Ragini : oh come on laksh. Its no secret to anyone that you and I, we felt something for each other. Everyone knew you had feelings for me. Karan and you knew what I felt for you. So why the shock?
Laksh looked at her with a shocked expression and she only gave him a small and sad smirk.
Ryan: wait.... Wait...... What do you mean by you both knew what you felt for each other.
Sia: ya..... I am not understanding anything that is happening here. You both knew what you felt for each other and still you were in a relationship with someone else.
She said pointing at laksh with an accusing finger and an accusing tone.
Laksh was just standing speechless as he did not know what to say so he looked at ragini for help.
Ragini gave him a smile and a look that said "i will handle it"
Ragini : sia.... What do you want to know?
Sia: what exactly happened between you two??
Ryan: ya what?
Ragini : hmmm... It all started when laksh got in a relationship with kavya for the first time.

Flashback :
Ragini was standing near the gate waiting for laksh to come. She was tapping one leg on the floor while playing on her phone.
That is when someone came from the behind and tapped her shoulder she turned to find laksh smiling at her showing all the teeths.
Ragini : what is it idiot?
Laksh : nothing...
Ragini : where were you for so long? I have been waiting for you for 30 minutes now. And you......... Wait why are you looking like you did something wrong.
Ragini stopped her rambling when she saw lakshs sheepish face...
Ragini : what's going on?
Laksh : i have something to say to you...
Ragini : o.....kay...... What?
Laksh : iaminarelationshipwithkavya....
He said in one breath and closing his eyes waiting for a blow that never came.
Ragini : what?? Stop speaking gibberish you dolt. Speak clearly..
Laksh : I am in a relationship with kavya....thats what I said.
He still had his eyes closed but opened them when he heard raginis one word but still a dangerous answer.
Ragini :okay.
Laksh gaped at her like someone who was looking at his biggest fear in the eyes.
Laksh: okay??? That's it.
Ragini(frowning) : what else do you want me to say?
Laksh : anything but not that...
Ragini : why??
Laksh : come on.... I know you hate her. Ask me how i got myself into this? Or how did this happen?
Ragini : i dont want to...
Laksh : why?
Ragini : its your choice. You can be in a relationship with whoever you want. I cannot stop you from doing so. I don't have any right.
Laksh(whispers) : you have every right.
Ragini (smiling) : okay. Are you happy?
Laksh : yes (slowly)
Ragini : then i dont want to know anything.
Laksh : what kind of friend are you? What kind....?
Ragini : okay okay. Stop doing the drama. What do you expect me to do?
Laksh : i dont know. I didn't expect you to react so calmly. I expected you to freak out and then freak out at me.
Ragini : why would I do that? Huh... You like her, she likes you than why would I mind.?
Laksh : welll..... What if she does something stupid and hurt me?
Ragini : then i will take care of her personally. (making laksh grin at her) You don't worry. And still why would she do something like that you both like each other and care for each other. Right?
She asked rhetorically but frowned when she found laksh looking sheepish.
Ragini(squinting) : you do like her? Right?
She looked at laksh patiently waiting for his answer but in return all she got was silence which made her angry..
Ragini : what the hell laksh? If you don't like her then why the hell are you in a relationship with her? Huh...
Laksh : no no no. I do li..... I do care for her. You don't worry. Okay?
Ragini : okay. Now come on we have to go home.
Laksh : um... Ragini. About going home....
Ragini (looking at him sheepishly) : laksh, are you trying to tell me that i should go while you will wait with your girlfriend.
Laksh nods like a small who is scared to use his mouth.
Ragini smiles looking at ruffles his hair making him whine.
Ragini : so you can just say that. You are acting as if I'll kill you. Of course you can stay i will see you later. Bye.
Saying so she gives laksh one last smile and leaves.

Sia: okay. So you clearly did not like her... But you still got in a relationship with her. What are you......an idiot?
Ryan: and then you left your best friend alone. What is wrong with you?
Laksh : hey.... Its not like she is  innocent in all of this.... (he said with both his hands up)
Ryan(confused) : what do you mean by that?
Ragini(angry a little) : ya. What exactly did you mean by that? Huh... Say na......
Laksh : you also replaced me....
Ragini : laksh i did not replace you. I just found new friends.
Laksh : and you forgot all about me..
Ragini : what the hell is that supposed to mean? You were with your girlfriend all the time. What did you expect me to do? Wait for you...... Sit alone while you are enjoying with your girlfriend. Huhhhh.... Huhh..
Ryan: made new friends?
Laksh : ya.....
Flashback :
Kavya: laksh don't go to the lecture na... Please.....
Laksh : sorry kavya but i have to go.
Kavya: but you never cared about the attendance before. So why now? (she said pouting)
Her pout made laksh very uncomfortable as he was reminded of raginis pout and how cute she looked doing that.
Laksh : its not about attendance
Kavya: then...?
Laksh : since we started...... I see  ragini very less day by day. So i want to meet my best friend today and have a long chat...... So i may not meet you today during lunch.
He finished making kavya angry. No matter what she did she can never take raginis place. Never.
She gave laksh a fake smile. Laksh was about to leave for the class but stopped dead in his track when he saw his best friend laughing with who looked like...... Karan. They both were laughing very hard. Ragini was laughing the way she never laughed at anybodys except for his talk. But thats not what made him uncomfortable. It was the "arm". They were walking arm in arm and without a care in the world.

Laksh : ohhh. No. Its not. It was just the start...
That is from where things started changing for better or worse.
He said looking at ragini with a small smile.
