I think I forgot to bring my laptop's charger from my room." Seungcheol looked around.

"Don't worry, I'll bring it." Jeonghan stood up.

"It's okay, I'll go, Jeonghan." Seungcheol stated.

"No you're in the middle of work, do it, I'll bring the charger." Jeonghan patted his shoulder and left.

Jeonghan reached Seungchool's room, "Shit, I forgot to ask him where has he kept the bag."

He looked around for a while as he finally found the bag, kept at a far end of the mini shelf which was stuffed with other things. He reached out to get the bag when another bag accidentally fell through him.

He began to pick it up but since it was open, an album and a diary fell out of it.

"What am I even doing?" Jeonghan sighed as he bent down again.

But his soul left his body as soon as he saw the cover of the album.

It was his own picture, which he never knew that it existed. He didn't remember taking that picture. Next, he read the title, Yoon Jeonghan and us.

He flipped the album open as he sat down on the floor. They were all pictures of him with Seungcheol and the entire Rose Quartz team. And as a matter of fact, he doesn't remember taking those photos in these few months.

They were all attached with phrases like, 'Where are you?', 'Please come back.', 'We miss you.'

Jeonghan was clearly understanding what it meant but he didn't want to believe it at all. Without realising, a stream of tears began to trail down through his cheeks as his vision became blurry.

Still, he wiped his tears and gathered the courage to go through everything, to go through the glimpses of his past, to go through the pain they had felt when he left him.

And last but not the least was a beautiful candid picture of him and Seungcheol where they looked extremely happy. The text beside it said, Love You!

Jeonghan let out a cry as he couldn't believe his eyes.

After completing the album, he picked up the diary and immediately recognised Seungcheol's handwriting. They were all diary entries which had begun six years ago.

First of all, Yoon Jeonghan, I love you.

I've been craving to say this to you since forever. I had planned a lot for us today but of course, my confession isn't more important than dad's health.

I know you're going to read all of this with the widest smile on your face and honestly, I'm here for it.

You know, we've been apart due to work a lot of times. But this time I'm too anxious and restless. Probably because I was too excited to tell those three words to you?

Well, much more than that. But c'mon, no one can separate us, never.

I know you'll be back to me really soon. You promised me, of course.

Love You, I'll write more tomorrow.

Jeonghan clutched his chest tightly, "Dad's health? I went? Did I come to Busan for my dad's health and- Did he love me six years ago too? And did I love him too? I promised him to come back- I- I couldn't-"

Oh my god, I almost told you about the diary today. I mean, yeah, there's nothing wrong in telling you but I want this to be a surprise. I want you to read it all in front of me and I'll adore that pretty smile of yours.

But keeping it aside, you sounded really worried. I hate when you're in trouble and I'm not there to embrace you in my arms. Jeonghan, I'm really upset that you're not letting me come to Busan. For me, even Seoul is not Seoul without you.

You're my only home, Yoon Jeonghan.

Jeonghan sniffled loudly after reading it. They way it was written. Seungcheol was so much in love and over that he trusted his love. He believed that he will come back to him in no time.

This diary.

I came back to it after such a long time. All the earlier pages hold a different meaning for me, love. Because while writing those pages, I believed that you'll be back into my arms. But, now I know there's no way I can see you reading this. There's no way I can tell you how much I love you. There's no way you'll hug me again.

Imperfect love, it is. But you were perfect. Maybe that's why, you couldn't stay here, in this cruel world. You were too good for this place. And I was not good enough to come with you. I wasn't fortunate enough to hold your hands forever.

I hope you're looking at me from the clouds. Just so you know, you were and you will always be the only one to reside in my heart. I'll love no one except for you, never. I promise.

"Seungcheol-" Jeonghan's lips quivered as he cried heavily, "Why can't I recall anything? His love-"

I'm sorry. It has been one year since you went away but I couldn't come to sit by your memorial and talk to you. I'm extremely sorry but I can't step into that city.

I hate it, I really do. It snatched you away from me. I'll never go to Busan, never. That land is just cruel. Anyways, I hope you're doing fine. And if you're watching me right now, all I can say, is that I love you!

Jeonghan kept reading the diary. At some point, he expected those entries to stop. But they didn't. Even if six whole years passed, the entries didn't stop.

Jeonghan, I miss you a lot, especially today. There's no fun in celebrating birthdays without you. I miss those times when your beautiful smile used to make my day.

I read the last birthday wish you gave me, 6 years ago but the message is still freshly engraved in my mind. I hope you're doing well. And did you see? I kept roses in my vase today, you love them right?

Anyways, I'll hurry up and go now or you know those crazy kids, they'll not let me live if I arrive late to the treat. Rest Well Jeonghan!

"He thought I wasn't-" Jeonghan coughed heavily while wiping his tears, "But still he loved me. With time, his love didn't fade away, it kept getting stronger."

