jimin asked as he saw jungkook lean towards him, their noses brushing against each other.

jungkook didn't respond, he grabbed jimins wrist while the other hand was grasping tightly onto the shorter males waist, pulling him closer.

"i want to claim you as mine, only mine."

jimin bit his lower lip as he stared back at jungkook's red eyes.

"you-you are furious jungkook, calm down and-"

"no! i know what i want. and that's you."

jimin struggled to free himself out of his grasp. he gasped once he felt jungkook place a kiss on his neck.

"jung-jungkook please!"

jungkook continued to plant kisses on jimin's neck, savoring the soft skin touching his lips. he then let his tongue went a trail on his neck, preparing him for a bite of his.

"please don't!"

jimin felt tears trailing down his cheeks, he didn't want to be claimed. why would taehyung preclaim him without telling him? what would stop jungkook from claiming him?

jimin suddenly fell to the floor, he backed up to the wall as he looked up to see a unfamiliar man holding jungkook down.

"calm down jungkook!"

jimin recognized him, he was the man that told him he smelt good. another vampire?

jimin wiped his tears and silently made his way to the door, running out from the house as he looked at both directions, wondering which way was his home.

he needed to stay away from jungkook and taehyung.

it was for the best.

"hyung, can't i stay home?"

"no, you're going to school!"

yoongi dragged jimin out of his bed and threw him in the bathroom. jimin whined, telling yoongi to let him go but, it was no use.

"i'll just skip-"

"you skip and i'll fucking ground you park jimin."

jimin shivered at the threat and decided to just shower and get ready.

"you aren't even my dad to yell at me."

jimin pouted as he walked to the sink and grabbed his toothbrush.

"but i'm your older brother and you better listen to me."

"i'm already seventeen, it's not like i need an adult supervisor."

"just...shut up and get ready."

jimin mumbled some things underneath his breath and started to brush his teeth. he heard footsteps walk away and he looked at the door.

yoongi has been so protective ever since that accident happened. jimin, himself, did not know what happened that day, all he knew was that he woke up in the hospital.

jimin then began to think about taehyung and jungkook, since when did they become a problem?

taehyung was a werewolf.

jungkook was a vampire.

jimin had been attracted to both of them, they both had their own characteristics which made jimin like them a bit more. but, who did he like more?

jimin sighed as he finished brushing his teeth, he looked at himself in the mirror.

he wasn't that attractive to have caught the two males attention. jimin began to count his flaws, he saw too many.

"jimin! you are going to be late!"

jimin heard yoongi yell from downstairs. jimin sighed and undressed to shower.

jimin had left the house and was forced to give yoongi another goodbye kiss on the cheek, which he cringed at.

he decided to take the bus because he wanted to avoid seeing taehyung or jungkook. he walked towards the school with his head down and he pouted.

questions flooding in his mind when he didn't notice he had bumped into someone.

he blinked and looked up to meet taehyung, giving him a soft smile.

jimin looked at him with a questioning look.

"you shouldn't walk with your head down, you could have walked into a wall or something."

why was taehyung acting like nothing had happened the previous day? why hasn't he brought up that he had secretly preclaimed jimin as his?

jimin gave him a small bow as he walked passed him, he wasn't ready to face neither boys.

taehyung grabbed onto jimin's arm and turned him around to face him.

"you are going to trip and fall."

taehyung said as he kneeled down and tied jimin's shoelaces. jimin looked down at him with a small frown.

taehyung stood up when he was done and smiled at jimin.

"should we go in now?"

"i was actually going to the bathroom."

jimin said as he gave taehyung a smile and walked passed him, heading to the bathroom. he was even more confused, he didn't know what to do, how to act around them.

he had to keep avoiding them, it was for the best.

yoongi saw as jimin walked out of the house, he seemed down since yesterday. he sighed and was about to close the door when he saw someone standing on his front lawn.

hoseok.

he bit his lip, he didn't want to face him right now. not after their talk yesterday.

hoseok was already standing in front of him, shuffling a bit as none of them said anything.

