Chapter Twenty-Nine

——————————————————————————
Real worlders were the cause of the Lubriem's depression and aggravation. Of course, the Lubriem's family and friends had no clue. They were oblivious that she was suffering inside because she was good at hiding it.

The young Lubriem did not care about your gender, skin color, sexual orientation, or religion or relationship with Jesus. You were nothing more and nothing less than a real worlder in her eyes. And despite that she was a Christian, she despised being called one because of the fake Christians and instead called herself a child of the Lord.

There were two things that she hated the most. She did not like to surround herself with real worlders and help them. Now before you judge her and rant about how terrible she was, allow me to explain.

Real worlders doing evil and idiotic things ached the Lubriem's heart. It reached a point where she was having nightmares about the incidents. And if you think that good news would have helped her, you would be wrong. Good works without God made her sad. She slipped into a deep depression and cried herself to sleep every single night.

From a girl who desired attention from the real worlders to a girl who was unrecognizable, the Lubriem came to the conclusion that real worlders, even the good ones, meant nothing to her. Pastors. Conservatives. Liberals. Christians. Straight people. Gay people. Atheists. And any other groups that you can think of. It all came down to them being real worlders. She convinced herself that no real worlder was good.

The Lubriem was the only good person in the real world. That was because she was not a real worlder.

One day, she came home from school and checked what was trending on the Internet. Not even five minutes later, she threw a fit. She complained and called the real worlders some not-so-kind names. She was angry that she had to be stuck with a group of people who could not use their common sense!

The Lubriem had to break something. She was that angry! She picked up one of her shoes and threw it as hard as she could at her mirror. When the shoe made contact with the mirror, the glass broke and shattered.

"I am broken," she said under her breath. "My heart is broken and has so many pieces that it will take years and years to restore my faith."

She leaped onto her bed and said something that even she thought that she would never say.

"I wish that the real worlders were gone. Gone forever. Then it would just be me and the people that I actually care about."
