While Leafstorm was picking out something to eat from the fresh-kill pile, he decided on a pheasant.

When he offered to share the pheasant with the medicine cat, who gladly accepted his offer.

As Leafstorm took a bite and tore out the phesant's belly, he saw pebbles and alder bark present inside. A trail of leaves blew by as Leafstorm and the medicine cat stared at the pheasant.
