"Is he asleep?" Hoshi asked while yawning heavily. It was 4 in the morning and everyone except Jeonghan had gathered in the hall with their half dead selves which were in dreamland.

"Yeah." Joshua nodded while rubbing his eyes, "I locked his room's door."

"What if he wakes up before we return?" Seungcheol asked.

"We'll make some excuses." Woozi tried to keep his eyes open, "There's no point of thinking about it right now."

"We'll say it was a prank or something." Dino stated, "C'mon, twelve liars are enough."

"Let's go, cars are ready." Mingyu informed, as everyone moved out of the mansion and got into the cars. Joshua, Seokmin, Woozi and Seungkwan got into one car while Seungcheol, Mingyu, Wonwoo and Vernon got into another. Hoshi, Jun, Minghao and Dino took another.

It was when Joshua got a call, "Yeah hello?"

"Sir we've reached the asylum."

"Just wait there, you'll bring her in when I'll call you." He hung up the call.

Soon enough, they reached their destination, which was, Tretz Healing Asylum.

"Finally." Vernon scoffed as he and everyone got out of their cars.

"Time for the final showdown." Jun mumbled, "Let's go guys."

All twelve of them walked into the building as they were greeted by the chief handler of the asylum, Miss Jeon Hana, as everyone retorted her gesture. She showed them the way to their desired room.

"Hyung!!" Jihye smiled to see them as he rushed towards them and hugged them one by one.

"When we told him that you were visiting early in the morning, he woke up at 3:30 in the morning." Hana chuckled.

"Our busy schedules give us these odd times as spare only." Joshua chuckled.

Jihye didn't look like he was in his 20s. It felt like he was still 10 years old. They took him to the ground of the asylum and started playing football with him.

Without any staff of the asylum noticing, Joshua made a call, "Yeah, set Aunt Moon free."

Soon enough, a lady barged into the ground, all disheveled. She immediately rushed towards Jihye and hugged him.

And she was none other than Park Haerin better known as Aunt Moon.

Jihye yanked her politely, "Who are you ma'am?"

"W-what?" Haerin's voice trembled.

Hana stood between them, "Who are you ma'am and how did you come in?"

"He's my son!" Haerin cried while pointing at Jihye.

"What?" Hana was bewildered.

"Sorry ma'am but he isn't your son." Hoshi barged in, "His parents passed away in a car accident. We could only save him."

"What did you do to my son huh?" Haerin grabbed Hoshi's collars, "TELL ME?!!"

With the help of other staff, Hana managed to hold her back.

Haerin turned towards Jihye, "Son!! They're playing with you! This is a mental asylum!! They're ruining your life."

Jihye hid beside Seungcheol, "She's a witch! Bad aunt bad aunt! This is my home. I play with my friends here."

"Ma'am you're scaring the kid." Hana warned, "Please get out of here."

"You all are so dumb to see the actual master plan created by them." Haerin pointed at the twelve men, "Why? Why is my son not calling me mom? Why is he behaving like this? Tell everyone that you know me for so long, why are you lying?"

"Do you know me ma'am?" Wonwoo stepped forward, "Do you know my name?"

"No-" Haerin nodded because the Rose Quartz team was obviously unknown to her.

"See?" Woozi intervened, "She doesn't even know us."

"But-"

"What is she even talking about?" Dino scrunched his brows.

"BELIEVE ME PLEASE!" Haerin cried as she begged the asylum's staff, "THEY'RE LYING."

"Listen here ma'am, this Park Jihye was caught in an accident along with his parents who unfortunately passed away. The trauma hit him really bad but these guys are his saviours." Hana explained, "We've written documentation of all this which was approved by the senior Dr. Min Yoongi of Busan City Hospital and a leading therapist Dr. Park Jihyo from JHSC medical center. The accident was approved by a senior inspector as well. They can't be lying."

"Hana, I think she needs your help." Mingyu suggested, "You should admit her here."

"Mr. Kim is right ma'am." A staff member, Sana insisted, "We should take care of her considering her mental state is really bad."

"JUST SHUT UP ALL OF YOU." Haerin yelled, "Neither I'll stay here, nor my son."

She went on to drag Jihye from Seungcheol's hold.

Jihye began to cry, "Leave me you scary witch!! I hate you! Hyung please save me."

