Ash looked outside of his bedroom window. The sun was out, but it was deceiving. It was actually 17°F outside and if it wasn't convincing from the frost on the grass, you might as well just feel it for yourself.

It was a Tuesday, so it wasn't as bad as a Monday, but sure was no Friday. It was also Valentines day.

Ash glanced at his phone, 7:23 it read. School started at 8 so he needed to be fast.

He hurried down his stairs and into the kitchen looking for something to eat there was a buzz that came from his phone.

It was a text from Mallow.

Ash you better not be late to the S-Class room or I'm gonna murder you.

He took a glance at it, put it back in his pocket and kept looking for some breakfast.

Ash I know you did not just leave me on read.

Ash looked once again, and put it back in his pocket.

That's it I'm coming right now so in case you died or something you better be ready for a beating.

A few moments later, there was a knock on the door. Ash didn't answer. Then there was more knocking. Again no answer. Then there was pounding. Finally he opened up.

And was punched right in the face.

Serena walked over to the school, with a happy feeling. Today was Valentine's day and she was excited to see all of her friends.

She was pretty early and saw Dawn and the others already there. She sat down in the S-Class room. She looked around and there were two people missing.

"Hey guys, where's Ash and Mallow?" She asked.

Dawn answered. "Mallow texted that she was gonna walk with Ash over to school today, but they haven't shown up yet."

"Weird, I guess we have to wait for them before we hand out the candy and stuff." Serena said.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door. Lillie went and opened it. It was Mallow, dragging and unconcious body into the room.

We all sweat dropped.

It was Ash...

"What did you do to him?" Iris asked.

"Um... long story." Mallow smiled.

"Enough talking," Misty said. "I need some candy right now."

They all laughed and started handing out all of the different treats they brought for each other.

Ash on the other hand was still unconcious.

To make sure he didn't feel left out they took all of his candy and set it down right next to him.

When the first period bell rang, they all gathered up their things and went to their class. Only Serena stayed behind to make sure Ash was ok.

Ash woke up, but he didn't look so good so she took him to the nurse, where she just told him to put an ice pack on his face.

Ash started screaming in pain when she shoved the ice onto his eye and Serena just laughed the entire time.

"Hey Serena where do you wanna go out to?" Calem asked me.

"Actually I really wanted to go to..." Serena started to say.

"Actually why don't we go to a movie there's a good one I really wanted to see." He answered, and that was that.

After the movie, Serena just had to say something.

"Calem, I'm tired of you always forcing me to do things. And it's not just today. Every time we go out and do something it's always you picking what we do."

"Serena... listen I never knew you felt this way..."

"Right, because you never care about how I feel." Serena answered surprisingly calmly.

"Serena, that's not true, I.."

"Calem when's the last time you asked me how my day was?"

"I... um.... uh...."

"I rest my case Calem."

"Serena what's gotten in to you lately, is it that Ash guy again, I told you to stay away from him." Calem said.

"Calem, are you hearing yourself right now, you're even controlling the people that I can be friends with. Calem listen to me,

I think we need to take a break..."

And with that she got up and left.
