go down to my basement and punch the wall and enter a four digit security code then I open my door made out of the same metal as the titanic then I walk down a stair well and come face to face with a door made out of vibranium with a eye scan,a dna scan, a thumbprint scan,a keyhole,and another four digit security number passed that led to a vibranium corridor with a automated turrents with adamantium laced bullets the floor opens up with acid pits it has superpower dampeners 8 swing traps lining the walls a laser security wall and three obvious cameras and 7 mini ones the corridor leads to a another door but this one is made out of adamantium with the same security features as the the last but has a blood scanner. After I open the adamantium door I go to my supercomputer if anyone breaches my compound here all my equipment will be covered by a plasma shield as all the information my supercomputer is transferred to a secondary location before initiating a 6 second self destruct sequence.

I look towards the platform leading to an underground exit in the outside of New York in the country part. This platform has a black 1967 Chevy Impala ss with a white skull on the hood,a v10 engine, street racing tires, an amazing custom ecu fueling system,streetracer transmission, bullet proof windows and tires in the center of the rims in the middle the hubcap is a retractable blade that cuts the tires of an enemy car made out of adamantium the backseat was taken out for a dual 150 nos tank we even had a supercharger built in for extra speed.

Chris said "it's not quite ready but close'' "what do you mean not ready I asked very aggressively "I mean it's not ready I've been working on it but it's not finished yet" came her reply "well time to go on patrol" I said and went over to my weapons shelf I looked over the choices and I chose my normal dual wield m9 pistols and a simple black pump shotgun I grabbed two knockout gas pellets and three Grenades I then left and went on patrol I ran into daredevil after following a mugger into Hell's Kitchen and I shot him in the kneecap as I went for the finishing blow when daredevil dropped in front of me he fired off a quick combination of punch's as the pump shotgun was flung out of my grip and I stumbled backwards he said "go get out of here now" I growled before rushing Murdock and tackleing him to the ground I laid into Murdock's mask punching him I heard his mask crack and he rolled us over and put me in an armbar I punch him in crotch and elbow him in the gut I got up and backed away I pulled out my m9 pistol and fired into the mugger throat and head Murdock yelled "no" before roundhouse kicking me he right hooked and I ducked under it and punched him in the jaw and stomach then jump front kicked him I landed and he quickly recovered and hooked me I parried the blow with my forearm and jabbed him 8 time in the stomach and twice across the jaw daredevil shoved me backwards into the alley wall and laid into my stomach I felt my ribs break then I caught him in a headlock slamming him to the ground I got on top and cocked my fist back hit him in the face I cocked my fist back again and hit him in the face yet again I cocked my fist back a third time and Flood lights turned on two swat cars appeared but instead they had shield symbol on it instead a fighter jet was above and that's where the flood lights were coming from a man dropped from the fighter jet Captain America he said "James king you are under arrest for multiple counts of murder and aggravated assault come peacefully and no harm will come to you I can promise that to you" I shot him in the hip through the knockout gas into each van and rushed at captain America and jabbed at him he block the blow and delivered a right hook as a counter attack I ducked under the hook and grabbed his wrist and kneed him in the gut twice then I kicked at his ankles. See Rogers was definitely stronger than me but I was faster more agile I could land more hits but his hits were more powerful. Captain America shoved me backwards and a he sent a roundhouse kick at my chest I blocked the kick with my forearm and that set me off balance he rushed in and caught me in a double leg takedown and got in a ground and pound position but before he could land any blows I rolled us over and rained jabbed and elbows at him after what must have been the fiftieth blow he reeled back and dual kicked me in the chest sending me flying I got up and squared up I beckoned mr patriot to come get some but then my body tensed up and began spasming as electricity raced through my body before I passing out

I awake in interrogation room with my hands cuffed and in nothing but my cargo pant punisher bulletproof vest and leather jacket all my weapons gone Maria hill walks in flanked by black widow and Hawkeye I don't say anything but as hawkeye is spitting in my face I smirk and ask "how is the face" window tells him to leave and he does with reluctance and they start asking me question I reply with "are you sure I'm not dead because two hot babes are standing right in front of me"I get punched in the face and awake in a transport van
