NEXT DAY. AFTERNOON.

Aya's phone rang while watching the players practicing for their upcoming game which will be held in a few minutes. "Mush mush!" she answered a call from Akashi. "Aka-kun!" she smiled.

"Aya, where are you?" he replied, asking for her location.

"Oh, I'm already at the court. Are you already at your seat?" she answered then asked for his, now.

"No, I'm still outside. I'm waiting for your brother, who said that he'll be here..." Akashi looked at his watch. "10 minutes have past..." he trailed off. Aya giggled softly.

"Oh you know my brother Aka, he's always late," she said as Akashi sighed. "I don't know if he was like that during middle school though..." Aya added, her memories still in pieces.

"Don't worry, he always is," Akashi said making Aya laugh more.

"Oi, Aya why are you laughing?" Taiga interrupted, sitting beside Aya, taking a rest after the dunks he just did. She stopped laughing and turned to him.

"Oh nothing, Aka's just..." she paused and laughed again. Taiga just sweat dropped and turned his head to the opponent's bench. He looked at them seriously, thinking on the past year that happened with Teppei. "Stop it Aka!!" Aya burst out in laughter as the Seirin team all looked at her with a sweat dropped.

"What happened to her?"

"What is she laughing at?"

"Is she crazy?"

"Maybe she's gone crazy..."

"She's totally gone crazy..." they thought as Aya looked at them at the same time they turned their heads away from her. She blinked innocently and hung up from the call.

"What were you just laughing at?" Taiga asked again, as Aya looked at him.

"Oh... it's becaus Aka... HAHAHAHAHA.. he...HAHAHAHAHA," she couldn't continue her story because her laughs kept interrupting it. Taiga sweat dropped and turned his attention to their opponent who were eyeing at them mockingly.

"Taicchi, is there something wrong?" Aya asked, startling him a bit.

"So you finally quit talking to your boyfriend..." Taiga's statement made Aya blush.

"Oi! We're not dating!" Aya pouted punching Taiga's arm. "Ow!" Taiga rubbed his arm in pain. 'This girl can really hit!!' he thought, horrified at Aya's actions. "Anyway, he somehow was dragged by my brother so he hung up," she explained.

They heard the whistle blow signaling that's the game's about to start. Both teams lined up facing each other. Hanamiya, the team captain and coach smiled evilly at Teppei who was glaring at him, remembering the past year they played at each other. Teppei ended up with an injury, with Hanamiya to blame. 

"I won't let you do your dirty tricks again," Teppei hissed, aware of Hanamiya's abilities.

"Really? By how? Protecting your teammates?" Hanamiya mocked, laughing at Teppei.

"If it's the last thing I do," Teppei replied, glaring at Hanamiya. He just smirked evilly and eyed Teppei's teammates. "Let's see you do that" was Hanamiya's reply before the referee blew his whistle as the game started.

The players started to play, with Seirin on offense, with Izuki handling the ball. He looked around the court to see an opening towards Taiga who he quickly passes the ball to. Taiga ran towards the ring with his teammates following as their opponent tried to block them but he ran pass them and did the dunk.

The match continued with Seirin on lead with 8 points. Junpei now and the ball and passed it with Tetsuya doing an ignite pass as Teppei caught it and was about to shoot a lay-out when a player blocked him. He used his right of postponement and passed the ball to Taiga which he quickly dunked.

"Yeah!!!!"

"SEIRIN SCORES!!"

The benchers and the crowd cheered together. Teppei smiled proudly at Taiga and gave a high five to him. He glanced at Hanamiya who was still smiling despite the (10) two digit point gap they have. Teppei looked at him suspiciously as he continued to smirk at him.

"I think I found my new target," he said as Teppei narrowed his eyes at him.

OMG I AM SO SORRY FOR NOT UPDATING IN THREE DAYS :( I GOT TONS OF PROJECTS FROM MY FREAKING TEACHERS -_____- BUT THEY'RE ALL DONE NOW. YES I WAS CRAMMING AND I ALMOST FLIPPED OUT BUT GOOD THING I DIDN'T.