Jeonghan!!! I'm going to Busan! Please- I hate it. But everyone thinks it's better to go there for this opportunity with Serenity Hyperbotics. Honestly, it is but my heart is beating so fast.

I don't know what will happen when I go there. A lot of things must have changed in those six years but one thing never did. It's still that same city which took my love away and I still hate it, I'll always do.

I'll finish my work as soon as possible and won't stay there for even a single extra second! I promise! Love you!

"I'm glad you came here. We would have never met again if you didn't, thankyou for gathering this courage for me, Seungcheol. Thankyou for loving me when all I could be was a disappointment. I'm so pathetic. After seeing all this, after reading all this, I should've recalled everything but I'm so freaking weak."

"Why?!" Jeonghan cried his heart out, "Why can't my love for you be the same as your love for me? Your love is not imperfect, Seungcheol, it's more than perfect. There's nothing else I could ask for but- But, I failed you. I failed everyone. I failed myself."

It was when Seungcheol stepped into his room to look for Jeonghan. It was when his gaze fell on the younger who was crying with his palm pressed against his mouth.

Jeonghan looked up as his glossy eyes met with the older's horrified ones.

He immediately abandoned everything and rushed towards Seungcheol only to throw himself over the older and engulf him into a tight hug.

Jeonghan cried his heart out while leaning over his shoulder, "You- I- I still can't recall anything Seungcheol!! I saw everything but I can't. I'm sorry, I'm extremely sorry-"

"Shh Jeonghan, calm down." Seungcheol rubbed his back.

"No! I'm the worst. How can I still not recall anything?" Jeonghan cried heavily, "You all loved me so much and still care for me. But I? I can't recall-"

"It's not your fault Jeonghan, please-"

"I don't deserve you. I don't deserve anyone. This should be the end of everyone's misery. I've hurt you a lot. I've made you cry a lot but enough, not anymore. I don't want to liv-"

"NOO!! Never say that-" Seungcheol halted when he felt the younger's body getting heavier as he was loosly relying on him.

He looked down to see Jeonghan's eyes shut.

Seungcheol's hand began to tremble, "Je-Jeonghan! W-wake up."

Seungcheol slowly sat down on the floor with the younger's head on his lap, "Jeonghan please- it's not your fault, please wake up, I beg you PLEASE!!"

Seungcheol sprinkled water on his face as tears rolled down his eyes, "Please don't- I- I'm here, see, how can you-"

Seungcheol gathered himself and immediately lifted the younger into his arms. He rushed out of the room and descended downstairs where everyone was present, "HURRY UP! WE'VE TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL! QUICK!"

All of them stood up as they couldn't process the scenario. Jeonghan was hanging unconscious in Seungcheol's arms who was asking to go to the hospital.

What?

They quickly understood the situation even though they didn't know what was the exact scenario. Still, they abandoned everything and took charge of their most prior concern.

Cars were called immediately as everyone got in.

In one of the cars, Seungcheol was at the backseat with Jeonghan while Joshua had occupied the passenger's seat. The driver was driving the car.

Joshua quickly called Jihyo, "Hello? Jihyo please contact Dr. Min, we're reaching the hospital soon. Jeonghan is unconscious. It's really urgent. Yeah, thank you!"

"Please be fine." Seungcheol mumbled while holding Jeonghan's hand tightly.

"Don't worry Seungcheol, everything will be fine." Joshua tried to assure him.

No one knew what had happened. And watching Seungcheol being extremely worried, it didn't look like he would be able to reveal anything.

<Busan City Hospital>

Jeonghan was successfully admitted to the hospital while Yoongi had took charge of him. Everyone was asked to wait outside and Jihyo was the only one to go in. The doctors had talked to Seungcheol to know the exact scenario but the rest of the members were still oblivious.

All twelve of them were restless while occupying the hallway.

"And then?"

"I don't know, he fainted, right?"

"No one knows."

"But he was all fine-"

It was when they heard a small sniffle which gradually got converted into really loud cries. Seungcheol was sitting on the floor against the wall with his head dug into his knees. He was curled up to himself and his entire body was trembling.

"Because the day we see Seungcheol hyung crying again, it will be over for all of us." Wonwoo's voice ringed in Mingyu's mind as he looked at him. And Wonwoo was actually shivering, the whole Rose Quartz team was.

And Mingyu understood, everything was going to go downhill.

The corridor fell silent. No one dared to move from their place as everyone was equally taken aback. The Rose Quartz team could never stand their eldest one breaking down in front of them while for Serenity, it was a new experience.

History was repeating itself. Seungcheol, who was everyone's strength was breaking down, piece by piece, right in front of their eyes. He was once again vulnerable. Everything that he had been sabotaging in his heart for six years, was now coming out.

