Ragini : because I needed help.
Laksh held her elbow and turned her so that she was looking at him.
Laksh : help?
Ragini nodded her head in yes
Laksh : help for what?
Ragini : for running away.
Laksh/sia/ryan : what??
Ragini nodded and said "yes"
Laksh : but why?
Ragini looked at laksh with a slight frown and a sad look making him confuse.
Ragini : what do you mean, why?
Laksh : you were happy with this marriage, right? Then why did you want to run away?
Ragini gave out a frustrated sigh followed by a sarcastic laugh. The trio looked at her with a huge question marks on their faces.
Ragini : no laksh, i was not happy with this marriage.
She said making laksh more confused than he already was.
Laksh : but i thought......
Before he can continue ragini interrupted him.
Ragini : thats the thing laksh. You thought....... My parents thought... My grandparents thought.... (by now she was screaming with tears in her eyes which did not only flow through her eyes but also lakshs)..... No one asked me. You all just thought. Just thought that i was happy.
She let her head fall a little so she can wipe away her tears. She was never good with showing emotions. Any kind of emotion. She looked back up with a stoic expression which can make anyone believe that about a second ago she wasn't crying.
Ragini : i was not disappointed by my parents. They never knew what i wanted. What I needed. But you did. Laksh. You.(sniff) You were supposed to be different.(sniff) You were supposed to know how i felt. As always. But you did not. You didn't. (sniff)
Flashback :
Ragini was sitting quietly with her eyes fixed on something or someone. To others it would look like that she was staring no no gawking at the guy standing in the front with a huge smile on her face . But not to laksh. As he knew her. Knew her better than others. Better than herself. He watched her from a little far as she took deep sighs. At first he thought that she was actually gawking but when he paid little attention he realised that it was something else. He moved towards her and sat in front of her.
But she still didn't acknowledge his presence.
Laksh : whats going on?
Ragini : huh... Nothing
Laksh : come on. You know you cannot lie to me.
Ragini : oh! Its you who cannot lie to me.
Laksh (smiling) : of course. I can never lie to you. And you, you cannot lie at all. So tell me
Ragini : its really nothing.
She said giving her best smile to him.
Laksh :(hurt) seriously babe. You really think i would believe this fake smile of yours than your eyes. Come on.

Laksh looked at her with hurt clearly visible on his face. He could understand her disappointment. Hell he got angry for even less. She looked away and wiped the tears from her eyes.

Flashback :
Laksh was sitting alone doing nothing. Just then ragini came in all her jolly mood with her sunshine smile. She sat next to him.
Ragini : hey...
......
Ragini : laksh...
......
Ragini : idiot..
.....
He just sat there completely ignoring her and just when she was about to touch his face he shoved her hand away. Ragini sat there quietly realising that he was angry. But why.? She sat there for sometime hoping that he would talk to her but then he didn't so she decided to leave. As she stood up he held her wrist making her sigh in relief.
Laksh : where do you think that you are going?
Ragini : i was leaving. As you clearly have no intention of talking. So..
Laksh : you'll leave without trying to know why. Huh?
Ragini : of course not. I was going to wait for you to calm down. Soo tell me.
Laksh : i was upset. With you.
Ragini gasped as she knows that these kind words are not really his thing.
Ragini : why?
Laksh : you are my friend ragu. You should know that I am hurt or upset about something but you didn't.
Ragini : lakshhhh..... Why else do you think that i came here. I came because i knew something was bothering you. Or else I would have just sat with the rest enjoying the food.

Sia : so what happened?
Ragini and laksh both looked at sia while ryan just sat there.
Ragini again looked at laksh emotionally.
Ragini : my parents had fixed my marriage even after knowing that i didn't want to get married. But there wasn't anything i could do. They came to my house but he wanted to talk alone. So after few months he came to meet her during the lunch break.

Flashback:
Ragini was going outside the college when she suddenly stopped dead in her track as she saw the person right in front of her eyes. It was her soon to be husband.
Ragini :.... Yo... You. (aap not tum)
Nikhil: ya. Actually i wanted to talk to you.
Ragini : okay. Lets walk and talk. But before....
Nikhil: before what..?
Ragini : let me inform my friend so that they don't try to find me.
She tried calling laksh but he was not answering her calls.
Ragini monologue :
Whats wrong with this idiot? He never does like this. Always answers my call in first call only. But now after 5 calls also he is not answering. Ugh...
Nikhil:ragini
Ragini :ya?
Nikhil: shall we?
Ragini : sure.
They walked through the way and reached a nearby park. Where nikhil decided to settle down even if ragini was against the idea, she agreed because he was going to be her husband. And her grandmother has always told her to listen to her husband even if she didn't want to.
She tried to call someone or anyone to inform them about her whereabouts but none of her good and best friends were answering.
They sat down to talk but soon he was more interested in doing her than talking. He was making advances and even unnecessary attempts to touch her. He tried to force by kissing her and grabbing her hips but she gathered all the strengths she had and pushed him. She ran and ran for her life, her dignity. She ran back to her college as she couldn't go home since he can follow her there.

Laksh: why? (whispering)
Sia: fuck.... This is what happened?
Laksh ignored her and continued questioning ragini.
Laksh : why(little louder)
Now everyone was looking at him.
Laksh: why didn't you tell me?
Ragini : did you even give me a chance. Try to reminisce what happened that day... After lunch.. Try to remember what happened between us. I am sure that you remember.