"...hey yoongi."

yoongi looked up and nodded, he had shut the door to his house as both of them stood on the porch.

"are you free today?"

"no, i have work."

yoongi avoided hoseok's gaze as he waited for the taller male to leave.

"i wanted to talk to you about-"

"please don't talk about that."

hoseok bit his lip, he was referring to the accident that had happened a while ago. he regretted it so much, but, he couldn't help it.

"yoongi, please, listen to me!"

hoseok grabbed onto yoongi's wrist but the shorter male pulled his wrist away.

"why should i listen to someone who almost killed my brother?!"

after school had ended, jimin went up to the library and decided to research a bit more on vampires and werewolves.

for purposes of research.

he had read through at least three books of the two topics, he had only gotten one thing out of them; they were enemies.

jimin had rubbed his eyes, he didn't realize he had flipped to a page on the werewolf book.

how do werewolves mate?

jimin blushed and looked up to see if anyone was paying attention to him. he cleared his throat and began reading.

he only understood some of it, something about a wolves mating season and something about knotting? then they stick as mates for their entire lives. after mating, werewolves get a lot more possessives over their mates.

jimin blinked at the new information, the knotting part got him, he read comments—in a weird website, he didn't want to mention—about people who have mated with a werewolf, they said how good and how much pleasure and arousal it gives each other.

jimin blushed even more. why was he even searching this up?

he moved on to the vampires.

a single bite from a vampire could lead a human to become immortal. the mating process brings together two people, their communication that lets them hear their thoughts.

vampires have lots of stamina and have a lot of energy, they are also fast. someone had also commented that their sexual intercourse had lasted for a while, though they didn't remember how many rounds they have gone.

jimin gulped.

"interesting research."

jimin exited the website and turned around to meet a familiar person. he frowned, where had he seen them before?

"i'm namjoon, taehyungs dad? i work as the librarian."

"oh, pleasure to meet you, uh, mr. kim."

jimin shook his hand as suddenly blushed as he remembered that namjoon had seen what he was looking at.

"so, why the sudden interest?"

namjoon had pulled a seat and sat beside jimin, who was ready to get up and leave. he was too embarrassed.

"well, i, um..."

"did taehyung tell you..?"

jimin looked up and nodded, he was sure namjoon was a werewolf. now thinking about it, seokjin probably is a werewolf.

"no, seokjin isn't a werewolf."

jimin blinked and looked as he saw namjoon chuckle.

"you are thinking too loud."

"oh, sorry."

"no it's fine. so, what do you want to know anyway? that freaky website is probably run by sex maniacs anyway."

jimin thought if he could blush any more.

"i was just curious about..."

jimin had trailed off his sentence, he felt too embarrassed talking to taehyungs dad about this kind of stuff.

"to get you started, vampires and werewolves will and always will be enemies. nothing could bring us together, but, we do have a pact that determines what we can do and not do."

namjoon had looked at jimin as the younger nodded.

"let me tell you something else before i have to go."

jimin nodded and came a bit closer because namjoon had signaled him to do so.

"this is the very first law, if a werewolf and a vampire fall in love with the same person, and the person, usually a human, isn't able to choose either, it will be chosen by a fight."

jimin gulped as he felt that namjoon already knows what's going on.

"and jimin, those fights are really violent, their motivation is the love they feel for that person,"

namjoon placed a hand on jimin's shoulder, giving him a gentle smile.

"and the werewolves and vampires fighting tend to end up killing each other, or until one of them give up."

"why are you telling me this?"

jimin already had tears threatening to fall, this was too much. this made his decision a bit more harder.

"because, i can tell that taehyung and jungkook really love you, if you aren't able to decide in time and they get desperate, one of them will end up dying in the fight."

namjoon got up from his chair, helping jimin up as well.

"i'm not asking you to choose taehyung, or am i trying to make you feel guilty. all i want you to do is to make a wise choice in time, or they will end up trying to kill each other for your love."
