"Yeah, so this was it." Jeonghan concluded as he and Dino showcased the Rose Quartz team the whole land where they were going to work. It was vast, really vast and the beautiful weather made the empty land look like heaven. It was surrounded by a lot of trees which were decided to be retained to enhance the beauty of the structure they were going to build.

"Hyung, me, Jun hyung, Minghao hyung and Woozi hyung are going to explore the section A once again." Dino informed Jeonghan as all of them left.

"We're going to see the whole land through the drone once again." Wonwoo stated as he, Vernon and Seokmin left as well.

Now the two CEOs were alone so they decided to walk around till the younger ones would return.

"Seungcheol." Jeonghan hesitantly called, "I want to tell you about something."

"Yeah, go on."

"I don't know why am I telling you this but I'm just going with my intuitions." Jeonghan cleared his throat.

"It's okay Jeonghan, you don't need to worry. I'm here to listen." Seungcheol assured.

"Uh- I-" Jeonghan struggled to begin the conversation, "Actually- argh how do I frame a sentence?"

"Calm down." Seungcheol patted his back, "Take a deep breath and forget all your worries." He saw a bench nearby, "Come, let's sit and talk."

Jeonghan looked down as he played with his fingers. It wasn't easy for him to talk about his amnesia but for some reasons, he wanted to tell everything to Seungcheol.

"Can I hold your hand?" Seungcheol asked, "If you feel comfortable that way?"

"Thank you." Jeonghan intertwined his hand with the older's, "Six years ago, I got into a severe accident. The friends which I've now are my saviours. But- but when I woke up after a long time of treatment, I couldn't recall anything from my past."

"What?" Seungcheol softly asked. Of course he had to act oblivious.

"I still don't know anything about myself, my family and my friends from six years ago." Jeonghan tightened his grip on Seungcheol's hand as he briefly explained him everything, "I miss them. But I couldn't find them no matter how much I tried. My aversion from the media and public grew from my anxiety because of all this.

That evening, in the office, I fainted because I recalled the day of my accident. And that was the second time you saved me from a panic attack. That's why I started to think that you were from my past and I creeped you out."

"It's alright Jeonghan, you didn't creep me out." Seungcheol caressed his palm through his thumb, "And thank you for considering me worthy enough to know about yourself. I'm glad that I could help you in dealing with all this. Don't worry much, you're strong."

Jeonghan just stared at his feet. He wanted Seungcheol to stay with him but the truth was that he knew nothing about him. Seungcheol might have someone in his life already, who knows? He was here to do business and not to deal with Jeonghan's problems. Because Jeonghan's problems were none of Seungcheol's concern, right?

Yes, that was Jeonghan's point of view.

"Thank you for helping me out and listening me today." Jeonghan muttered, "And I know, I've bothered you all a lot these days. I promise I won't let my personal problems effect our business at any cost."

Seungcheol looked at the younger as he now understood that he was feeling guilty. And that guilt was just going to build another wall between them.

"I never said that you bothered me or anyone of us." Seungcheol softly stated, "Since the day we stepped in Busan, you made sure that we're comfortable. You and your friends are such great people. Be honest Jeonghan, I know we all haven't been together for long but aren't we all good friends?

Specially the younger ones. They've started goofing around with each other. This business is not only a deal but we're enjoying it. We're enjoying each other's company. We're comfortable with each other. The amount of time doesn't matter, trust does. If we trust each other then why do we need to hide our true selves from one another?

I'm not helping you with something. I'm being a friend to you. I felt happy when you said that I could provide you the comfort you needed then why do you think that it's bothering me? If you're not okay, you don't need to pretend to be fine for the sake of professionalism. If you asked me to be your friend then let me act like one."

Too good to be true.

"Whatever has happened in my life, doesn't matter. I'll forever be grateful for having the best people around me." Jeonghan smiled, "First my Serenity team and now the Rose Quartz team."

"Umm Jeonghan, if you don't mind, can I take you somewhere today?" Seungcheol asked, "Tonight, to be precise."

"Where?"

"Surprise? I mean I can tell you if you're not comfortable." Seungcheol assured.

"No it's fine, what time?" Jeonghan smiled lightly. He felt a bit giddy from inside but decided to shrug it off as it wasn't that much of a big deal.

