The full moon shone in the sky, casting a bright white light on the clearing below. A cat appeared out of the ferns, his gray tabby fur covered in starlight. The tom padded up to the middle of the clearing, three other cats following.

"Soulstar, why did you want us to meet here?" A gray and white she-cat meowed. "You could've just told us in StarClan territory. There's no need to go to the Clans gathering place."

"I wanted to have a place to talk in private, Cloudstar", Soulstar replied. "Something very important is about to come to us. Something we never thought was possible."

"Well, I'd like to know what this 'something' is. A dark gray she-cat spoke up. "I'm getting impatient, Soulstar."

"I expected that, Stormstar", Soulstar meowed. "What I'm about to tell you three is something I never expected to happen. Please listen closely." A bright white revealed in front of the four cats, and a figure of a sleeping cat was revealed. You could just barely see the rising and falling of her flank.

"Okay, it's just Flowersong", Stormstar growled. "What's so important about her?"

"It's not Flowersong I'm talking about!" Soulstar snapped, getting impatient. "It's her soon-to-be-born kits is why I took you all here. These four kits each have an ability of the four Clans before us!"

"What?! But- but that's impossible!" Cloudstar yowled. "The original four Clans were wiped out seasons ago!" How- there's no way any descendants of the four Clans are still alive!" They all died before we even did! Are you sure these are the right kits, Soulstar?"

"I've never been wrong before, Cloudstar. These kits have more power than I could ever imagine." Soulstar paused, and stared at the only cat who hasn't said anything. "Aurastar, do you have anything to say about this?"

"I'm surprised, and I'm looking forward to see these kits grow up. They'll have huge responsibility's on their paws, but StarClan will be with them, we'll do as much as we can."

Soulstar stood up, the rest of the cats did the same. When these kits grow a bit older, each of us will be a guide to one of the four cats, according to the original four Clans we came from. We will be a big part in these cats lives. We are the only ones who can help them complete their destiny."
