Yun-se watched Jimin just look away while he was getting lectured. She heard her Mother tell Jimin to cut off all ties with Jungkook and she couldn't just sit there and watch Jimin get shouted at repeatedly. But of course, neither of them could talk back even if they wanted to. With such disrespect, it would make the elder upset and lead to ruining both of their lives like, staying and invading their privacy.

           Mrs. Lee was a very busy and strict woman. Since the family was wealthy, she owned a company with her husband. She would show up to look around and then, leave when everything is under control. She only longed for perfection by everyone in her life. Including Jimin for being married to Yun-se.

            "Grab that phone right now and tell someone to cut off Jungkook as your intern! Ask for days off! Or else I will personally go to that building and give them a piece of my mind."

          "Y-You can't! This is not your company.. This is another career that is extremely advanced! Not to go and ask for days off. It's science and each day matters!" Jimin responded as Mrs. Lee folded her arms and stared at Jimin.

        "Jimin, I'm only trying to make this relationship work. There's no way you could divorce or else I will personally cut your family off of the deal and it'll lead them to begging for the loansharks or even grow poor! You know what deals we made before the two of you got married."

          "M-Mother!" Yun-se raised her voice and took off the book from her head. "Y-You can't expect us to love each other if you're the one who scares us and makes us fear it! I... Told Jimin to make a friend..." Yun-se exclaimed, making then Mother walk up to her daughter and make a smile and folded her hands together.

         "Yun-se... Go make your husband and Mother, Tea... Keep it shut. Okay?" Mrs. Lee asked as Yun-se looked at Jimin as the man just gave his wife a look. Telling her to follow what the Mother asked for. Mrs. Lee was very demanding. Jimin rolled his eyes and looked down as the Mother turned to look at Jimin. "Call and you are not going anywhere until you do it. You should love your wife. Not leave her."

           Jimin was upset as he contacted Seokjin and held the phone up to his ear. Waiting for his friend to pick up while Mrs. Lee gave him a glare. Just then, the other line picked up and the call started. "Seokjin... I'm going to ask you a huge favor."

          "Ah, Jimin what is it? I'm trying to go to sleep!" Seokjin hissed as Jimin let out an exhale.

          "Jin, I'm going to need you to talk to the chief and cancel my work with Jungkook as an intern... I don't have any purpose for him anymore and I... Don't need him on our team." Jimin lied only because Mrs. Lee always found a way to get what she wanted. It wasn't because she had nothing else going on in her life, this relationship was just business. Not love.

          "But you know I was teamed up with Jungkook so that means I have to cancel out my partnership." Seokjin claimed as Jimin looked at the ground.

           "Then do it. We'll work with Yoongi and that's all that matters. Jungkook... Just can't be on our group." Jimin stretched the truth as Jin took a moment.

           "Why..?"

           "Because... I realized you were right. I have to be by my Yun-se... Even if he was just a friend to me, I can not afford any other thing that could risk my relationship. So, please remove Jungkook from our group. It's just business. Goodnight." Jimin stated and hung up after and deleted Jungkook's contact too.

           "You're such a good son, Park Jimin. Your parents would be proud. Keeping the promise over everything. Yun-se has such an amazing husband and you have such an amazing wife. Both of you should know that this is how your love will be. Try not to think of the deal behind it and start bonding even more. You both will live by it forever." Mrs. Lee said as the timer on her watch went off. "Yun-se, I have to go now. You know how far my house is from here so I'll be going."

          Yun-se smiled happily as Mrs. Lee started to walk out the door. "One more thing, try for a baby. I'm not going to repeat myself. Goodbye!" Mrs. Lee said as she took out her phone to call her personal driver.

           As soon as the woman left Jimin quickly locked the door and placed his hand on the door. Feeling the absolute pain he would get when he returns for work. Yun-se dumped the tea she was making and looked at Jimin, pressing his head against the door and staring at his contact scree to see 'Mr. Jeon' was no longer there.

           "Why did you dump the tea..?" Jimin asked and looked at his wife as Yun-se rubbed her own arms while she hugged herself.

            "It was bad.... So it was for my Mother." Yun-se added as Jimin took a moment to look at his wife, staring at her own ring in silence. "I'm sorry... I became your wife..."

