4. Why it's Important to FORGIVE YOURSELF too?


1. Cause constantly blaming yourself 

- can lead to low self esteem, stomachaches, headaches, overthinking, sleeping problems or even such serious conditions as depression or anxiety ( & there is already too much of it in the modern world, especially among young people ) 

2. So if you were trying to do something - but failed, Remember:

- Nobody is Perfect, everyone fails at something from time to time - so instead of blaming yourself for this Failure - treat it like a New Experience, A Lesson 'that this way didn't work - but it's Not the End Of the World' - so just 'Get Back Up Again' like Poppy - & try some Other Way to Reach Your Goals next time

- maybe you were not ready, maybe you needed more preparation or a better plan, so think about it & ask someone who can help you & For Some Support & Advice! :)

*Forgive Yourself & Don't Give Up! 😁👍

3. As You have Noticed ForGIVEness has a word 'Give' inside

- & by forgiving Yourself - You're giving Yourself a chance to fix Your Mistakes & to Change Something to make it Better! :)

*But You MUST Forgive Yourself FIRST! - & then You're Happy, Relieved & Encouraged to Prepare the Background for SOME POSITIVE CHANGE!  ^_^ 👌

( & this change Will Come for Sure - if You Believe in Yourself 

- & change Your Attitude for Good! 😉 )
