Time and situations , change the      person's attitude

Her heartbeat is beating rapidly , there is fear in her eyes , her hands are shuddering , for controling herself she interlock both hands and saw her husband Adhiraj who is sitting beside her in a court room

She never thought ,this day will come when she have knock on court door but fate decides it all , she takes the decision to file the divorce

Adhiraj put his arm around her shoulder and side hugged her and  blink eyes  ,give assurance with his eyes that everything is going to be fine .

She saw her right side where vikrant is sitting with his uncle and mother and a sigh escaped from her lips

Vikrant turned and saw khushi his eyes is stuck on her face , he maybe a arrogant person but he really likes her he know the consequence of this battle but he don't want to  let it go

Judge arrive on the time and saw the file which is placed infront of him , after reading he nod his head and gave permission to start the case

" Mr vikrant come to the witness box"
His advocate said to him

" yes Mr. vikrant what you want to say  " judge asked vikrant

He for once  see toward khusi and turned his head towards judge " Sir i am a soldier in army   after my wedding, on the second day they call me back on duty  because of terrorist attack thats why i have to leave , i was badly injured in the bomb blast there , 
Two and half years later when i got out of coma i find myself in a small village , they people treat me , after this when i came home, i saw that my wife married another  " he say last line looking at khushi

" This is fairly wrong sir , because i am still alive , i appeal to the court to make the right decision , and i want to get my wife back " to this khushi jerked her head towards him

" Mrs. Khushi your husband is Absouletly right you should have waited atleast for seven years it is against the law  according to sec 494 of indian panel code which says marrying again during lifetime of husband /wife is punisable act such marriage called Bigamy and punisable by law but because your husband appeal to us you should go back to him because your second marriage is not lawful .

The decision shattered khusi , what about her decision? What about her rights ? No she will not let this happen to her

She stands and confront to judge " Sir i want to ask you to give me opportunity to keep my points forward " every face turned towards her vikrant is shock to know this

After a pause judge said to her " yes mrs. Khushi whatever you have to say stand in dock and say "

Khusi turn towards adhiraj and saw him already seeing her , she is now standing in dock " sir i am standing at that peer of life just because of others
There are other people who are guilty, in the whole age  i did what I was told
At first , i don't want  to marry vikrant , i know  his thinking and attitude is completely different from me, but eventually we married for the sake of my parents i married , i thoughts its ok i will conquer this stage but then he left not even for once one call came his mother used to taunt me , you don't know sir what i felt that time " she broke down saying this

Vikrant stared at her shockingly of her outburst he didn't know what she feel about him , he didn't know his mother behaviour towards her, he didn't know what she faced after he is gone ...

" and when the news came that he is no more in this world i feel like there is nothing left in me,  i came my home,
After two years my parents again forced me to marry again with adhiraj and now when vikrant is back i was told that i should go back to him.......who am i ? A doll ...whoever want to play me .. my feelings and throw away .....i am also a human ...a girl ...and this girl knows to live her life herself ....this is my right." she said with confidence .

Adhiraj smiled proudly towards her , he feels himself lucky to have her

" i have decided sir ....i want to live with Adhiraj and spend all my life with him ..

" mrs khusi your marriage is against the law " judge said

" sir will your law justify your decison on edges ? Does a girl have no right to choose her life partner ? No right to love? sir i have already made my decision i want Divorce from Vikrant " she said to judge

Vikrant is getting shock after shock , he is trapped in his own feelings , he don't want to let her go but he can not ignore the love he see in khusi eyes for Adhiraj . Is he that bad person? He is questioning himself

" On the 10th of next month we will decide on this case , this court is dismissed for today " judge announced and stands up while dismissing the court .

Khusi came out from the dock , adhiraj hugged her and smile , she returned his smile and saw vikrant who's head is down. For once she felt bad for him but she can't go back to him now she loves adhiraj

Let's see the decision ,and what is more in their fate.
