Already?
Leila's P.O.V.
After I had gotten home, I tried my best to go back to bed, though I couldn't. It felt as though something was eating away at me from the inside. I sighed and did everything I needed to. Took a shower. Redressed. Did my hair. After I had placed the makeup down, there was a knock on my door and Jack came in.
"Oh hey, Leila. I didn't think you'd already be up." He said, surprised.
"Yeah, I couldn't sleep, so I got up." I told him.
"Oh well, I prepared breakfast for you and I. Zalgo should be getting here in about a hour or so, you never know with him." We shared laugh and went to the dining room. I ate quietly, lost in my thoughts, when I heard Jack's voice.
"What?" I asked.
"I was asking if you were excited for the trip." He said. "Are you alright?"
Yeah, I'm fine. I don't really want to go to Zalgo's though."
"Oh come on, it's only for two days." He took a bite of his eggs. "You should feel honored. I think Zalgo wants you for something else."
"What's that about Zalgo?" A hand was placed on Jack's shoulder, causing him to jump.
"Zalgo, you're here early." Jack said. He got up quickly from his chair and bowed in front of the man. He was just a tad taller than Slender. Black and white suit. Black tie and medium black hair, nothing to take note of inparticular.
"You never change Jack, what'd I tell you about the formalities. No need to bow." 'Zalgo' told Jack, while he stood up.
"Sorry sir, but you are like a king. It's only right."
"Ah well. Could you give me a moment with Leila?"
"Of course." Jack left the room and Zalgo walked over to me.
"So you're the famous Leila I keep hearing about?"
"I've only met two of your proxies, sir." I say back.
"Touche." He grabs my hand and places it between his and grins. "I am Zalgo."
"I guessed." He laughed.
"Let's get going, Leila. We have a ride ahead of us if Slender can't get the darn thing open."
(~._.)~
This was a sight I thought I'd never see. Slender had given his desk over to Zalgo and was seated beside me. He changed into his illusion form just so he could fit in the chair, he looked just the same as Zalgo, though way paler. They had been talking with each other for the past hour. Not business talk like you'd expect, Zalgo was making small-talk with Slender.
"Yes, indeed they are well." Zalgo laughed. "Let us get to the point though, shall we?"
"Of course, my lord." Slender replied. Everyone was so different around this guy.
"I want to have Leila." Slender didn't seemed phased by it. Straight-forward, I'll give him that.
"You know you cannot. I've discussed this with your proxies. I was the one who found and nurtured her. I get to keep her."
"But you have not been honest with her, have you?" Zalgo was smirking now and Slender seemed to get angry.
"You know not to discuss that in her presence." He said furiously at Zalgo.
"What do you mean?" I pitched in.
"Oh dear, well, might as well tell her now." Zalgo fake sighed. "Mind if I do the honors, Slender?"
"Zalgo! Don't you dare!" Slender's voice didn't seem to boom as much as when he wasn't in his illusion form. Zalgo laughed.
"No worries, I won't. At least not for now." He laughed. Great. "As back to the matters for Leila, why don't we let her decide? She is not an inanimate object, after-all."
"Alright, I am fine with that."
"Who do you choos-"
"Slender." I cut Zalgo off. He laughed again.
"Now, now. Don't act so hastily. We still have this day and the next to decide. Let us get going. Do you have your bags?" I nodded and grabbed them from the doorway. "Slender, could you do the honors?"
"Yes, sir." Slender stood up and held out his hands in front of him. After a minute or so, there was a whoosing sound in the air. It would have gone unnoticed if onlyit hadn't gotten stronger. Soon a small blue and purple hole was in the middle of the room. Then it began growing bigger and bigger until it finally stopped. It was a large hole that was majorily black but had different shades of dark blue and purple mixed throughout all of it. Zalgo smiled.
"Nice job, Slendy, I didn't think you had it in you." Zalgo grabbed my hand. "Shall we go?" I nodded and he did something I can honestly say I didn't expect. He threw me into the hole. Being the ultra-tough pasta I am, I did the most logical thing that came to mind. I semi-screamed. It's like a scream except quieter. I shut my eyes tightly and suddenly felt light-weight on my back before bouncing slightly. I opened my eyes to see a net beneath me in a black and white room. I rolled off the net right before Zalgo came barreling down, laughing like usual.
"I always love doing that." He looked over at me. "Ah, I see you've made it down safely Leila." He pulled himself off. "We have many things to do, but first, I will let Goldy show you to your room."
"Right this way!" Said a familiar voice. I looked into the corner to see Goldy. When did she get here?
She and I went around, hallway after hallway, door after door searching for mine before stopping behind a purple door. "You can drop your stuff off on that bed, Zalgo wants to see you immediately!" She said perkily. I did so and soon, we were walking around again. This place was much bigger than the mansion and dozens of people were here. Some looked like they were completely lost while there were others who knew where they were going. Though, everyone had one thing in common. We were all pastas. I took notice of all the red and black everywhere, there were even some lava pits. As we continued walking, Goldy had been greeted by multiple people, she must have a high ranking here.
We stopped before huge black door. "This is Zalgo's 'office,' he wishes to speak to you with Liu and Elane." She put air-quotes around the word office. She smiled at me sweetly then walked the opposite direction from me. The people around here were organized. I looked over at the door wondering what could lie beyond. Only one way to find out, right? I took a quick breather before placing my hand on the knob and turning.
(A/N: That's all for now. I kind of want to talk to you all about something important. I don't really know how to begin this but, I feel as though I'm falling back into depression. I've sort of lost my will on doing, well basically anything. Life's been going rough for me, yet I don't seem to know why. Don't get me wrong, I know how my life is getting harder and what-not, it's just, I don't know why I'm feeling like this, yet I do. It's strange to put into words, but I've just felt like I lost it. Then, something happened that I'd never wanted to. I thought about the idea of, not only cutting, but suicide. I figured how easy it'd be and simple. Then I wouldn't have to face all these problems. I wouldn't have to worry and continue to argue nor would I have to continue following the dreams that no one around me agrees on/supports.
You may be thinking, "Why is this conceded Bitch telling me about her problems?" I'm getting to that. You see, along with all of this, I've lost my will to write. Which is weird because between this and acting (Which is only 3 three things) this is one of the only things I completely love doing, which is why I started this book. I don't see why, once again, I don't want to write. Furthermore, I think this book is soon going to come to an end for ths reason. So, just a heads-up on that, I'll be tieing up the loose ends and ending this book officially. Thank you all for reading, commenting, and your feedback! It means a whole lot to me!)