"Ma'am you need to stop." Hana held her arms.

"No one can stop me." Haerin tried to push her but Hana had a strong grip over her.

Soon a staff member, tried to inject anesthesia into her arm but she resisted and kicked the staff member. More people came to help and due to the ruckus, Sana accidentally stuck the needle into her throat to which she fell unconscious. She was taken away by the staff.

"Sorry for the inconvenience." Hana apologised.

"Not your fault." Joshua chuckled, "I think we should go back now."

They bid Jihye a sweet goodbye and walked out of the premises of the asylum. As soon as they reached their cars, they began to laugh.

"Now their life will be worse than hell." Hoshi nodded, "Jihye forgot all of his life and believes that we're his saviours."

"And that Park Haerin will definitely face rough treatment because of her stubbornness." Minghao added.

"She's gonna lose her voice too." Dino added, "All thanks to Sana."

"Yeah she did so well that even I thought that she injected the injection in the wrong way accidentally." Seungkwan nodded.

"The rest is all thanks to Dr. Min and Jihyo." Joshua stated.

"True, they helped us a lot." Seungcheol agreed, "Let's go back before Jeonghan wakes up."

"Yeah Sana will take care of everything here. Hiring her was expensive but nevermind, at least we can trust her." Mingyu yawned, "Their chapter is finally over."

"But how can we trust her so blindly?" Woozi asked.

"She used to work for us before joining here. We gave a job to her son." Joshua explained, "And over that, she is very close to Jeonghan. So yeah, she kinda volunteered."

"All we had to do was to bear her cost of living and provide lifetime job security to her son." Hoshi added, "Her son doesn't know about all this though."

"If we weren't busy at work, we would have been texting on the gc all day." Mingyu laughed, "It's so fun."

"I told you they'll tease." Wonwoo muttered.

"Is it bothering you?" Mingyu looked concern, "Should we cancel-"

"No, don't worry Mingyu, I'm alright." Wonwoo smiled.

"Thank god." Mingyu felt relieved.

After a couple of hours, everyone began to leave the office one by one.

"Let's go hyung." Mingyu stood up as they wrapped up their work.

"Yeah sure." Wonwoo nodded as both of them walked out of the cabin.

As they reached the parking lot, Mingyu opened the passenger's seat's door for the older.

"Uh thanks." Wonwoo chuckled hesitantly as he got in.

It was an exceptional kind of behaviour for him. But he just shrugged it off.

Mingyu walked around and got into the driver's seat. He started driving and after a while of silent drive filled with some music, they reached the movie theatre.

But instead of getting through the front entrance, Mingyu led Wonwoo in through another entrance.

Wonwoo understood that since it was owned by Mingyu's friend, it was obvious for him to know and use the better treatment.

"Hello, Welcome to Dream Multiplex." A lady bowed to the two males who retorted the gesture, "Mr. Wang will meet you after the movie. This way sir."

Both of them followed the lady to a vip theatre hall which was empty. Some snacks were organised for two people.

"It will start in 10 minutes, get comfortable sir." The lady chuckled, "Please enjoy." She left after bowing.

"Is it only for the two of us?" Wonwoo asked.

"Yeah." Mingyu nodded, "I told you it's for review. Testing kind of thing you know."

Wonwoo wasn't very convinced but went along, "I get it."

They got comfortable on their seats and after a while, the lights turned dim as the movie started.

A few minutes into the movie and Mingyu was already distracted.

From subtle glances to totally turning to look at Wonwoo who was entirely immersed into the screen.

He mentally slapped himself and averted his gaze from Wonwoo.

'Why am I doing this?' Mingyu thought to himself, 'Stop it for real.'

He changed his expressions to serious ones but how was he supposed to stay calm when Wonwoo was right beside him?

Gradually, they began to consume the snacks while enjoying the movie.

Wonwoo would occasionally drop some reactions and express how he was enjoying the movie.

And it made Mingyu extremely happy. He was relieved that the older liked whatever he had planned for them.

"Wow it was great." Wonwoo smiled widely as the movie ended.

"It ended?" Mingyu was brought back from his wonderland.

"Weren't you watching as well?" Wonwoo laughed as he stretched a bit.