He had tried his best to keep everyone intact and cope up from the loss for six long years but now? All of his strength was shattered again. He feared, everyone feared, that he might not be able to endure it over again.

Woozi stumbled on his feet as he fell down. Hoshi grabbed him immediately after which Joshua helped Seokmin to sit in a corner as he wasn't able to hold him for long. Wonwoo and Vernon weren't any better as the past memories struck them so Mingyu and Seungkwan assisted them respectively. Jun and Minghao intertwined their hands tightly as they tried to suppress their cries.

Only Dino dared to step towards Seungcheol. He sat beside him and caressed his hair, "Hyung?"

"L-leave me." Seungcheol's low voice echoed as he didn't look up.

"Hyung please- he'll be fine-"

"How?!!" Seungcheol looked up, "He saw everything. EVERYTHING! And he started blaming himself for not being able to recall anything. He- He's- No!"

After hearing the truth, all of them gasped. It was even more concerning now. Jeonghan didn't faint all of a sudden, it was rather serious. And that was why Seungcheol was behaving that way.

"He wasn't supposed to know everything on his own like this. It wasn't the right time." Seungcheol cried heavily, "He couldn't take it."

"Hyung-"

"I'm sorry Jeonghan, I'm so sorry!" Seungcheol broke down, "No matter how much I love you, why do I always fail to stay by your side when you need me the most? WHY?!

Why am I always late to embrace you? Why can't my love be as perfect as you? This is not fair, please! Do you really think that I'm strong enough to go through everything once again? I'm not. I'm really not."

The Rose Quartz team's silence was concerning. They were sitting like some emotionless statues. For them, this scenario was a bit too familiar. And it wasn't for good.

Wherein, the Serenity team didn't even want to imagine the emotional pain they were going through. Of course, Jeonghan was precious to them too and they were really worried but Rose Quartz was going through it for the second time. They knew this pain of separation vividly which was fueling their anxiety.

No one knew what to do. How were they supposed to console each other? How were they supposed to be each other's comfort? Was anyone doing any better to be that courageous?

"That little trust on your love, hyung?" Dino held his shoulder, "Did you forget how by staying strong for six entire years, you won him back? Did you forget how he doesn't remember anything but still started loving you once again.

Yes hyung, you're that Choi Seungcheol, who never backed down from his true love, who never gave up on his one and only man, who never lost to the dirtiest game of destiny. Believe me hyung, no one can dare to lay a single hand on your love, not even fate."

"But he's-"

"He's inside, fighting for his love too. He's strong, you're strong!" Dino embraced the older while patting his back, "No one can separate both of you, hyung. Please trust yourself. Trust him. I'm sure, this will be your last test and after this, nothing would be able to weaken you."

Gradually, all of them approached the due and they shared a group hug. After parting away, they wiped their tears and stood up.

"You're right, we should stay positive." Seungcheol nodded, "Everything will be fine."

Soon enough, Yoongi, Jihyo and three nurses came out of the room.

"What happened Dr. Min? Is he fine?" Seungcheol quickly asked.

"Calm down Mr. Choi and listen to me carefully." Yoongi paused, "I'm sorry I can't say he's totally fine. He has to wake up within the span of 48 hours or else his condition will become risky. He might go into coma or he may-" He halted.

"He may?" Seungcheol's eyes widened.

"Let's not predict anything now and hope for him to wake up before 48 hours pass." Yoongi nodded, "You can go in to see him one by one. Don't crowd the room. If it's very important than I'll suggest two people can stay inside at most. Take care." He left after glancing at them.

"Jihyo?" Joshua looked at her for explanation.

"He took everything in the worst way possible." Jihyo felt guilty for not being able to help them, "At this moment, his will to go through it is the most important. You can call me if you need anything, please take care." She left as well.

Seungcheol grabbed his hair tightly.

Woozi held his shoulder, "Hyung! Go in. Who knows? Your presence might provide strength to him."

"Yes, hyung, go in and stay strong!" Dino encouraged him.

Without wasting any second, Seungcheol immediately went into the room.

"I hope everything goes fine." Jun muttered.

"He'll have to wake up soon, no matter what." Mingyu added.

"Guys, calm down. I'm sure he will wake up." Hoshi tried his best to assure them.

"Of course he has to." Seokmin nodded.

"History will repeat itself but this time, to fix everything." Wonwoo muttered.

"Our family will forever stay intact." Seungkwan stated.

"Let's hope for the best." Vernon mumbled.

"Take deep breaths and calm yourselves." Minghao stated.

"He'll be fine!" Joshua nodded.

A/n : The way I cried like crazy while writing it. Like imagining it, then feeling it and then writing it down with a trembling hand and teary eyes. I was dying fr. It was way too hard to write, genuinely.
