I am so lost, they keep naming two different hurricanes. Ok so now apparently there is tropical storm also called Debby. Huh? Ok so northern Florida, umm watch out Debby is said to go to the northern part of Florida I will update this after I find more information.
Update:
Tropical storm Debby has caused flooding in Jacksonville, Florida and is expected to hit northern Florida again, even though the flooding is do to wind and pressure bringing the storm there.
Tropical storm Colin is a possible tropical storm which has not formed yet, but there is a possibility  of the tropical storm forming in the Gulf of Mexico, and is said to form by this weekend.
