Manik pov - what is happening to me why am I being attracted to her like magnet , but any guy would be amazed by her I mean she is simple , gorgeous , young and most important smart and intelligent .i have been following her from past 1 hour and its almost my time to go home, but I don't feel like going , I want to dig about her , want to know who she is ?from last one hour she has been roaming around the whole Mumbai with her friend , and its like a treat for me to watch her like this ,whom knew this face behind the conservative face is a kid.oh my god what is she doing over there

Nandini and navya were now at pani puri stall giggling at their stupidity

Manik - who the stupid goes and eat that dirty food .

Nandini shouts - ahhhh

Manik panicks - now what happened to her ?let me go and check , manik soon gets down of his car and joins them

Nandini was anaware that manik was beside her , she was busy in savouring the pani puri , for every bite she was widening her eyes like deer , her expression was cuete manik was gazing at her , navya saw manik gazing at nandini.

Nabvya elbows nandini , nandini looks at her angrily

Nandini with full mouth - what ?

Navya - see beside you

Nandini then turns her side to find manik , seeing him she coughs hard , manik pats her back immedieatly

Navya swats manik's hand - you are ok

Nandini - sir

Navya - who sir?

Navya gets shocked and tells - add more spicy

Nandini - sir I think I should ask you that I came here to eat

Navya - pani puri

Mank - ua yes pani puri

Manik - for me also one

Vendor - sir hot or sweet

Manik - aah

Navya - umm you can try sweet , because you cant have spicy one

Manik pov - how can she tell me , what I can eat or not here nandini is not speking but this girl she , I wil eat spicy food

Manik - no I like spicy food , make spicy one

Nandini was now calm and quiet , it hurt manik because as soon as she saw him she was affected .

Vendor - ok sir

The vendor starts giving them pani puri , navya and nandini quietly have it , when manik had his first bite his eyes widen due to the spice in it , he wanted to spit it out but he cant get defeated infront of nandini

Manik coughs - its nice

Nandini - sir you can have water

Navya - arey what will you drink then ?

Manik pov - does she always pokes her noise in every matter

Nandini - no its fine

Manik glaring at navya - no thanks nandini its fine

Nandini - are you sure

Navya - why are you forcing him , cant you mind your own buissness

Nandini nods

Manik pov - this had to be taught to her , not for nandini she is such a caring soul.

Manik's eyes were red he was stopping himself from crying , nandini saw that she felf pity for him .

Vendor - madam total 50 rupees , sir yours 20 rupees

Navya paid their bill , manik gave to the vendor 2000 note

Vendor -sir no change

Manik - even I have 2000's only

Nandini pays his bill

Manik pov - chii shame on you manik , you should have paid their bill not they , now onwards i would keep change in my pocket.

Manik then sees both of them to be missing

Manik - where did they go ?

Vendor - I don't know sir

Manik frustatedly goes to his car and kicks his foot to the tyres , bottle falls down from the car .

Manik picks the waer bottle a slip was on it - drink it , it will help in reducing your spice

Manik mutters - nandini and smiles and drinks the whole water

HEALTH TIP - Indian way to diet in this we would deal with what to have in breakfast

morning breakfast - milk with bread , fruits , sprouts , idly (4-5), egg (intrested ) coffee and tea you can have phulka in morning , or you can apt to jowar ki roti if you are addicted to rice then try with lemon rice ,tomato rice but no curd rice .

And those who are rajasthani's and gujratji's i know your breakfast would be heavy no issue guys , but regularly its problematic , weekly once its good other days you can try with poha ,upma , milk poha ,semiya upma , and many more .

oil foods like vada , poori , dosa can also be taken but high amounts of water has to be taken so that extra fats dont form in your body .many people apt for sandwiches salads where you cant susbstain for longer than 3 hours and then in mid you eat something chips , chcocolates , its better that you have your breakfast morning full .

IF YOU ARE TAKING SALAD MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EGG IN THE BREAKFAST COMPULSORY .

i wont ask you people to opt for cereals , because ready made will have salts and cholestrol in any way and I don't find them in any use to our health no offense guys think about it logically we spend lots of money on them they are not cheap to buy , instaed of that why can we go for regular breakfast but in control limit .

IDLY , I KNOW MANY OF YOU FIND IT BRING EVEN I DON'T LIKE IT , BUT IDLY WITH PODI (A SOUTH INDIAN DISH ) IS YUMMY , THEN REGULAR DOSA MAY ALSO BORE YOU , YOU CAN APT FOR WHEAT DOSA , PESARETTU .

AND FOR OUR NORTH INDIANS - we know that aloo paratha is famous for breakfast , but having potato is not good for our health , have a change try with vegetable paratha all the veggies . or you can try with sabudana upma ,khichdi,jowari upma, bread omlette (PLEASE DON'T FRY THE BED ALSO EAT THE BRAED NORMALLY WITH YOUR OMLETTE IN BETWEEN ITS HELATHY AND LOW CAALORIES )YOU CAN EVEN HAVE MOONG DAL AND SPROUTS IN BREAKFAST , sarso ka saag is also very healthy I had it once and I crave for it .
