A year later...

~Drift's POV~
Snorkel and I have been friends for a year, and well today is her birthday. I wanted to surprise her with a well, I don't know, maybe confess to her, and make a party without her knowing. So I decided to call up Brite and Raptor. "Brite, Raptor, we need to plan something for Snorkel's birthday." Raptor grew excited "Oh that would be amazing!" Brite nodded. I nodded too "Now, we'll need someone to cover it up" I said, Brite grinned "I'll do it!!" I smiled and nodded "Raptor, you could help me decorate" He nodded.

I sighed and called someone I know to get me the decorations. Tan and Sun. "Hey Sun, could you get some decorations for a birthday party, yeah thanks, bye" I ended the call and sighed.

After a few minutes, Sun and Tan brought the decorations, we started decorating and we'll, it did go well.

~Brite's POV~
I sighed "Snorkel, you wanna hang out?" I asked her and she nodded, a little suspicious. "Sureeee?" "Not at Tilted okay?" She eyed me suspiciously. "Why?" She asked and I gulped "The villains there are willing to kill any player there" I shouted out then covered my mouth. She raised her eye brow and shrugged. We walked to Lazy Links and throughout the walk, we saw people carrying decorations and a cake, heading their way to Tilted "Huh, I thought there were villains" I widened my eyes and sighed "One of the villains probably have a birthday and they threatened to kill players if they didn't bring decorations or something they're most likely to die" I'm being dumb right now. Snorkel sighed and we both sat down in a table and talked to each other.

~Drift's POV~
"Over there!" I shouted out and they put it over there, boom, we're almost done, we just need someone who can play the music, DJ Yonders. He did a thumbs up indicating it was cool. I did one back and called Brite "Brite, is she with you?"

"Yeah she is, you done?"

"Yeah, just tell her you need to do something and tell her to go to Tilted"

"Okay, see ya"

"Bye"

I ended the call and rubbed my hands together, this is gonna be fun.

~Brite's POV~
"I'm sorry Snorkel, but I have to head to Tilted, got some duty to attend to, you should come, just not now, after a few minutes" I ran out and handing them the V-Bucks and running to the Quadcrasher and riding to Tilted.

~Snorkel's POV~
Everyone has been acting really strange and no one bothered to say Happy Birthday to me. I sigh and walk out of the building and walked to Tilted, throughout the walk, I've been thinking of how people didn't remember my birthday, I felt sad.

Tilted was silent, which was strange I just walked through Tilted to see no one. I walked inside Trump Tower and heard roars of happy birthdays. I gasped, my eyes widened, Drift ran up to me and hugged me "Happy Birthday Snorky" I blushed and hugged him back, tears of happiness flow up to my eyes "Are you crying? No don't cry" He wiped my tears and pecked my cheek "I'm just happy" I grinned, Brite smiled to me and mouthed 'Happy Birthday' I smiled and mouthed to her a thank you. "Who planned this out?" I asked everyone, they grinned and pointed to Drift. I looked at Drift and he shrugged "What can I say, I need to make my friend happy" I hugged him tightly and mumbled quietly so he doesn't hear me "I love you, Drift, you are amazing" I sighed happily.

We had a blast and I ate my cake while everyone was handing me gifts. Drift handed me his gift, I opened it and it was a ticket. I gasped and knew what it was. Drift grinned and pulled him out of the room and into another room. "Is this?" He nodded and I pulled his black mask down "W-What are you-" I cut him off with a kiss, he melted into it and wrapped his arms around my waist and I did the same around his neck to deepen the kiss. I broke it and said "I love you Drift, Thank you much" His cheeks were red and he panted and flashing a smile "You're welcome" I felt a little heartbroken but happy. "Oh and by the way" I looked at him confused "I love you too Snorkel, since day one" I blushed madly and grabbed his hand and hugged him. He hugged me back and I stared into his eyes. He leaned in a little and I did too, our lips were barely touching when Raptor interrupted. "Oh Am I interrupting or?" Drift glared at him and made Raptor back away and close the door.

I giggled and he leaned in and I did too and we kissed. It felt amazing, his soft lips on mine, I want it to last forever. But sadly it didn't, we broke it and we rested our forehead on each other's. "So, Snorkel, um..." He blushed a little and looked at me "Are we a thing?" I nodded and blushed red. "My girlfriend, heh, that sounds nice" I blushed even more. "Aww someone is red" He teased me, shoving his head on my neck causing me to blush a little. He kissed it and smiled to me "Let's go and watch the fireworks" I gasped "Fireworks!?" He nodded and I grin and we both walk out and sit on the hill, watching the fireworks, my eyes sparkling. Drift looked at me and smiled, which in return I smiled back.

We stood up after the fireworks and I looked at Drift "Thank you Drift, I just... I've never felt this special" I said, smiling. Drift wrapped his arms around my shoulders "You're always special to me, and forever will be, I love you" I blushed and chuckled "I love you too Drift, Thank you" We leaned in for a kiss and Brite interrupted it "Come on lovebirds, let's head home" I nodded and jumped down the cliff, building one by one down to Brite. She smiled and Drift came up to me "I'll see you tomorrow, right?" He asked and I nodded, giggling a little. He pecked my lips "Goodnight" I smiled "Goodnight Drifty" He chuckled and we both go our separate ways.

Ugh I miss him already.