"Oh-uh yeah. I meant it was so good that I can't believe it already ended." Mingyu scratched his neck.

Within a while the lights turned bright again and the screen was shut.

Soon enough, another male who was a stranger for Wonwoo, stepped in.

"Mingyu!" He came in and gave him a hug.

"Hyung, he's Jackson Wang, my friend who owns this multiplex." Mingyu introduced, "And Jackson, he's Jeon Wonwoo, my friend and business partner."

"Nice to meet you." Jackson shook hands with Wonwoo, "This theater was absolutely great."

"Thank you." Jackson chuckled.

It was when Mingyu's phone rang, "Excuse me, just a second." He walked out of the hall to attend the call.

"You both look good together." Jackson smiled, "Finally my friend got a boyfriend, congratulations Mr. Jeon."

"Boyfriend? Oh- no!" Wonwoo laughed, "We aren't together."

"Wow don't lie." Jackson stated, "Why would he book a whole theatre for just a friend? If I knew that it was a date, I wouldn't have let him make the payment."

"Booked?" Wonwoo's smile dropped, "Wasn't this for giving you some reviews since you renovated it recently?"

"What?" Jackson understood the situation, "Oh- y-eah- y-ou right I was just joking so that you would tell me the truth. Of course, it was for the reviews."

"Don't lie Mr. Wang." Wonwoo stated, "Did he book it?"

It was when Mingyu came back, "Hyung let's go. We have to eat dinner too."

"Oh right you might be getting late." Jackson avoided eye contact with Wonwoo, "It was nice having you here."

"What's with that tone? Nevermind." Mingyu looked at Wonwoo, "Let's go hyung."

Wonwoo just nodded as he followed the younger.

They both got into the car once again.

While Mingyu was buckling his seat belt, Wonwoo asked, "You lied to me."

Mingyu looked up, "What?"

"We didn't come here for reviews and all right?" Wonwoo stated, "You booked the 'whole' theatre hall only for us."

Mingyu's breath hitched. He didn't have an answer, of course.

"Mr. Wang accidentally spilled the truth." Wonwoo muttered.

"That idiot." Mingyu muttered beneath his breath, "Are you upset?"

"I don't know." Wonwoo looked away, "What was the need, Mingyu?"

"I thought we could build better dynamics between us for effective teamwork." Mingyu explained.

"There's no way I'm taking that." Wonwoo looked at him in disbelief.

"Uh-" Mingyu contemplated, "When you told me that Seungcheol hyung was taking Jeonghan hyung, it just came to my mind. Randomly."

"Mingyu that's different." Wonwoo scrunched his brows, "They've the love factor between them that's why Seungcheol hyung planned it all."

"I know." Mingyu looked down, "I'm sorry."

"No- why are you saying sorry?" Wonwoo felt bitter, "I guess I put it in the wrong way. I'm not calling you out, I just meant that it wasn't needed. We could've just watched the movie in a normal theatre."

Mingyu just nodded without looking at the older, "You're right."

Wonwoo held his shoulder, "Don't get upset, please. I liked it and I appreciate your efforts. I just didn't understand the meaning behind it."

"Hyung!" Mingyu paused, "I like you."

'Shit. Why would I say that? Noo! It's way too early. Kim Mingyu, you idiot. What the fuck is wrong with you?!'

"What?" Wonwoo's eyes widened.

"I mean- not in THAT way, uh-" Mingyu cleared his throat, "You all are so nice. I'm glad to befriend you all but for you, it's a bit different. I like your personality, it vibes with mine, so I just wanted to get close to you, that's it."

"Mingyu-"

"I know whatever I'm saying is sounding weird but I don't know how to explain it." Mingyu scoffed, "Don't get me wrong, please."

"You're so nervous that you're literally sweating." Wonwoo laughed a bit as he took out a few tissues from the dashboard and handed it to Mingyu.

"I don't know what's wrong with me." Mingyu muttered, "I'm sorry if I'm making you uncomfortable."

"Forget about it, let's just go." Wonwoo nodded, "I understand your context, don't worry."

Mingyu felt relieved. He had unexpectedly stated his feelings but was quick to twist his words to make it sound like something platonic which was a complete lie.

He just mentally tucked a note to he careful with his words from that moment.

'It is going to be a long journey, surely.'
