OMNISCIENT

Sana scanned Taehyung's face and she knew that it was him--the guy that she's been seeing in her dreams often. She can't move after seeing him standing infront of her. She's having a hard time digesting all of the informations coming back, so she fainted and all of the people came to her aid. Taehyung panicked and called for an ambulance, worrying that Sana might not wake up again.

"Mr. Kim," One of the polic officers walked towards and him and said, "Please follow us to the precinct as well." He nodded and asked for help from the officer because of Sana. The team of officers carried her to the ambulance that just came. Taehyung entered the same cab to monitor Sana. He watched the nurses as they do their thing.

"Oh, she's pregnant." One of the nurses uttered, a little surprised once he saw the baby bump. He then sighed and continued checking her vital signs. Taehyung wanted to ask the nurses what is happening to Sana, but nothing comes out from his mouth. He just solely watch his jilted bride laying on the bed.

Once they arrived at the hospital, she was quickly carried out of the ambulance and was transferred into a stretcher. She was then transported to the emergency room with Taehyung behind her. He was about to enter the same room when a nurse told him that he wasn't allowed yet since there's an emergency that needs urgent assistance.

He was left outside of the emergency room, so he took a seat on one of the benches there. His heart is pounding wildly, his hands are trembling and he's actually all over the place. He can't think of anyone else but Sana. He's so worried of her, especially for the baby. Little did he know that it's his, though.

"Tae!" Yoongi and Nayeon, together with Yoona, ran towards him. He faced them quickly and stood up. "Where's Sana? How is she?" He was unable to answer them right away because his lips are shaking. Yoongi and Nayeon understood the fact that Taehyung is still over the place because of what happened to Sana. "Jimin and Dahyun went to the precinct together to settle Yuta's case. We just have to wait for the court trial date." Yoongi said and held Taehyung's shoulder, pushing it down to signal him that he can sit down already. Taehyung sat and looked at the emergency room.

"Oh my god," the couple's attention went to Tzuyu and Jungkook who just came. "Where's Sana? How's she? Are you okay, Tae?" Jungkook interrogated his friend multiple questions just as soon he reached him. Just like what he did to the couple, he didn't answer. Yoongi and Nayeon explained to them instead.

"Aren't we allowed to enter the emergency room?" Tzuyu asked them and Taehyung shook his head a no. She groaned and kept her patience long since she can't do anything but to wait.

"Are you the one who took the pregnant lady here, sir?" One of the doctors asked Taehyung. Taehyung immediately stands up and nods to his question.

"How is she, doctor? Is the baby okay?" He asked him, completely tensed and worried of the possible things that could happen to Sana and their baby.

"She's stable now." He answered, but lowers his head and sighs after. "I'm sorry to tell you this, but she lost the baby. It seems like she's been having beatings lately, am I right?" Taehyung stiffened. His shoulders fell and so does his tears. He gulped and shook his head sideways continuously as he breaks down in front of the doctor. "We'll transfer her to a private room. Please excuse me." He said in finality and walks away from Taehyung.

"T-Tae, stand up." Tzuyu tries to help her friend to stand up, but he's rejecting each and every gesture she makes. She can't help it but to tear up as well. Just by watching her best friend suffer like this makes her heart crack.

Jungkook and Nayeon lost it, too. They cried, but Yoongi held his tears back. He held Nayeon and Yoona and comforted them to his best. The hallway of the hospital became very gloomy because it was filled with their cries.

Sana was brought to the operating room first to take out the lifeless fetus inside of her. She's still a little unconscious and of course she doesn't know about the horrible news. After the operation, she was transferred to the private room where her friends and Taehyung are waiting for her.

She was carefully laid on the bed and then the staff left her with her fiancé. Taehyung looked at her and lowered his head again. Watching her sleep peacefully is pain to Taehyung at the moment. He keeps on asking why do they deserve this kind of consequence.

"We'll give you a private moment. Just call us whenever you need something." Taehyung nodded at Tzuyu and then they left. He sat beside her bed and held her warm hands.

For the nth time, he teared up. "I-I'm sorry, Sana." He sobbed and kissed her hands. "I-I'm sorry for everything I did to you. I-I'm sorry for l-leaving you o-on that a-altar. I-I'm sorry for losing my memories. I-I'm sorry for almost giving up on us." He cried harder and wiped his tears using his bare hands. The aura of the whole room is very lonely. "I...s-still love you, Sana. I have always loved you." He said in a much lower voice, almost whispering, actually. He didn't say anything again. Instead, he just let the deafening silence cover the entire place and slept in her arms.

He heard knocks on the door, a reason for him to wake up and open it up. He composed himself first before opening it up and when he did, his friends welcomed him with a warm hug. They're all here and to his surprise, he saw Minrin.

"M-Minrin?" He asked and the kid smilingly jumped to him for a kiss. He chuckled softly, but that doesn't mean that he's already okay. He needs to act okay in front of the kid, so she will not ask questions.

"You know each other?" Jin surprisingly asked. Taehyung smiled at him and nodded slightly. "Oh really? We were the ones who adopted her." Taehyung is in a state of shock when he heard his friend's statement. He thought that Minrin run away, but she's actually with her new family.

"This is such a small world." Jin agreed and then they all took a seat on a couch while the others stood up. He heard a few more knocks as well and when he opened the door, he saw Hanbin, carrying a basket of flowers and fruits for Sana.

"Hello," Hanbin bowed deep. "It's nice to see you once more, Taehyung." He said formally. Taehyung opened the door wider and let Hanbin enter the room. "Is she okay already? Have you told her about the news already?"

"What news?" Taehyung's heart pumped wildly, so he quickly tilted at Sana who just woke up. She tried sitting on her bed, but the stitch on her abdomen still hurts, so she remained laying down. "Tae..." she mentioned her real fiancé's name. Taehyung abandoned Hanbin and walked to Sana right away. He doesn't know what should he do first, so he just smiled. Everybody inside that room is completely petrified. They knew that Sana will continuously ask that question if it doesn't get answered right away. She's persistent in having an answer immediately. "What news are you talking about?" She asked and held his hand.

He stared at her hazelnut eyes before continuing. He gulped and then sighed, composing himself before he could answer. He's afraid that Sana will break down again, but it's here already. He can't escape of this situation anymore. He has to answer her question honestly.

"Sana," he held her hands tightly and lowered his head. He then looked at her and caressed her hair. "We lost the baby." It's a whisper, but everyone could hear it. Sana looked at him and she knew that he's not kidding.

"Are you kidding?" She asked, even though she knows that he's not. She wanted to blind herself from the truth. She held onto her flat stomach. "...h-he's gone." Her voice cracked and then she started sobbing.
