A huge ground was shown. We can see many students sitting there for their after graduation party. But one girl was leaving the party. She had her head down so that no one can see her and she was going. But she stopped when someone held her wrist very roughly she turned back to see nikhil there.
Ragini : nikhil...
Nikhil held her wrist and pushed her in an empty corner.
Nikhil : you bitch. How dare you deny me.
He yelled holding her shoulders tightly.
Ragini tried to get away from his hold but couldn't.
Ragini : are you mad nikhil.? Let me go you asshole.
Nikhil got furious when ragini cursed him. So he slapped her making her fall on the floor.
Nikhil : you slut. I was going to leave you after i would have satisfied myself. But now i will marry and make your life hell.
Ragini turned to look at him with wide eyes. She stood up and again he cornered her.
Ragini : my parents will never let me marry you. Ever.
Nikhil : yea. Who will marry you after your vir*****y has been taken. Will anyone marry you?
Saying so he tried to bite her in the neck and she tried to push her but all in vain. That is when someone came and pushed nikhil aside and punched him. Ragini looked at her saviour and realised it was karan. Karan kept punching nikhil.
Karan: you jerk.

Ragini : stop karan. Stop.
Ragini yelled trying to get karan to stop but to no avail.
Ragini : karan. Please stop. You will kill him.
Karen : let him die. Ragu. He tried to misbehave with you twice...... I will not leave him.
Ragini : karan please..... I swear you on my life.
Ragini finally made karan stop. The moment his eyes landed on ragini, tears started forming in his eyes.
Raginis hair was disheveled, her cloth was crumpled, one side sleeve was torn, she had a cut on her lip, her arms were full of scratches but still she was trying to smile. Smile for karan. But the moment she saw tears in his she clambered on him and started sobbing loudly. He kept her close to him by hugging her tightly. He gave her a forehead peck and then gave her his overcoat so she can wear it. And they both left the venue in side hug position.

Ragini : laksh calm down. It was all in the past.
Laksh : ya (breathing heavily) but if I ever see him i will not leave him. Thank God that karan saved you.
Ragini : yes and now you know why i kept in touch with him or rather why he always stuck with me even when I tried to push him away.

Ragini looked here and there nervously as she knew what was coming next.
Laksh : how did he know about the first time when that jerk tried to force you?

Laksh : i wanted to tell you but i could not find you anywhere. So...
But before he could say anything further ragini ran from there.
Laksh tried to follow her but Kavya held her back. But it wasn't only laksh who found raginis behaviour weird someone else did too. It was none other than karan.
He wasn't going to follow ragini as he thought laksh will go behind her. But since laksh didn't go so he decided to talk to her. He was angry at laksh for ignoring ragini as ragini meant a lot to him. She was there for him when no one else was. Because of ragini he has so many friends in the college or else he would have been miserable. But there was not anything he could do aside from following her so he did just that. He went behind her.
He found her in the corner of the stairs sitting with red puff eyes filled with tears. He went and sat beside her and started rubbing her back in a soothing manner.
Karan: ragini dont worry about their relationship. They wont last longer.
Ragini : huh.
Karan : i know how you feel about laksh and we all can see the way he feels about you. Its only a matter of time before he breaks up with her. So you don't worry.
Ragini : that is not why i am crying. Although i do feel bad about their relationship. She only uses him according to her wishes. She is making him miserable. I am sure that she has again forced him and blackmailed him for a relationship. But...
Karan: but?
Ragini : that is besides the point. Since i am....... (hesitantly) not crying about it.
Karan : then what are you crying about? (confused)

She tells him everything.
He just sits there comforting her till she calms down and he sits there till his anger is controllable.

Laksh, sia and ryan all three had shock written on their faces and were starting at ragini without blinking. Sia, ryan for different reasons and laksh for different reasons.
Laksh : oh my god. I am so sorry ragini, i should have been there for you. It should have been me and not karan. I am sorry.
He said bringing ragini in a tight hug. While ryan and sia were stuck on the "i know how you feel about laksh" part.

And now the reality hit laksh. Now he realised that this was also said by someone.
Laksh gaped at ragini like a kid looking at that ice cream which he wants but cannot have.
Laksh : wait....... How you feel about me? You had feelings for me?
Laksh asked making ragini leave a small chuckle and then a scoff.
Ragini : oh come on laksh. Its no secret to anyone that you and I, we felt something for each other. Everyone knew you had feelings for me. Karan and you knew what I felt for you. So why the shock?
