"Is it recording?" A voice spoke as the camera adjusted its lens, revealing Connie wearing a ninja suit and was holding a pair of scissors.

"It's recording, and why am I here again?" Another voice spoke which belonged to Steven who was the holder of the camera and was trying to steady it.

Connie smirked. "I'm planning on pranking (y/n) and pearl back. You still remember that barbeque incident, right?" A sighed was heard from Steven. "Connie, they apologize after they accidentally poured barbeque sauce on you-" he was cut off by Connie signaling him to hush as they heard two female chatters stopped near them.

The camera was in a peaking position, pointing to the two who were talking which were (y/n) and pearl. (Y/n) was holding a rectangle shape present that has stars on it as designs while Pearl was crossing her arms as they continued to chatter.

Their conversation was loud enough for the camera and the two to hear. "Do you think she would accept it?" (Y/n) asks as she grips a little on the present looking a bit nervous.

"I'm sure Connie would accept it. Besides, you worked hard on buying that book she wanted since last's year's Christmas party," Pearl said, putting a hand on her shoulder in a reassuring way. "Um Connie, maybe you should-" he was cut off again by a snap of a rope coming from beside them.

Honey was poured below (y/n) and Pearl. The camera was in full view of the two gettings soaked in honey when Connie and Steven got out of their hiding place. The camera points at Connie who had a victorious smile placed on her face. "HAH! REVENGE IS MINE!" She celebrated as she jumps up and down like a kid.

The camera points to where the two are. Pearl panicked and tries to remove the honey from her body as (y/n) growls under her breath. She sees the camera and glares at the holder, looking up a bit. "You have a lot of explaining to do." (Y/n) glared at him more making a nervous chuckle escape from Steven's mouth. "H... how about I help you with that," he said. Placing the camera down, pointing to where he went.

"Connie! I swear to god that I'm going to tell Garnet about this situation that I and (y/n) are in," Pearl said with an annoyed expression which made Connie laughed for a bit before helping her out. On the other hand, Steven struggles to get (y/n) out of honey sap. "I can't believe you helped her in this plan! You were supposed to be on our side!" (Y/n) argued as she looks away looking mad and annoyed at her rival's choice.

"Connie was the one who dragged me here! How am I supposed to know which side I'm going to pick." He groans and tries his best to get her out of there which was difficult since the two would start at any moment to argue. "Your sometimes like Soren but more handsome and cute." (Y/n) mumbled out which made Steven perked up, causing him to use all his strength to get her out which resulted in it to be successful.

But their position was rather awkward. (Y/n)'s arms were placed on Steven's chest while his arms were around (Y/n)'s waist, supporting her body from falling over. The two stared at each other, both blushing from the position they're in. Connie had finally got Pearl out of the honey sap, but before they could argue, their attentions were focused on Steven and (Y/n). They both had wide smirks placed on their faces, wanting to tease the two teens due to the position they're in. "Didn't know that you would want (Y/n) that bad, Steven," Connie teased which made Steven blush even more.

"That's not what I was th-" he was cut off by Pearl. "Oh please, I thought you both didn't like each other at first but now I'm having second thoughts," she continued to tease with Connie. the two ignored their teasing as (h/c) girl rolled her eyes. "And this is why I told you not to get involve with her pranking me, and now we're stuck." (Y/n) sarcastically said as she looks away from Steven with a red hue still present on her cheeks.

A beeping sound comes from the camera, showing that the batteries of it are running out. (Y/n) looked over to the camera only to feel embarrassed of herself and buried her face on Steven's chest to hide her pure embarrassment. She didn't know it was still recording it including the one she had said earlier about Steven is more irresistible than the obnoxious Soren.

Steven looked over the camera and her, which made him chuckled for a bit since he also hasn't noticed that it was recording them, even if they were still rivals. they both know that they're going to be stuck together for a while as the filming continues forward. "Heh, cute." He mumbled before the camera goes off.

A phone camera turns on, revealing a not too far (y/n), who was wearing a cute maid outfit with cat ear props on her head. She happens to have a serious talk with Lapis.

"Hey Lapis, (Y/n)!" Steven greeted, with his phone pointing at (Y/n). He was clueless that his phone is recording everything they're doing. "Oh, hey Steven. What brings you here? I thought you weren't done reading your script?" She asks. "Well, I needed a break after it since It's kind of long." (Y/n) averts her eyes with a faint blush visible on her face as she sits down on the sofa, now holding her phone to pass the time as she waits for the dare to disappear and to wait for her script that was still not yet finish.

Steven puts down his phone and didn't notice that it was on camera view to a front view, revealing him and the two as he sat down with (Y/n) and Lapis beside him, not knowing that it was recording the three of them.

