With the sun rays falling on his face, Shivaay wakes up. He opens his eyes and remembers the previous day and Anika's words of giving him a chance and Omru consoling him. He freshens up and makes a call and goes to the kitchen. He hurriedly makes some bread toast and dosa with some difficulty and coconut chutney. He then goes to Anika's room and finds the room empty. He hears the sound from the bathroom and ND writes a note and places it on the dressing table. He leaves the house soon after.

Anika comes out of the bathroom clad in a salwar and goes to the dressing table. She finds a note on the table and opens it and reads it. She identifies Shivaay's handwriting. The note is,

Anika,

I know that you are still reluctant to trust me and have given me a chance only for my brothers. Bit I promise I will try my best to earn your trust and my brothers's.

Can we be friends? Will you take your first step with me towards friendship? If it is a yes, please have your breakfast. I have made it for you. Hope you like it as I have tried something different. Just a single message about the food will do. And I will understand that you accept me as your friend.

But if you need time, I will wait.

Shivaay.

Anika smiles with tears reading the note. She is happy to see Shivaay's efforts but is also scared. She is not able to believe that Shivaay has done something for her. The most surprising and shocking part is his name... just Shivaay. She is crying with a smile holding the paper in her hand and her eyes are fixed on it. This is how Omru and Priyanka find Anika when they go to her room.

Om: Bhabhi?

Anika looks up to find Omrupri and they are worried seeing her crying.

Ru: Bhabhi, are you fine? What is in that paper?

Anika smiles and gives the note to Om. As Om reads it, he is astonished.

Pri: Bhaiyya, what is it?

Om reads the letter aloud and it surely is something unbelievable.

Om: Shivaay is truly repenting.

Anika: I can't believe this.

Ru: Bhabhi, we should go see what Bhaiyya has done for you?

The four go and open the dishes to find dosas and chutney and also bread toast(for Priyanka).

Pri: Shivaay Bhaiyya has made dosas for the first time. Then you must definitely have it Bhabhi.

Anika sits on the chair and Omrupri join her.

Anika:Where is Dadi?

Dadi: I am here, Puttar

Anika touches her feet and soon everyone settle for breakfast.

Dadi: Dosa? Who made this?

Om: Shivaay specially made it for Bhabhi.

Dadi: He is making efforts to earn your trust and forgiveness. I hope he gets his happiness too.

Anik: Dadi, I...

Dadi: I am not forcing you, Anika. Take your time. Now eat the food. Shivaay has made it for you.

Anika blushes and soon eats the breakfast.

Anika: I didn't know Shivaay is a wonderful cook.

Pri: He is an awesome cook, Bhabhi. But this is the first time he had made Dosas. Still these are not as good as yours.

Anika: You had enough dosas, Priyanka. Not more. But still it is good.

Ru: Then message the same to Bhaiyya.

Om: If you accept his friendship.

Anika nods and leaves to her room. She goes to her room and takes her phone and is contemplating about her reply. On the other side, Shivaay is restless and is waiting for a small sound. He is more worried seeing the scrutinising eyes of the two people before him. He is just waiting for a response through phone and another from those before him. Just then his phone pings with a notification. He opens it and reads

Shivaay, the food is nice. Thank you, dost.

Shivaay is smiling widely smiling reading the message. This confuses the two people.

Person: Why are you smiling seeing your phone? Has Di accepted your friendship?

Shivaay: Yes, Gauri. I know she is still not comfortable but I will definitely keep my word of being a friend to her.

Sahil: What if you again hurt her?

Shivaay : Gauri, Sahil... I know I have deeply hurt your sister. And you cannot believe my words of repentance. I am just asking for one chance. I want all of you to just give me a chance to heal her. She loves you people a lot. So your words matter to me. Please come with me to Oberoi mansion. If you feel that am hurting your sister, scold me or even slap me. But I promise... I will not break her again.

Gauri and Sahil could see the sincerity and guilt in Shivaay's eyes. They accepted his proposal and soon after saying everything to Chachi, they get ready to leave to Oberoi mansion.

Shivaay: Mrs. Trivedi, I know that you don't like Anika and find chance to insult her. But now she is my family. Dare you hurt her, you will see the worst side of me.

Chachi nods her head with fear. Gauri and Sahil are happy seeing Shivaay supporting their sister. They are happy that now their sister will be protected rather than being the protector. The three start their journey to Oberoi mansion.

Anika after sending the message is waiting for a reply but is upset as she doesn't get one.

Anika: Why should I be affected if he is not replying? He is a businessman, so obviously he will be busy. You can't expect him to reply immediately. May be he will reply later. Or is he in some problem? NJ o... what am I thinking?

Omru are looking at Anika who is talking to herself with confusion. Though her words are not audible, they could sense a disappointment in her eyes. They silently go to her.

Om: Bhabhi, did you message Shivaay?

Anika(in a trance) : Yeah, I did. But he has not replied.

Ru: Ohooo... waiting for Bhaiyya's reply.

Anika breaks out of her trance to find her devars with teasing smiles.

Om: Bhabhi, it's OK.

Anika: He is trying his best to assure me, Om. But...

Om: Bhabhi, relax. Take your time. Both of you had bitter pasts. It is difficult to get over it. You both are no different in hiding your pain. The problem is Shivaay made use of your past in his anger. And that is not right.

Ru: So Bhabhi... make use of this opportunity. It is not everyday Shivaay Singh Oberoi doesn't something special. And this is the first time he is opening up... and it's because of you.

Om: Stay strong, Bhabhi. We are with you.

Gauri and Sahil: We too.

