Chapter 7

I ran. And I ran hard. Tears streamed from my eyes. I jumped over branches. I climbed trees. I stopped at a stream, out of breath. I look at the moon. It was midnight. So, I ran for about six hours. How was it possible? He's banished. I watched him be banished. I would never forget my father. I take a shaky breath. I get up. A branch snaps. I stiffened. A bunny appears. I relax. The bunny looks past me. Behind you, miss! It seemed to say. I start to turn around. Something hit the back of my neck. I tilt over, knocked out.
I wake up. I'm chained to the ground. I'm in a cell. "Oh! It seems our friend is awake!" Hissed a deep voice. I sit up. I look at the chains. I mumbled. "Hmmm what was that?" Asked the voice. I looked up, locking eyes with my captor. He had blue hair, silver eyes, and tan skin. "I said-" I screamed. Magic blew around me. I ripped the chains apart and broke the cell door down. I ran. I turned around a corner, straight into another guy with blue hair. He steps closer to me, I stepped farther away, backing into the corner. He smirks. "So cute! The little fox is trying to leave." I glance around, looking for something to hit him with. He grabbed me by the throat. He threw me out a window. I hit my head and went unconscious.
I wake up in my fathers palace. The dark red bricks and black steps gave the room a eerie feel. Someone appeared. "Hello, dear." My golden eyes widened. "N... no Not y... you." His slick black hair gleamed. His red eyes took me in. "Heh. Don't worry your home now." He said. I close my eyes. I opened my eyes, startled. Father looked confused. I lift a finger and touched my ears. I got up. I turned towards my mothers throne, a white and gold throne with rose vines wrapped around it. "If you think you can hide from a fox, you are truly stupid. So come out." A young girl stepped out. She had jade green eyes, blonde hair, and fair skin. I snicker. "A Mage. Really? Ha!" My father turns pink because he didn't sense her. "Leave, Mage." He waved her off. My father turned to me. He looked me up and down. "Al-" he started. "No." A furry head popped up from behind my fathers throne. My eyes widened. "Jay?" He barks. I ran to my furry friend and hugged him. His soft black fur rubbed my arms. I turn to my father then back to jay. He's doing his puppy dog face. I roll my eyes. I change into my Demon. My outfit changed into my gown. It was black and red. I had a silver crown with obsidian pieces. Oh great. I really was in the Demon Realm. Worse. The Anki Demon Realm.
I asked my dad one thing that was on my mind. "How am I here?" He looked at me, confused. "Well, you teleported here. You never changed your emergency place. You were in big trouble and here you are." He answered. "And why are you here?" I asked. He shrugged. "I honestly don't know. Why don't you go to your room and sleep. You look quite tired." I look in to his eyes. "Dad. Shawn is.... gone." I end there and head to my room.
My room looked no different from when I left. There wasn't even a speck of dust. My vanity was in the left corner. My small balcony I used to sleep on was hidden on the back left corner. The walls were still dark red. My closet, near the vanity, was filled with lovely dark outfits. My garden, which took up the whole right side of the room, was well tended. The trees sparkling in the dark light.
