Leila's P.O.V.

"What do you mean you can't come today?" Silva whined. "It's Thursday! Come on, we'll have fun!"

"Yeah! We'll definitely have fun." Goldie said, clenching her teeth on that last part.

"I promised my..." What do I call him? "brother! I promised my brother that I'd play with him today."

"Aw! Come on, I'll lend you a pair of my underwear!" Jeff said.

"No thanks, I got to get going. Take Gracie with you though! Don't let her miss out just because I'm not there!" Silva linked her arm with Goldie's and agreed. They began walking to her house, with Goldie constantly looking back at me, glaring. I winked at her and walked into the forest.

"Great work." Hoodie said, appearing next to me.

"Let's go." I smiled at him and we quickly walked towards the clearing. I noticed he had a brown board with checkered spots on it. I assumed it was what he called 'Chess.'

(~._.)~ (My new 'Time Skip' sign)

Hoodie placed his bishop in coordination with his Queen to trap my king. "Check mate." He said, smugly. I groaned and fell backwards while he laughed at my actions.

"You're cheating, you dang fibber!" Hoodie laughed a little harder.

"Fibber? What's that?" He questioned as he wiped a fake tear from his mask. I sat straight up, causing a few stray dead grass to stick in my hair.

"It mean you're a liar! A cheater! A hack!" I pouted, pointing an accusing finger at him.He laughed and began picking up the white pieces from the board and placed them back in the bag they came from, I did the same with the black ones. We then placed the two bags inside the board and folded it. Hoodie set the board aside and took off his jacket while I stared at him in awe.

"What?" He asked, placing his jacket on the board. He had light skin underneath with a black tee-shirt and gray wrist-watch. I laughed lightly and took off mine too.

"I've never seen you without your hoodie. Isn't that what makes you, you?" I laid down on my back and he did the same.

"Well, Hoodie is just, like, a nickname. I use to be human too. I sort of still am." He place his arms under his head. I gazed above us and saw the clouds blocking out the sun from our view. As if the sun was not welcomed and the trees were trying to reach out to it, to grasp as much as they could before they had to part with the sun and out the moon comes.

"Weren't you all?"

"Yeah." He falls silent.

"What time is it? We've been playing for a while." I say after a few minutes pass.

"5. About to be 6. It's going to get dark in a few more minutes."

"Already?"

"Yup, in these woods, the sun sets earlier so we are able to kill more people and what-not."

"Oh." Another silence fell around us. It was more peaceful rather than awkward. In this clearing, it felt just right. As Hoodie said, the sun began setting and the Full Moon was visible over-head. I glanced up at it, the bright light rising to it's rightful place. Taking the spot the sun was in a hour or so before.

"Isn't it funny? The Sun and Moon constantly fighting to be shown over our world. If it's not above us now, it is someplace else. I think it's pretty neat." Hoodie said in a trance. I looked over at him then back at the moon, clouds blocking partial of the view.

"It is. But I think the view is more described by the Earth yearning for attention from both the Sun and Moon. So it rotates to give equal time-ish to each side of it. It's like a family." I smiled to myself and looked back over at him to see he was looking at me.

"I guess your right." Just then, something wet fell onto my face. I looked at the sky confused before another fell onto me. That's when the rain came pouring down. Hoodie groaned then quickly rushed to grab his jacket, me following close behind.

"I always get disoriented when it's raining in these woods!" I laughed lightly as we turned right only to find ourselves back at the clearing. "Ah!"

"I would say that we could just sleep out here tonight, but I have school tomorrow."

"Yeah yeah, I know." He mumbled as he lead me another direction.

"Here, let me take the lead Hoods." I said, traveling in front of him and taking a sharp left, causing him to stumble into a bush. After a while, I figured I didn't know the way back either. Hoodie then face-palmed his mask.

"How could I be so stupid!" He said, mostly to himself before he pulled up his jacket just enough to reveal the tattoo on his wrist. He placed 2 of his finger on the symbol before taking a left to reveal ourselves to be back at the mansion. "You were close." He laughed.

"How did you?"

"If you concentrate just enough with some part of your body on it, it will lead you to the closest person with the same symbol." I opened the door and began to walk in.

"So it's li-" I was cut off by being tackled and falling backwards down the porch steps onto the mud.

"Are you hurt? Did he hurt you?" Luna gasped. "You're going to get sick! Go take a shower right now!" She continued before looking up to see Hoodie and glaring at him with her piercing white eyes. "And you!"

"I-I swear I-I di-din't-" Luna stomped over to him and pointed a finger into his chest as I sat up to get a good view.

"What did you do to her? Why were you two out so late? DON'T YOU DARE THINK THAT I'LL LET YOU GET AWAY WITH THIS!" She yelled at him. Pushing him back with her finger 'til he was stopped by the couch.

"We d-didn't do anything so j-just calm down." He tried cooling her. BEN turned around to look at Hoodie.

"Dude, good luck with this one. You're on your own for breaking my disc."

"What? You're still not over that?" I got up and walked over to Luna only to see her es burning with hatred.

"Calm it Luna. It's alright, I'm going to take a shower now and HE is going to teach me a new trick afterwards." I then walked over to the stairs.

"Why'd you say it like that?!" Hoodie screamed as Luna's eyes grew with more fiery.

"A TRICK?!" I laugh and prepped myself to shower to be greeted by Toby outside of my room.

"Hey Toby..." I said lightly.

"H-hi Leila." He ticked. We looked at one another, me gazing at his eyes through his orange goggles. Did everything appear to e orange through those?

"Uh.. Not to be rude, but did you need something?"

"A-actually. Yeah." The room around us fell silent and we heard a faint screech. Toby didn't move a muscle and I began to grow impatient.

"Toby? What was it that you needed?" I asked.

"I-I just wa-wanted to make sure you were okay." He cracked his neck.

"What do you me- Toby!" I called after him once he began walking off. He turned a corner, ignoring me and I sighed. Is it always going to be like this?

(A/N: I need just a few more questions to be able to do the Q&A, I'm actually really excited for this. So about 3 or 4 more perhaps. Thank you all for reading and commenting, it means a lot to me!)
