"yoongi?"

hoseok saw the older male walk closer to him, but keeping a distance away. yoongi's eyes watered as he let out a small chuckle.

"hoseok, wh-what are you doing here?"

yoongi managed to choke out as he saw the younger male in person, after so many years.

"yoongi hyung, what's going on?"

jimin asked as he saw yoongi tearing up, he looked between the two males which showed sadness and longing emotions.

"jimin, we should leave them to talk."

jimin saw jungkook taking his hand and dragging him away from the two males. jimin looked over his shoulder and saw yoongi slap hoseok across the cheek before he walked out the door.

"how do they know each other?"

jimin asked jungkook as he was being dragged to jungkook's car.

"they...used to date."

jimin frowned, he was confused. yoongi had never really seemed to act as if he was in a relationship. when did this relationship even began that he didn't even notice?

"why did they break up?"

jungkook stopped walking and turned around to look at jimin.

"yoongi...he was scared."

"scared of what?"

there was a long silence before jungkook answered.

"scared to be dating a monster."

four years ago

"where are you taking me?"

yoongi asked as he was following hoseok, they were in their last year of high school and hoseok decided to skip school to spend the day with his boyfriend.

"somewhere."

hoseok smiled at yoongi as he smiled too and they both walked more deeper into the forest, hoseok had mentioned that his family had a cabin where they would go for family reunions.

yoongi admired the scenery as he heard birds chirping and the branches on the floor crushing as he walked ontop of them.

"we're almost there."

yoongi held onto hoseok's hand and enjoyed the peacefulness of the forest. as soon as they saw a house in sight, they slowed down their pace. hoseok looked over at yoongi, he smiled at the smile plastered on his face.

"master hoseok?"

hoseok stopped walking as soon as he saw his family's servant. hoseok had totally forgotten, how could he forget such a big deal?

his parents were here, his grandparents called them to come over for an important discussion that had to be discussed.

"master hoseok, should i call your father?"

"no!"

"hoseok, what's going on?"

yoongi asked as he looked over at the male who had strangely red eyes. he hadn't seen anyone wear red eye contacts anymore.

"nothing, i forgot that my parents were here, let's go before-"

"hoseok!"

the called male shut his eyes tightly, his father had probably sensed he was here. he slowly turned around to look at his father.

"you are supposed to be at school."

"i'm sorry dad-"

"why won't you come on in, bring that friend of yours if you want."

"no, no, it's okay, we were about to-"

"no excuses, come in."

as his father left, hoseok looked at yoongi who had widened eyes.

"we can leave if you want."

"no, it's okay."

hoseok bit his lip, hopefully yoongi doesn't find out, he really doesn't want him to find out. after their two year relationship, he tried really hard so that yoongi doesn't find out.

"wait, what happened?"

jimin thought jungkook would continue on what happened, but he just stopped talking.

"it's really not that-"

"yes it is, yoongi is my brother and-"

"i'll tell you some place else."

jungkook took a look around as if he were looking at something, or someone.

"what are you-"

"don't turn around."

jimin was pressed against jungkook's chest, he was confused on why jungkook was suddenly acting like this.

"there's someone nearby,"

"i mean, we are in a neighborhood-

"werewolves."

the werewolf smirked as he looked directly at the vampire, who was securely holding onto his target.

"taehyung wouldn't be so happy about this."

the werewolf told his friend as they other male looked at them and nodded.

"should we make him jealous with it?"

"no, he would be furious if he knows we are stalking his prey."

the other male nodded as he stared at the vampire.

"let's go, we will look at jimin next time when that blood sucker isn't with him."

as they walked out of the cabin, yoongi kept a distance as he processed what he had just heard.

'didn't hoseok tell you? we are vampires.'

"yoongi?"

hoseok said almost very soft and inaudible, making the older turn around.

"you know, i'm kinda shocked you didn't tell me."

hoseok looked as yoongi shuffled with his feet, finding words to say.

"after four years of dating, you didn't tell me a single thing."

yoongi was more calm than ever, yet he felt more disappointed that he hadn't been trusted with such a secret.

"yoongi-"

"i'm not scared, you could have killed me during those four years but didn't, i'm more disappointed that you didn't tell me."

hoseok walked closer to yoongi and pulled him into a tight hug, despite the shorter male trying to push him away, sobbing harshly against his chest.

"you didn't trust me!"

"i was scared,"

yoongi stopped once hoseok whispered those words into his ear.

"i was scared that you would leave me after realizing that i'm a monster."

hoseok blinked away the tears threatening to fall as he placed his chin on yoongi's shoulder.

they both stayed in the same position until it started raining, the couple separated and started running towards hoseok's parked car.

after that day, the couple returned to normal, as if nothing had changed between them.

"but then, why did they break up?"

jimin asked jungkook as they sat on the couch, holding a cup of hot chocolate. jungkook shrugged as he took a sip of the hot beverage.

"hoseok never really told me, he just disappeared after a week and came back today."

jimin frowned and drank some of his drink, why would they have suddenly broken up if yoongi had accepted him for who he was.

"-min, jimin?"

jimin looked up and saw jungkook waving his hand in front of his face.

"i'm sorry, where you calling me?"

"yeah, you still haven't told me why you were hanging out with that-"

"taehyung."

jimin interrupted jungkook before he could have cursed him.

"whatever, why were you with him?"

jimin looked down at his cup and looked at the unique design.

"jimin?"

jimin looked up and saw jungkooks questioning look before sighing.

"he told me, um-"

"don't lie to me please."

jungkook scooted closer to jimin without the shorter male noticing.

"he...kinda told me, he was a werewolf?"

jimin bit his lip as he sat his mug next to jungkooks on the coffee table. jimin looked up to see jungkook frozen in place.

"he told you?"

jimin nodded as he examined the vampire, jungkook looked extremely furious.

"why are you like that? what happened?"

jimin finally noticed that jungkook had changed into red eyes, his fangs sticking out of his mouth.

"did he perhaps...lick you?"

jimin slowly nodded as he saw jungkook grip the blanket on them tighter.

"that piece of shit!"

"jungkook, what's going on?"

jimin held onto jungkooks wrist as the taller male stood up immediately. jungkook held jimin by his waist, staring closely into his eyes, their noses almost touching.

"that fucker preclaimed you as his mate."