Aniomru turn to see Gauri and Sahil at the door with Shivaay behind them. Anika gets up and soon the three are in a tight hug. Anika breaks the hug and crouches to hug Sahil..

Anika: But what are you doing here?

Gauri: Mr. Oberoi wanted us to be here with you, Di.

Sahil: So we though to give a chance to Jiju.

Anika: Jiju...

This surprises everyone. Shivaay is the most surprised as he did not expect Sahil to accept him.

Sahil: Haan, Di, he warned Mumma to stay away from you as you are his family. He protected from you from Mumma.

Anika looks at Shivaay who is adoring Sahil for his innocence. He also crouches before Sahil.

Shivaay: Thank you, Sahil....for giving me a chance.

Sahil: Jiju, my di has always protected and taken care of me and Gauri Di. She has never done anything for herself. My Mumma always hurts her and Di used to be quiet. Only when it comes to me and Gauri Di she will stand against Mumma. Though me and Gauri Di stood for her. Mumma will make us silent. You and your brothers are the first ones who stood for her. Though you were wrong, you are now being with her na... so I will give you chance. But if you again hurt her, I will never forgive you.

All of them are stunned with the maturity and immense love of this little boy. Shivaay hugs him tightly with tears.

Shivaay: I will never hurt her again, Sahil.

Gauri: How could I believe you?

Anika looks at Gauri. Gauri is still doubtful. Omru are also reluctant and Anika is waiting for her reply.

Shivaay: You all know that I hurt Anika for Priyanka. She is my life and the only reason I had survived all these years after my parent's death. I swear on her... I will never hurt Anika again.

Anika cupped her mouth in shock and Omru are staring at Shivaay with widened eyes. Gauri is speechless. Shivaay pats Sahil's cheek and leaves the room but turns and..

Shivaay : Anika, thank you for the message. It really meant a lot. I know you are still not fine with accepting my friendship. But I will not lose hope.

Anika looks at the retreating figure of Shivaay. She feels fingers on her cheeks. Sahil is wiping the tears that are flowing unconsciously.

Sahil: That's why I accepted him, Di. He is ready to go to any extent to protect you.

Om: Bhabhi, even I had doubts. But after this...

Ru: We know Priyanka is his everything.

Gauri: I didn't know that he would swear...

Shivaay: You taught me to hug, Anika. You taught me to see everything from a different tangent. Now you are teaching me to trust love and marriage and relations. You have a huge impact in my life. You evoke alien feelings in me. I don't know what they are. But until you are with me, I will handle everything.

Anika is overwhelmed and tightens the hug. Soon they break the hug hearing fake coughs and see Omru at the door.

Om: So if your moment is over, shall we have our lunch?

Shivika look a Omru with embarrassment and rush out of the room with a laughing Omru. At the dining table, Omru are still laughing... and Shivika are blushing.

Dadi: Om, Ru, why are you both laughing?

Anika and Shivaay widen their eyes.

Om: Dadi, don't you want to know who taught your Billu to hug?

Ru: And who taught him to see life from a different tangent?

Omru: And who made him a human from a robot?

Dadi: What are you blabbering?

Ru: We are blabbering... but see... .Bhaiyya is looking so red.

Om: So is Anika Bhabhi.

Shivaay : I have to... go... have got a video conference.

Anika : I have some work in the room.

Shivika run from there. The rest laugh understanding the situation.

Dadi: I am happy that Billu is living his life for himself.

Everyone nod and on the other side, Shivaay and Anika are still blushing in two different rooms but with just one thought,

Anika: I am so confused, Om.

Omru make Anika sit and ask her to speak.

Anika: It seems so fast. I want to trust Shivaay. But am reluctant. I feel safe with him but am also scared to trust him. I feel unknown emotions when I am with him. Those feelings are so deep that am confused. What are these feelings and emotions?

Anika finishes with a heavy breath and looks at Omru.

Ru: Bhabhi, you are in love.

Anika: But... suddenly...

Om: Bhabhi ,both of you have this feeling right from the beginning. It's just that this misunderstanding pulled you apart. Just think... from the time you came... didn't you feel. Something different for Shivaay?

Anika recalls every moment with Shivaay and the realisation dawns on her. But...

Ru: Bhabhi, don't rush. Take it slowly. Bhaiyya's act has hurt you so much. We are with you, Bhabhi. Feel his love and also enjoy it 😉

Anika blushes and Omru hug her. They are happy that Anika is acknowledging her feelings. But what about Shivaay?

Dadi: Billu, will you stop pacing and say something?

Shivaay stops and sits on his knees and keeps his head on Dadi's lap.

Shivaay: I am scared and confused, Dadi.

Dadi (caressing his hair) : Billu, don't hide anything and speak to me.

Shivaay: Dadi, after Mom and Dad... their death. It made me lose my belief on love and marriage. I am also scared if I would become like my father. But with Anika, I am feeling different. I want to accept our marriage but am scared. I feel something new for her. It's so new and unique. And as I think about it, it's not sudden. It's been there from the day I saw her. They just grew but I refused it due to my insecurities and later my anger and that destroyed everything. Is this love that I feel for her? This is not pity or friendship. I am sure of it.

Dadi(smiling): You know what it is, Billu. You are just afraid. Go with the flow, I am sure you will realise it is love. You just have to earn her trust and must also begin to build your trust on love and marriage. And if I am not wrong, you have started to accept love and marriage. Shivaay lifts his head and his face shows some relief.

Dadi: Billu, you are in love.

Dadi's teasing tone has Shivaay blushing and soon he leave the room with a smile.
