Cole's POV.

This was what real friends were like, these guys weren't just my best friends, they were also my brothers (and sister), which is why I knew I could count on their advice when I walked into the living room with a letter from my dad. Jay, Lloyd and Kai were playing Video games, Zane was reading a book, and Nya was typing on her laptop.

"Hey Cole, jump in, we're only on level two." Kai said without so much as raising his head, Lloyd tossed a controller to me which I caught, but didn't turn it on.

"Actually guys, there's something that I want to talk to you about." I said. Kai paused the game and he and Lloyd leaned back against the couch to look at me, Jay sat up from laying on his stomach on the floor, Zane put down his book, and Nya closed her laptop.

"We're all ears." Kai said.

"My dad wrote me a letter, he says it's high time I invite him to visit." I explained to them as I held up his letter.

"My parents have been wanting to visit me for a while, I should invite them too." Jay said

"I too have been meaning to invite my father to visit." Zane agreed.

"I guess I could invite my parents over too."  Lloyd added.

"Really, you guys would do that for me?" I asked them.

"Sure, it'll be like a family reunion, that way there'll be an even spread of embarrassing stories all around." Jay laughed.

"We would invite our parents too but....." Nya trailed off, she didn't need to finish we all knew what she meant. I wanted to make her feel better so I said.

"It's okay Nya, look, we're like family, so our parents are basically your parents." this seemed to make her feel a little better. After that conversation we all called our parents and invited them over. Then I sat down with the other guys, and we started a video game tournament, Soon Zane joined in, and even Nya played a round. In the end Kai won, as always, but it was a fun time for everyone.
