WHAT ARE THIS CRAP?!

Why does Avery have wings?

Why does Akira have wings?

Why does Emma have wings?

Why do I have wings?!

"Why the hecky do I have wings?!" Avery voiced my very thoughts, "Why the hecky does EVERYONE have wings?!" 

"I dunno..." I looked around me, but specifically at Emma and Akira, "Why do you guys have different colored wings than us?" I crinkled up my nose in disgust, "And you smell weird too. Whats going on?"

"I'm pretty sure you two are the ones that smell bad..." Emma replied, "You smell like dying raccoons that are high on Ramune or something..." ((A/N: For those of you who don't know, Ramune (Ra-MOON-ay) is a Japanese soda/candy. It's delicious <3)) 

"What the heck is going on...?" I whispered again.

This is what I deduced from the situation:

We had wings, though, two of us had black wings and two of us had white. That lead me to believe that two of us were "evil" or "demons", while the other two were "good" or "angels".

My head hurt. It was never meant to do this foreign thing called "thinking".

"Oh? What is going on?" Sebastian opened the door to see the four of us, standing in there in complete shock, wings attached to each of us.

"Well this is certainly a surprise..." He laughed, "I never expected for you all to find out about yourselves this quickly...."

"YOU MEAN YOU UNDERSTAND SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SITUATION WE ALL HAPPEN TO BE IN?!" I screamed, my mind pleading for some sort of explanation, "TELL US!!!"

"Of course, my ladies....." Sebastian then thought for a moment, then smirked while saying, "Or should I call you... my angelcas and demonesses?"

After a loooooooooooooooooooooooong hour of explaining, I finally understood.

Avery and I were "Angelicas".

Akira and Emma were "Demonesses".

Apparently, an "Angelica" was the name of a female Angel, though it was (according to Sebastian) to get a soley female Angel. He said that most Angels were both genders...... Which is weird and gross.

A "Demoness" was a female demon. Sebastian said that demons didn't have the "oh-so-special" trait of being both genders (My face is still kinda O.O after he said that), so it was one less thing that Akira and Emma had to worry about.

Sebastian also explained about how we were all half-human. Somehow, all four of us had survived being born as a half-being (apparently, its pretty rare) and lived as such in our time, making friends, and eventually being thrown back in time. Also, Sebastian said that our other half (angel or demon) brought us here so that we could learn about our other selves.

"Woah..." I whispered, "Thats some pretty deep [crap]..."

"No kidding...." Avery replied in the same breathless tone I used.

The room went silent afterwards.....

That is, until Emma shattered the silence with her hilarious way of speaking.

"Soooo... What?" Emma's eyes flared in anger, "So I'm going to lose two of my greatest friends because IM FRICKING HALF-DEMON?!" She began to rant, "I DON'T WANT TO LOSE THEM TO SOME LIGHT FLUFFY INNER ANGEL WHO KEEPS THEM AWAY FROM ME AND AKIRA!!! THEY DONT DESERVE THAT!!! I DONT DESERVE THAT!!!"

We all stared at Emma for a moment- I never knew that she was capable of that kind of speech. 

"M-Me neither..." Akira's soft voice whispered.

"I think I agree," I nodded.

"Well," Sebastian replied as if he were innerly laughing, "I suppose you can try to stay friends, but the demons and angels inside of you will eventually take over, and there will be nothing but war between the four of you."

"Is there any way we can prove you wrong?" Akira asked softly, "I don't want to fight my best friends..."

"No, hatred between the 4 of you is inevitable," Sebastian nodded to each of us, "Unless the four of you learn to master your inner angels and demons."

"That sounds complicated..." I muttered.

"Indeed, it usually takes at least 100 years for a full demon to master their inner demon. I do not know how long it will take for a half human to master themselves.

 It is not worth it. 

"SOMEONE IS SPEAKING IN MY HEAD SEND HELP!!!" I clutched my head in my hands before realizing that the others were in a similar situation. Immediately, more flashes of pain were triggered, and the pain spread through my entire body.

"OW!"

"AGH!"

"HOLY DUCKS STANDING ON A STRAIGHTENING IRON!"

"FRICKING...."

We all yelled these things at about the same time.

Do not try to resist me, and the pain will lessen.

'But the moment I let you have control... I'll hate my friends, right?' 

They are not your friends. They are demons that are trying to cause you to Fall. No, you are an angel of God and do not need them. 

'But.... I've known them for as long as I can remember...' 

They have tried to control you for your entire life, but I protected you. 

The angel's sweet words were beginning to get to me.

'Really...?' 

Yes, really.  

'Why...? Why did you protect me?' 

Because you are precious to me, of course. 

"STOP TRYING TO SWEET-TALK ME!" Akira yelled out, "THAT'S A LIE!"

I snapped out of my daze.

'You're lying to me.' 

Why would I ever lie?! I'm your angel! 

'You're a fallen angel that is stuck inside of me. I am not yours, and you are not mine.' 

Ugh... I was hoping we could do this peacefully... But I do not know if it's possible anymore.... Please, Meghan, allow me to take over, and the pain will be all over. 

'No! I won't allow it!' 

Are you sure about that? Can I not convince you otherwise? 

'You can't, not unless you swear to me that I'll still love my friends.' 

I can't promise you such things. 

'You are my angel, correct? Then why don't you follow my orders?' 

Because that is not how it works. I shall try one more time- Will you simply allow me to take control?

'No.' 

Fine. I suppose we'll do this the hard way. 

Immediately, I felt fresh ripples of pain going through my body, causing me to yell out.

"I told you that you would not be able to resist your inner angels and demons," I barely heard Sebastian say with a sigh.

I focused on the task at hand- resisting my inner angel.

I fought harder and harder against her grasp around my soul, but I felt myself being pushed back, and I felt a new presence take place where I was. This new soul was anything but white- In fact, it was blood red. I was surprised- 'Is this what my angel's soul looks like?' 

"Indeed, Meghan," My mouth moved, but they were not my words, "That is my soul."

"Oh, hello Amber," ...Avery.... said, "It's nice to finally see you."

"Indeed, Adrianna," My angel smiled, "It's been awhile."

"It took a really long time for you to take control," Avery's angel smirked, "Have you become weak?"

"No, simply that Meghan was a hard fighter," My angel replied, then turned to Sebastian (while placing a look of disgust on my face).

"I see... So this is the inner angels and demons of the girls?" Sebastian laughed, "I am slightly surprised that they let you take over."

"They didn't let us do it without a fight," Akira's demon spoke, "It was interesting."

"So it was..." Emma's demon said, laughing, "Emma is a rather amusing person as well. 'LET ME THE FLYING BANANNAS GO!' " She quoted while laughing.

The room went silent afterwards.

"I suppose this is goodbye then... for now," My angel said to the demons, and turned to Avery, "Let's go."

While our angels spoke to eachother, I cried. I cried because I didn't have a body anymore, I cried because I couldn't do anything anymore... But mostly, I cried because I was just forced away from three of my best friends in the world.

Sad chapter, I know TT^TT I felt so bad while writing it!!! I'M SO SORRY MY READERS I DON'T UPDATE FOR MONTHS AND THEN I GIVE YOU A 1,300 WORD CHAPTER THAT IS FILLED WITH SADDNESS!!!!! I'm so sorry TT^TT

Speaking of months...... I'm sorry about the slow updating for this story- and, quite frankly, all of my stories. I just really want to get updates out to you guys, but I'm a really busy person... 

Yeah. I have a life.

Somehow.

Anyways, here is a 1,375 word chapter for you guys! BE PROUD OF ME BECAUSE I UPDATED FOR YOU!!!! :D
