Laksh : why(little louder)
Now everyone was looking at him.
Laksh: why didn't you tell me?
Ragini : did you even give me a chance. Try to reminisce what happened that day... After lunch.. Try to remember what happened between us. I am sure that you remember.
Laksh first looked at her confused but soon realisation hit him. It him slow but hard.
Laksh : bacha....
Ragini : dont laksh. Dont.
The trio looked at her confused while laksh was also a little hurt.
Laksh : dont what.?! Don't call you bacha!? (in a hurt tone)
Ragini : no. Don't apologize for whatever happened or whatever you said. Its alright.
Flashback :
Ragini came back to college running, panting, crying and shaking. She was running because she had to save herself from that devil. She was panting because she ran all the way to here. She was crying because she almost lost the most precious thing to a person. Dignity. She was shaking because she was scared. Because she didn't know what to do now. Who to go to? Who to talk to? Who will help her?..... Laksh.
Somehow laksh was the solution to all of her problems. To all of her questions he was the ultimate solution. She had to get in touch with laksh. She needed him so much right now. She needed him more than anything.
She tried calling laksh but be didn't answer. Ragini then decided to go to canteen and wait. She again called laksh but after one ring he rejected her call. Ragini was hurt but she decided not to pay much attention to this as he may be in the lecture or he may be busy. When she reached the canteen she saw laksh sitting there with some of his other friends. She smiled looking at him and went to talk to him.
Ragini : laksh.....
Laksh : hey bachha.
Ragini : laksh i have to talk to you.
Laksh : ya. Give me a minute.
Ragini : laksh we have to talk now. Please.
Kavya : he said na give him a minute. Cant you wait.?
Ragini : kavya i know what he said, but he is best friend and i want to talk to him now.
Kavya (looking at laksh innocently) : laksh.....
Laksh looked at her and then at ragini and again did the same thing.
Kavya: laksh.....
Laksh : ragini cant you wait?
Ragini : but laksh....
Laksh: no ragini. Kavya is right. Wait a minute. Can't you see that i am trying to spend some time with my girlfriend.
He said in irritation not realising what he just said. But when he looked at ragini he realised what he did...
Ragini : girl....friend..... Girlfriend.
Laksh : ragini i.....
Ragini : what..?
Laksh : i wanted to tell you but i could not find you anywhere. So...
But before he could say anything further ragini ran from there.

Sia: what the hell laksh?
Ryan: you were back in a relationship with that bitch. Kavya.
They were busy screaming at laksh while he was busy looking at ragini who had her head bent down to cry. He slowly leaned towards ragini and held her chin to make her look at him.
Laksh : i am so sorry bachha.
Ragini nodded her head in no.
Ragini : no laksh. Sorry won't heal the wound that you created that day. I came to you with so much of hope. But you crushed it all in a damn second. Just second.
The moment i needed my bestfriend the most, i needed you the most you were beyond reach. You were so close and yet so far. So very far.
You shattered the last amount of hope and comfort that i had. You shattered it. You had so many people for you but me..... (sobbing) i was left alone. You left me alone. I never expected anything from my parents but you.... God laksh(she broke down completely)....
Laksh pulled her towards him to hug her tightly while rubbing her hair and holding her back tightly.
Sia: what does she mean by that laksh? That you left her.

Flashback :
Laksh tried to follow ragini but Kavya held him back. He sat back down with much reluctant and a huge frown on his face. He did not understand raginis reaction to his relationship news. He was not feeling good but because of kavya he couldn't do anything.
That last one month of college passed but with huge discomfort for both ragini and laksh. After the canteen incident their communication had reduced to almost nil. Ragini was trying to avoid laksh so that she doesn't have to tell him about nikhil and laksh couldn't spend time with her because of his stupid and clingy girlfriend. By the time Laksh broke up with kavya (after one month of dating and everyone knowing that this relationship was a doom from the start only as she made him stay away from ragini) it was time for graduation. He only saw ragini when her name was called on the stage and after receiving the degree she came to laksh to give him a brief laksh which laksh thought was out of happiness. But only if he knew that it was not a happiness hug but a goodbye hug, he wouldn't have let her go. Or maybe he would have atleast apologized or hugged her tighter because after the hug laksh didn't see her whole night. He later realised that she left for home early and when he called her, her phone was switched off. She only contacted him later to invite him for the wedding.

Sia : why would you patch up with her?
Laksh : she tried to kill herself and she was emotionally blackmailing and i didn't know what to do. So i said yes.
Ragini looked up at laksh with tear filled eyes making laksh heart clench.
Ragini : you did not even follow me? Didn't even try to talk to me. Do you hate me so much laksh?
She again started crying..
Laksh held her cheeks from either side and looked her straight in the eye.
Laksh : i can never hate you bachha. Never. Its just everytime i tried to talk to you, to come to you. Kavya would threaten me to hurt herself. When i finally got the courage to end things with her, to tell her i dont care about her, i care about you, you were gone. Gone. I called you but i couldn't get in contact with you. But... You were still in touch with karan. How?
How was he able to contact you and i wasn't?
Ragini : because he saved me laksh. He was there for me when you weren't. When you couldn't be there. He was.
Laksh : meaning?
Ragini :.....................
Laksh : what(angry)...