"Around seven? I can bet you haven't visited that place." Seungcheol nodded, 'I'll take you to your favorite place.'

"Oh? Bet I know Busan more than you do." Jeonghan laughed.

"Bet you don't." Seungcheol proudly stated, "Even though we haven't been here lately but there was a time we used to hang out a lot in Busan. There are a few places which we personally loved a lot and since they're underrated, not many people know about them."

It was true. The Rose Quartz team used to visit Busan a lot because Jeonghan's parents would call them during every vacation and make them enjoy to their fullest. Hence, they were fond of a lot of such places which were the undiscovered gems.

"I would love to show you the hidden beauty of this city." Seungcheol chuckled.

"Thank you." Jeonghan looked at the older, "But won't they feel bad if we go alone."

"C'mon Jeonghan, they're not kids. They won't mind." Seungcheol reassured, "I've seen you dealing with a lot lately and the upcoming days would be really hectic. I want to gift you some healing time."

Jeonghan kept staring at the older with a small smile so Seungcheol asked, "What?"

"You take such good care of people around you, I bet you aren't single." Jeonghan laughed.

'Of course, I'm already in love.'

"Wow did you live around blind people, how come no one asked you out?" Jeonghan acted bewildered.

He didn't know that there were many people who asked him out and honestly, who won't? But the fact was, Seungcheol was loyal to his one and only love as he had promised. If it's not you, then it's no one.

"Hectic schedules you know." Seungcheol lied.

"I understand."

"Well, you aren't blind either." Seungcheol chuckled lightly, "You can ask me out."

Jeonghan looked at the older with a small smile on his face, trying to figure out if he was serious or not.

"Joking!!" Seungcheol laughed it off. He looked at Jeonghan with pure admiration, 'You're all I cherish.'

"Jeonghan?" Joshua stepped into his room, "What are you doing?"

"Which one looks better?" Jeonghan showed him two shirts.

"Black one." Joshua scrunched his brows, "But what are you even doing?"

"Choosing an outfit." Jeonghan nodded as he shuffled through his closet.

"For what?"

"I'm going out, tonight." Jeonghan proudly stated.

"What?" Joshua was shocked to hear that Jeonghan had made plans apart from his friends dragging him out of the mansion to see how the outer world looked like.

"Yes." Jeonghan hummed, "Seungcheol said he wanted to show me a nice place to get some peace of mind."

"Oh I see." Joshua sat on the bed, "To be honest, I'm really jealous of Seungcheol."

"What?" Jeonghan turned around.

"Of course." Joshua laid on the bed sideways, "Best friends always get jealous when a new interest walks into their soulmate's life."

"Don't start with your love enlightenment again." Jeonghan rolled his eyes.

"When did I say that I was talking about love, specifically?" Joshua raised a brow.

Jeonghan threw a cushion on his face, "Shut up Joshua Hong."

"Do you like him?" Joshua asked, "Be honest."

Jeonghan's face turned red as he stood stunned.

"You do." Joshua got excited, "Yoon Jeonghan is whipped for someone, finally!! Oh lord, thank you so much. I thought I will have to die watching you being single."

"You're so dramatic Joshua." Jeonghan sat down on the bed, "And when did I say that I like him?"

"You don't?"

"I mean, not in THAT way."

"So in what way?"

Jeonghan slapped him playfully, "You can't shut up, can you?"

"Why are you lying to me as well as yourself?" Joshua turned serious, "You like him. It's pretty obvious."

Jeonghan looked away, "I don't know. What's the feeling of liking someone?"

"Do you like being around him?"

"I do but I like being around all of you."

"No it's different, you must be feeling it, I swear." Joshua retorted, "Ask yourself Jeonghan, have you ever went out with anyone apart from us? Why are you so keen on choosing an outfit and look nice? Just wear anything and go? You look happy Jeonghan, really happy and I feel content watching you like this."

"You're giving me anxiety." Jeonghan kicked his feet in the air, "My heart is beating really fast but unlike the other times, I'm loving this."

"See, I told you. It's different." Joshua looked at his best friend and thought to himself, 'You fell in love twice Jeonghan. But both the times, your heart chose the same person.'

Joshua was really happy. He knew Jeonghan was falling for Seungcheol. He understood his best friend very well and he knew that Jeonghan won't accept it easily. But it still counted as progress, right?

