Their faces fell as ragini said this. She so wished that laksh was there on her wedding day. But no he wasn't and now there is no need to cry about it. Soon composing herself.
Ragini : so finally, you are free?
Laksh : i am so sorry ragu. I couldn't be at your wedding. Its just...
Ragini : its ok lucky. I understand that our priorities change with time and i am not at all upset that you failed to show up at your "best friends" wedding. I guess I was your namesake bestie only.
Laksh : no ragu. Never think like that. You were, you are and you will always remain my bestfriend. I just.... I just got stuck in some important work. And therefore I couldn't show up at your wedding. I really..

Ragini : forget it lucky. It is okay. I am not upset trust me.
(she said trying to hide her tears but he was her best friend. He could always see her tears even before they fell. He was upset about the fact that he made her upset. He was guilty but decided to keep quiet as he saw ragini trying to hide them)

Ragini : so how are you?
Laksh : i am great. How are you?
Ragini : i am also great.
Laksh : great. Well i am going to US as i have a business there.
Ragini : ya, right. It wad your dream to have MNC. I am really happy for you lucky.
Laksh : so what makes you to go to US?
Raginis face fell but she hid it before he could notice.
Laksh : visiting your husband?
Ragini : uh... Hmm.. I....
Voice : sir, mam. It is time for dinner.
Laksh : yea sure. Please get us ours.
Ragini sighed as laksh forgot the question and thanked god for the thousand time.
They both started having dinner and talking about random things.
It was soon time to sleep and they both were still talking.
Ragini yawned deeply making laksh chuckle.

Laksh : you will never change? Huh
Ragini : some habits die hard.
Laksh : don't.
Ragini : what?
Laksh : don't ever change. You are amazing the way you are. Different. Unique. Beautiful. Everything about you is great. Please don't ever change.
Laksh said making ragini smile. It has been long time since anyone said those things to her. She smiled with teary eyes.
Laksh : don't even change for your husband.
Ragini : don't worry. I wont.
She said with a bitter smile.
Ragini : i am feeling really tired. Mind if i take a small nap.
Laksh : no not at all.
Ragini was breathing heavily making laksh concern.
Laksh : is everything okay, babe?
He gasped as he realised what he called her. Ragini smiled after listening to that name.

Ragini : its okay idiot. I will always remain your babe.
Laksh : and i will always remain your idiot. So what happened?
Ragini : pms. Cramps.
Laksh :Here if you want you can lie on my shoulder.
He said pointing to his shoulder.
Ragini (smiling) : really?
Laksh : of course. You know that I will always be there for you. Always.
Ragini : i know.
She bend her head a little so that she can comfortably lie on his shoulder. She looked at him from the same position and smiled.
Ragini : you know. You can also take a nap.
Laksh : how?
Ragini : just like old times.
Ragini said smiling making laksh smile. He nodded and kept his head on hers and slept.

They both were reminiscing about there old days.
Flashback :
We can see ragini running and entering into a classroom with a nervous smile.
She looked at laksh whose concentration was completely on the project which he, ragini and ria were making together.
Voice : hey. Ragini.
Ragini looked in the direction of the voice and smiled.
Ragini : hey ria.
Ria: you got a little late.
Ragini : ya actually i got stuck in some work.
Ria: okay.
Ragini looked back at laksh who was already looking at her with a fake anger.
Laksh : you are late, again.
Ragini made her way towards him and sat on his right.
Ragini : ya... (breathing)... But mam.... (breathing)also hasn't come yet......... So....
She spoke with much difficulty making laksh concerned.

Laksh : babe, you okay?
Laksh and Ragini are best of friends. They can understand each other without even a word.
For everyone to see what ragini means to him, he calls her babe or ragu while ragini calls him idiot or lucky.
If it was anyone else calling him/her as idiot/babe. He/she would create a huge scene.
Ragini : no i am not.
She said resting her head on his shoulder.
Laksh looked at her and wiped the sweat off her face.
Laksh : why? What happened?
Ragini : pain...(breathing)..... Period pain.

Yup. This is the kind of relationship they share. They talk about anything and everything with each other without hesitation.
Laksh gave her "sorry, can't do anything" smile and she gave him a "i know" smile. Laksh took something out from his bag and gave it to ragini. Ragini looked at him questioningly.
Laksh : well they say. That chocolate reduces the cramps. So I always keep it with me. In case you needed it.
Ragini smiled and gave him a side hug. She started eating the chocolate while resting her head on his shoulder.
He was writing with his right hand which was disturbing ragini but she didn't say anything. But all of the sudden laksh stood up and came on raginis right due to which ragini was now on his left.
Laksh : here, rest here.
He said pointing to his left shoulder.
Laksh:  it will be more comfortable for you.
He said making ragini smile.
Laksh got tired of writing so now he also laid his head on ragini's to take rest.

Voice : sir, mam. Good morning.
Ragini /laksh : good morning.
Hostess: we will land in 30 mins. So please have your breakfast.
Ragini : thank you.
Laksh: sure. Thank you.
Hostess: i hope i am not crossing my line, but you two look cute together.
Ragini/laksh (smilingly) :thank you..
Flashback :
Ragini : lucky, bring the food fast. I am hungry.
Laksh : ya. Here you go. The counter boy was taking forever.
Voice : hey guys.
Ragini /laksh : hey omi.
Ragini : hey sakshi.
Omi: knew that we will find you two here.
Sakshi : lets eat.
Laksh was feeding ragini as she was preparing for the test.

Omi : you two should start dating.
Ragini gave him a bored look while laksh chuckled.
Laksh : and why do you think so?
Sakshi: you two look cute together.
Omi: ya.
Ragini : ya we have been told.
Omi: what do you mean?
Laksh : everybody keeps telling us the same thing. But we better off being in a flirtationship.
Ragini : ya we enjoy it.
They both smiled looking at each other.

The flight landed, laksh helped ragini with her luggage.
Laksh : i hope you have my number?
Ragini : of course I do. You never know when you will require a known shoulder.
Laksh : and i will forever have your number. I hope to see you soon.
Voice : lets go mr maheshwari.
Laksh : oh look. My PA is here. Want me to drop you somewhere. Oh.... Wait your husband must be coming.
Ragini simply nodded.
Laksh : I'll wait till he arrives.
Ragini(frowning) : no laksh. Go. You don't want to have a bad impression on your employees.
Laksh : ya. I hope I'll see your husband soon.
Ragini : you will. Bye.
She hugged him tightly which he reciprocated. With that hug he could guess something was wrong with her.
Voice : sir..
Laksh : coming
Breaking the hug.
Laksh : see you.
Ragini : see you.
Giving him a peck on the cheek.