"If you're asking why (Y/n) is wearing a maid outfit with cat ears. She lost a bet to Garnet and Bismuth," Lapis said as she grabs a box of chocolate-coated pocky's beside her and opens it. "What's the bet all about?" Steven asks. (Y/n) was on her phone, cursing a bit that Steven was seeing her like this and for the fact that he was soon going to tease her for what she was wearing. "Well, it kind of includes you in it. Ask (y/n)," she said as she pulls out the chocolate coated pocky stick and bites it. "Hey (Y/n)?"

"What do you want." (Y/n)'s voice was rather harsh and a bit tired since she was up all night watching the fourth season episodes of 'Bnha' and the movie 'Kimi no Na Wa'. "I just wanted to ask, what's with you?" Steven asks, with his patience growing thinner by the seconds he started talking to her. "Ugh... here we go," Lapis groans, eating another pocky stick while looking away from the drama that was going to happen but her eyes caught the attention of Steven's phone recording all of this. She rose a brow, looking at the camera then to Steven.

"Uh Steven, why is your phone recording?" Lapis asks which made Steven stopped arguing with his rival and looked at lapis with a confused expression. "I KNEW IT! YOU WERE RECORDING ME AND LAPI!" (Y/n) rose her voice as she stood up the sofa, looking a bit defensive.

"I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS RECORDING?!" He defended, as he rose his voice and stood up the sofa with his anger boiling inside him. He didn't like those people who would accuse him of something he had never done. Lapis sweat-dropped, She took the boy's phone as the two began bicker until it turned into a shouting contest. She sighs as the camera finally shows her face revealing the two rivals behind her, trying to push each other off the sofa.

"Better get you to Garnet before anything happens," Lapis said as the camera shuts off before it showed Steven tackling (y/n) off the sofa and unto the ground.

"dancing to yourself again, Steven?" (Y/n) asks with her arms cross with a smirk place on her lips as she enters the dance room ready to tease the boy once more for payback. "I've been trying to perfect some steps here and there-  "What kind of steps are you trying to perfect?" (Y/n) suddenly asks out of curiosity since she knew that Steven was sometimes a perfectionist but never knew that he would struggle with dancing until she found out when she asks the question.

"Well..." he stopped mid-way on his sentence.

"well?" (Y/n) rose a brow as she taps her foot impatiently, waiting for the desired answer she wanted to hear from him. The two were still rivals at that point. knowing that they would have a debate again if Steven chose to Lie or Tell the truth...

"Erm... Waltz?" His voice became a questioned answer, looking away from the girl's gaze, a bit of embarrassment placed on his face waiting for the girl to laugh at him. But she didn't...

(Y/n) had only sighed to herself. "Waltz is easy, to be honest. Are you going to dance with Con-con?" She asks once more since all she knew was that the two would have to do something like singing or dancing to pass the time and the two were quite close for the past years. This was no good for Steven since the director had decided for him and (y/n) to dance in another scene but due to their number of bickerings and misunderstandings, It would be difficult for him to cooperate with her or neither trust each other. "Well..." he stopped mid-way, afraid of what his mouth was going to say next. He didn't want to blurt out what the director had said to him earlier in the set. "Ye-yeah, Me and Connie..." he lied and nervously chuckled to himself. he hoped that his lie won't affect their triggering battles of debates.

The girl knew he was lying but decided to ignore it for once. "If that's the case. I'll help you with it," she said with full confidence, a genuine smile was placed on her face with sincerity. Even if she wants to have a debate with him, she had decided that maybe today might be a new change instead of the endless cycle of them bickering and debating. Steven's eyes widened a bit, shocked that the girl who he had been fighting for a long time was helping him. His face began flushed red and starts to heat up, flaming like a fire inside his body as it continued further with butterflies on his stomach began to grow a bit. He couldn't help but sighed and smiled to himself, he sure was going to be lucky with this opportunity and for once, she had changed or ended their endless cycle day after day...

"Ok? When do we start?" Steven asks. "We'll start tomorrow, 10 in the morning and don't be late. Got it?" Steven nods in her agreement. She smiled more, making the boy smile back like a cute idiot he is. Pearl's voice was heard around the halls, calling out for (y/n). She had skipped another set of lessons from her master, avoiding sword fighting and learning historic literature.

 "Since that's settled, I'll Go now," She said but before she could leave him be. She ran towards him, with her in a tiptoe position as she peck Steven's cheek. Steven's face exploded into a crimson color as (y/n) pulled back after seconds. Her face was dusted with a bit of pink hue. "I'll see ya tomorrow Steven," She said as she turns her back and walked towards the exit with her hands placed on her back. As soon as she exits the room, His expression softens as he placed his hand on where (y/n) had kissed him. It was the first time that (Y/n) had called him with his real name instead of her pig names given to him.

