~Royale Knight's POV~
I wore my helmet and brought my shield, it's time to go to war. Well not alone, but you know what I mean, our enemies have engaged war with us, and we're gonna fight back! Squire was next to me and smiled, I frowned "This is the time to be serious" I exclaimed and he flinched, nodding a little. I felt guilt rush up my body but I shook it off. "I'm sorry Royale, and you're right, it's time to be serious" I smile and nod "Yes indeed" I said, lifting my helmet up and smiled confidently. Black Knight came up with the Infinity Blade. Thank God it got vaulted, it was too OP "Ready Knights?" I nodded confidently and Squire nodded a little.

I looked at Squire, he looks a little upset "Squire, you okay?" He looked at me and laughed nervously "Y-Yeah, I'm fine" He smiled a little. I nodded, that was odd, Squire never acts like this. Something must be up. We walked a few kilometers till we reached Haunted Hills. I smirk and threw Dynamite to alert them. One of them came out and growled at us. We all jumped down and engaged fights with them.

We did get a little injured, but half of them were down. Squire looked a little uncomfortable. Royale, stop, you need to focus on the fight. I punched them and smirked. I felt a clinger cling onto me I know it's vaulted but let's say it's still here I gasped and fell down to the ground. I felt weak, but I had to continue. I couldn't stand up and everything went black.

~Blue Squire's POV~
"R-Royale!" She fell to the ground, unconscious. I felt rage rush through my body. I grabbed the person who threw a clinger at her and kicked him "How dare you do that to my Royale! " I felt tears roll down my cheeks, I threw him and carried Royale bridal style and took her somewhere away from the fight. I wiped my tears, but more and more tears rolled down my cheeks. I grabbed her hand and hugged her "I'm sorry Royale" I felt her shift. I gasped and looked at her. I removed her helmet and stroked my thumb on her cheek. It was bleeding, I felt her move a little and opened her eyes. I hugged her softly and smiled to her, opening the medkit and grabbed the items in it.

I sat next to her, putting bandages on her hand and rubbed some alcohol on her cheek which she seemed to flinch but relaxed a little. I put a plaster on her cheek and smiled, she opened her eyes and smiled weakly to me. "You okay Royale?" She smiled "I-I'm okay, what about you? You seemed like you were crying?" I blushed on embarrassment. "I-I thought you died, so I started crying" She giggled "Such a care bear" I blushed and looked away. She kissed my cheek and stood up "I'm gonna go back and fight-" I grabbed her hand and shook my head "Stay and rest, I'm sure Black Knight will handle it, I'll go back to fighting with him" I stood up and smiled to her "I'll be back soon, I promise" She nodded and smiled. I walked away and touched my cheek that she kissed. I blushed and smiled, I helped Black Knight and we finished fighting when the leader offered us peace. We accepted, since forgiveness is the key to happiness and peace.

I rushed back to Royale to see her gone "R-Royale" She jumped on my back and I almost died of heart attack. "You scared me" I said, putting my hand on my chest. She hugged me "I'm sorry for not helping" I hugged her back "You did enough, and plus, we did a peace treaty with them, so everything is back to normal" She smiled "Sorry for acting harsh to you earlier" She looked away, ashamed. I laughed "It's okay Royale, I was worried because I thought something would've happened to you, thats why I was worried" She kissed my cheek "You're seriously such a sweetheart" I blushed and smiled.

"Anyways, are you done lovebirds?" Black Knight says. We both blushed "W-We're not-" He sighed "Stop lying and just kiss, I'll leave you two in privacy" He walks away and I look at Royale and she blushed.

I built up courage and leaned in and kissed her. She was shocked and I broke the kiss which lasted for 3 seconds. "S-Sorry, I just, I've never kissed anyone before" I said, covering my mouth and blushed red.

She giggled and broke the hug "I love you Squire, I know, unusual for me to love anyone, but I mean it" She says, smiling softly. I screamed internally, and smiled nervously. "I-I love you too Royale" She was about to walk away, but turns back to me and gasps "B-But... I thought" I walked up to her and stroked her cheek with my thumb "If I didn't love you, or even liked you, I wouldn't have helped you there, and cared about you, of course I love you Royale, ever since I met you" She hugged me, shoving her head on my chest. "Good" I smiled. We both shared a kiss and smiled to each other and walked out and back to the base.
