Brody's POV

It's the day of our Mark of Mastery exam. Terra Aqua and I where standing on the center and infront of us where our Master Eraqus and Master Xehanort who came to observe the exam, Ven was standing on the side he was gonna watch as well. As the Master explain he summoned light orbs as we got our keyblades out and ready to fight them though as we did the orbs seem to leak some darkness and became more agressive even one went after Ven but he took it out "Ven!" The three of exclaimed "Don't worry about me I can handle myself" Ven said "But-" Aqua said "Don't worry he'll be fine" I said and she nodded and we focused on the orbs.

*Timeskip*

After a bit we took out all of the orbs "That was unexpected but regardless you all pulled through" The master said as we looked at him "Now you three will have a sparring match between each other" he add and we nodded getting ready.
After a few clashes of our keyblades the master told us to stop "We must admit that this Mark of Mastery was different than usual but regardless the results where interesting" he said as we all looked at him expectant. "Sadly only Brody and Aqua will be given the title of Master. Terra you failed to control the darkness withing you" The Master said, we where suprised but also sad for Terra. Both Eraqus and Master Xehanort left we looked at Terra "Terra.." I said felling bad "I..need a moment" Terra said as he left "....Hey Brody can we go to our room?" Ven asked he seemed to want to talk but before I could talk the master came back "Actually I need to talk with our new masters" he said while looking at me and Aqua "Go wait there Ven I'll be there in a bit" I said and he nodded heading back to our room.

*Some time later*

Terra arrived as the Master explained us about creatures called Unversed attacking worlds trying to filled them with darkness. Our mission was to defeat them and find the source of them we all nodded and Terra went ahead of us to leave "One more thing if you two ever need advice you can ask my friend Master Yen Sid" The master said and we nodded. Then we saw Ven rush outside so we followed him, As we saw Terra leave in his armor Ven also left in his armor making the Master nervous "No he musn't leave!" He said but without thinking I activated my armor and transformed my keyblade and went after Ven ignoring Aqua and the master.

Little did I know this was the start of my first adventure.