•Serenity Mansion•

Mingyu was walking through the hallway when he saw Wonwoo exiting Seungcheol's room while laughing.

"Wonwoo hyung?"

"Oh Mingyu!" Wonwoo toned down his laughs, "Hey!"

"What happened?"

"Nothing, I was teasing Cheol hyung." Wonwoo explained, "He's taking Jeonghan hyung somewhere tonight."

"Oh yeah I heard it." Mingyu nodded, "Umm would you like to come to the rooftop with me?"

"Rooftop?"

"Yeah, it's really cozy." Mingyu stated, "You'll like it."

"Sure."

Both the males made their way to the rooftop and it was actually beautiful. All the other buildings were visible and since it was getting dark, they were lightened up. A soft cold breeze was swaying which gently ruffled their hair.

"You all are obsessed with coffee." Wonwoo looked at the small coffee counter.

"We've drinks too." Mingyu showed him the other side which was like a mini bar, "This rooftop is our go to place for work as well as hanging out."

"Considering this extraordinary vibe, of course it deserves to be the go to place." Wonwoo chuckled.

"Yep." Mingyu pointed at the coffee counter, "Work hard." He then pointed at the mini bar, "Party harder."

"That's honestly great." Wonwoo stated.

Mingyu began to make hot coffee for both of them as the wind was pretty cold, "How about you guys?"

"Well it's different for two time spans." Wonwoo began, "Six years ago, we had our separate jobs but we used to meet almost everyday. Sometimes, we also worked at someone's place like people do group studies. Weekends were really fun and most of them were spent in Busan, even during the university times."

"Busan?" Mingyu handed a cup to the older while both of them began to walk around.

"Thanks. Yeah Jeonghan hyung's parents used to call us here a lot, like literally, a lot." Wonwoo chuckled, "But if you ask me about these recent times then it was only work. It was an excuse for us to escape the void in our group. And Busan? No way. When we weren't able to face each other, how were we supposed to face his parents?"

Mingyu patted the older's back, "It's fine."

"All thanks to you all." Wonwoo chuckled.

"No? We did whatever we could." Mingyu sipped his coffee, "Instead we should be sorry. To save someone who is actually the worst person alive, we didn't report hyung's case to the police and it all got messed up."

"C'mon Mingyu, you didn't know the truth at that time. Plus, you still stood with the children not specifically with that lady right?" Wonwoo assured, "At least we're with hyung now. And have you heard it, everything happens for a reason. We met you guys in the process and got such great friends, focus on the positive side."

"Honestly, even we're glad to befriend you all. We're actually the same species of people." Mingyu laughed, "We actually vibe so well."

"You're right." Wonwoo hummed, "After a long time I've seen ourselves smiling genuinely, specially Seungcheol hyung. He's over the moon because Jeonghan hyung said yes to him for going out. He's back to being a university student who's so in love. I'm glad to see this side of him back."

"Even I've noticed the progress in Jeonghan hyung's condition. His anxiety is in much better control now." Mingyu nodded, "Jihyo said that he's now on the right track."

"You know-" Wonwoo began to laugh, "I used to think Miss Park was your girlfriend."

"What? No." Mingyu grinned, "She's good friends with all of us but I was the one to accompany Jeonghan hyung for therapy sessions so I have a better bonding than others."

"I get it." Wonwoo nodded.

'I think he'll love to go out for a movie or something.' Mingyu nodded, 'But how can I be so sure? Shit just ask.'

"Hyung." Mingyu called, "Do you like to go out for movies?"

"Yeah earlier I used to go out with Minghao a lot." Wonwoo stated.

"One of my friends owns a movie theatre. He has upgraded all of his theatre halls." Mingyu explained, "So he invited me to visit once and said that I can bring someone with me. Since we're partners in one team, I would like to invite you with me."

"Me?" Wonwoo paused but then laughed a bit, "They'll tease the shit out of me. Didn't you hear it that day?"

"But didn't you yourself say that it isn't serious?" Mingyu retorted, "Why would you deny a movie offer for such a silly reason?"

"Well, you got a point." Wonwoo stated, "When?"

"Tomorrow after work?" Mingyu asked.

"Sure."

"Thank you." Mingyu chuckled while looking at the older with starry eyes.

But unfortunately, Wonwoo couldn't notice that admiration and love.