           "It's okay... You don't have any fault in this. It's just your Mother. You did mention that you told me to make some friends... But she didn't listen. I can imagine going back to work and having Jungkook just despise me like in high school. So much for becoming his friend. But... Why did you have to tell her that? You know you could have told me and we'll fix it like we always do."

              "I-I know... I know I was just upset and I... Couldn't handle it, I looked too sad you were hanging out with Jungkook more than your own wife and I had to.. I had to vent it out but Jungkook called you and you were running late. Our jobs take up too much time from our lives." Yun-se claimed as Jimin let out an exhale and looked at the bedroom door and back at his ring. "Jimin... If only... We fell in love the normal way and not forced! We... are stuck together forever and I need you to cooperate." Yun-se then wiped a tear and moved in to hug Jimin. "I'm sorry for ruining your life..."

           "Stop saying that... It wasn't you. It was just both of our parents. Okay? But since we are going to stay like this forever, might as well bond through it." Jimin mentioned and patted Yun-se's back and pulled away from the hug to go to bed after. That night, they slept on opposite sides, not having any contact with each other. This was how they would behave after Mrs. Lee would visit. But any other day, they would just act like a lovely couple as always.

          The next morning, Jimin pulled up by Jungkook's house to see the younger smile and get into the car happily. Unaware of what was going to happen today. Jimin looked at Jungkook and silently smiled as Jungkook placed on his seat belt.

           "You look dead, Mr. Park. Did that lady leave you alone? Or did she give you a lecture?" Jungkook asked with a chuckle. But even he noticed Jimin nodded silently too. This made Jungkook look out the window while everything grew silent... He sat there silently and would occasionally glance at Jimin but then would clear his throat. Once they arrived to the building, Jimin kept walking forward as Jungkook watched Jimin ignore him and keep walking. Jungkook worried about Jimin and wanted to ask. But before he could, he watched the chief walk up to him by the hallway before entering the laboratory.

             Jimin watched the chief and a few workers approach Jungkook and Jimin just fixed his glasses and looked back to catch a glimpse of the boy holding up his glasses and bowing to the elder, Chief Min. "Good morning, Jeon Jungkook! Change of plans today!" Said the Chief to Jungkook as Jimin quickly got into the lab, closing the door behind him so he wouldn't hear what the Chief had to say.

        Jimin bolted to his section and looked at Jin by his desk, poking Yoongi's face with a pen and drawing whiskers on his cheek while the man was sleeping. Jimin approached the two and looked at Jin, throwing down his suitcase onto his desk.

          "Seokjin! Where is Jungkook going?!" Jimin asked, as the older drew a cat nose on Yoongi.

          "You said to get rid of him so I told the chief I don't want a partner... He needed me to explain so I said,  Jungkook is a distraction, never works, never does the assignments right, and... He distracts you a lot and keeps you from working." Seokjin claimed. "I.. Had to say it or else the Chief would never take him out. I'm sorry."

           "Where is he going...?" Jimin wondered as Jin stopped drawing on Yoongi's face and looked at the man sleeping with cat whiskers and nose too.

          "I heard he's going to dust the old books in the library..." Yoongi said and opened his eyes to look at Seokjin. "I'm going to kill you."

             "Resource center?" Jimin asked as Yoongi sat up and looked at Jin laughing at his face.

              "Yes." Yoongi answered and stood up to look at Jin, stretching too.

               "Why are you stretching, Lil meow meow?" Jin laughed as Yoongi smiled and looked at the older.

               "I'm giving you a head start... Run." Yoongi said with a smile as Jin started to back up and laughed.

             "Don't disrespect me. I am older than you! What's wrong with you?!" Seokjin said as he backed up and started to laugh.

               Jimin walked out of there and hurried to the resource center to see Jungkook. He felt so bad for the younger he had to talk to him. Jimin slowed down as soon as he stepped by the doorway and peaked inside, he could see Jungkook up on a ladder dusting off a top row of books already. The boy climbed onto the second floor of books and started walking down the aisle to dust off more books as Jimin stepped in to look up at Jungkook.

           Jimin watched Jungkook and let out a sigh. He only showed up to sort things out with Jungkook, hoping the younger wouldn't hate him after this. But of course, there was a possibility that he would despise Jimin for it. Not only for instantly kicking him off the team, but seeing him as nothing but a distraction.
