"Percy...You're not Void. You're Percy Jackson, my boyfriend..." my voice cracks and tears started to roll down my face. "My Seaweed Brain..." Percy doubled over and he shouted,"No! I love her!" Then a voice seemed to echo around,"No...Percy...She betrayed you." Percy's eyes were tunneling from dark voids to sea green to dark voids. "Yes...she betrayed me..." he murmured. "No...Percy! I still love you! That day when I kissed Luke, it was Order manipulating my feelings and Luke's. Now he's manipulating your thoughts!" Annabeth shouted desperately. Percy writhed in pain, his body floating off the ground. The fighting stopped, Order screamed,"No! No!" A black ball of light drifted out of Percy's chest and floated back to Order, "Nooooo!!!" He screamed. A flash of blinding light blocked Annabeth's view. When the light faded, she saw Percy lying on the ground, twitching and muttering. "Annabeth...mustn't...hurt...her..." Tears rolled down her face as Annabeth clasped his hands in hers. Percy's eyes fluttered open and they were the sea green that Annabeth had grown to love. Percy rubbed his eyes and asked groggily while standing up, "Where's Order? What...." Suddenly, everything seemed to flow back to him. "Annabeth! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to..." Annabeth burst into tears, flung her arms around his neck and buried her face in his chest. She cried and sobbed, while Percy stroked her hair awkwardly. "You must hate me now. After I let Order's 'friend' do that to you." He murmured. "No...I still love you, Seaweed Brain." She looked up and they shared a passionate kiss. Percy finally let go of her and turns to the rest of them,"Um...sorry..."he muttered sheepishly but was interrupted by hugs and pats on the backs from everyone. "We should get going."Percy slung one arm around Annabeth and the demigods straggled back to camp.
Chiron trotted to the front and gasped,"Annabeth! Did Percy..." Percy rushed forward and started to apologize profusely. Chaos pushed her way to the front and gave Annabeth and Percy a hug. Annabeth turned to face Thalia and began,"Thanks for going to rescue me Thals." Then she noticed Luke's arm around Thalia's shoulder and she asked,"Did I miss something?" "Yeah, we're dating." Thalia smiled. "Us too." Reyna piped up. Percy smiled and Annabeth leaned on his shoulder.
"I think that the real hero here is Annabeth. She saved us and brought Percy back to reality." Chiron ruled. Annabeth blushed as the camp took up a cheer of her name. Percy swung her around in a circle, like in the movies, and kissed her. The roaring got louder after that. Percy grinned at her and Annabeth wondered whether they could have some peace and quiet after this. Maybe...maybe not.