It was also the first time that (y/n) had finally shown her soft side towards him as she had shown to the others. He smiled widely and began to pack up his things quickly and he exits the dance room with a goofy smile still placed on his lips. The others were wondering why (Y/n) was on sweater town inside her trailer, screaming, while they also wondered why Steven was acting active and energetic as ever. They only knew that If Steven is very active and/or productive, it could be that he had finally won a debate again' st the unbeatable (y/n) or if Connie agreed with him to practice sword fighting again. It's either debate or a fight since there are times that he could have an outburst towards (Y/n) while he's working.

Steven sat on the sofa with his hands on the back of his head as he lets out a relaxing and soft sigh. Peridot, Celine and Amethyst were in the same room with him, playing plague inc. "OH COME ON! THIS IS ALREADY THE FOURTH TIME I TRIED BEATING IT!" Amethyst screamed as the two laughed at her sudden side of the story.

"According to my calculations in this game, we need a more specific disease to make a more sinister virus and since Amethyst chose the wrong one and weak one. We weren't able to infect everyone due to the cure becoming approximately 100%," Peridot illustrated which made the two have deadpanned faces.

They knew Peridot well that she's going to blurt out a thousand of her cute nerdy self words. "Or you could just pick the casual mode instead of going hard." They looked over to Steven who only had a smile on his face with his eyes close the whole time. He was happy at the moment. "Since when did you get so jubilant? Did you win over the debate?" Peridot asks. "Or did you and Connie agreed on playing in the arcade?" Celine added, making the two nod as they waited for his answer.

"It's neither both." He continued to relax as the three looked at him weirdly. "Why are you too positive?" Celine asks, clearly forgetting how dumb her question is. She immediately inhales a bit then exhales. She excuses herself to go to the restroom only to go where the kitchen is.

"Just tell us already, Dude."

"Nah, I'm good."

"I'll tell (Y/n) that you're the one who drank all her favorite milk tea~!"

"You wouldn't dare." This made Steven perk up, making his positivity gone out of his system as he glared at Amethyst with a cold stare. He didn't want to break what he desired to hang out tomorrow with (Y/n). "Woah! Chill dude, I was just joking-" Amethyst was then cut off by a bunch of loud chatters coming from the set.

"GUYS YOU GOTTA SEE THIS!" Celine screamed as she appeared peaking out near where the set is. "Don't tell me Soren broke one of the cameras again. I swear that clod always messes with it whenever we start filming." Peridot groaned with an irk mark appeared on the side her cheek as one of her eyes starts to twitch.

"uh no, It's not that... just see it for yourself." The three gave each other confused glances before nodding and followed her back to the set to see what was going on. The whole crew, including the staff, were gathered around the center of the room with the director trying to convince them to calm down. "Please everyone, Calm down!" The director reassured all of them. The three had managed to go around the large sea of staff panicking. they still have no idea what's going on.

The loud chatters began to die down as few are now ready to listen to what the director has to say. "Thank you," the director cough before continuing. "as of now, tomorrow will be a big day for us and the other's since it would be Valentine's day and we need to work harder, can I count on you guys?"  the others murmured to each other before they can agree with Yes and Yeah. The director smiled, satisfied with their answers for working hard on tomorrow's next big scene. "Looks like they have something in store for us tomorrow," Celine mumbled, getting out of the huge crowd as the three followed her. the two nodded, understanding what she had meant, leaving Steven to figure out what she means about what the director had in store for them.

I'm so sorry for not updating sooner and you're probably asking where the heck is the real chapter. Well... I'm going to start it now since today is my rest day from school and to be honest with you guys, I'm having a hard time at school due to the projects given to us each week. All of my weekends would be filled with me making a PowerPoint presentation for my literature and research in making a stick and ball model for my science A.

so yeah... I hope you guys can understand my situation. I'm stressed out today so please give me some time to think over and also, please support this book. I would appreciate it if you guys read this out of loving my work. 

anyways, I'll see you guys in the next chapter or maybe in some other books that caught my attention. And also, I would be creating another book that is related to a Steven universe Au that I made in Amino which was inspired by my third favorite anime which is "The world is still beautiful"

plus I'm more inspired to write the first chapter of it because of SalmonCelestine's book which is named "Are you my happily ever after?" It's a soulmate au that recalls me of Kimi No Na Wa and I enjoyed reading it because of how good it was written and how the plot stands up. 

I recommend that you guys read it cause it's an interesting story and I would go for another book that is great to read. If you guys want to suggest a book or your books, I would be happy to read them. you'll never know, I might love your books too and perhaps share it with my friends.
