It's been a week already on this Island. We've gotten to talk and share a lot and we've now become like one big happy family. We usually help each other with the activities and projects. There was a submission of our progress and we all did it on time. The couple captains have become like our big sister and big brother at home. Always by our sides and always supporting us.

So yesterday at dinner, captain Natasha said that she has an announcement to make the following days. So today the bell rang informing us all that we are needed downstairs. We rushed down and went over to the lounge room and everyone took their respective position.

The captains arrived last and also sat amongst us. We greeted each other and waited for the announcement to be made. Captain Nathan said, "it's been a week and we have come to know each other quiet well by now. So Tasha wanted to talk about voting for the queen. Let's listen to her for more."

"Hey guys! We had Decided that we'll vote for the queen after the day of your submission but we saw that you are busy and also you needed time to know each other and we think that this is the right time to vote for our queen and also crown her. What do you think guys?"  Natasha said and everyone was cheering. It was a good time for a rest and games as well since no one will be doing a project and we all will be together.

Everyone agreed and captain Natasha started giving us the instructions, "we'll need the participants from the girls. So girls who wants to go for the title of Queen?"  Sophia and Arya rose their hands and Natasha wrote down their names and she asked if anyone else wanted to enter and Jake and Sophia shouted my name, "Pinky join them!" I looked at them with big wide eyes and shakes my head denying them but Nathan said, "just join it's going to be fun!" So I nodded my head and Natasha wrote my name too.

Natasha went ahead to tell us the instructions, "so the participants are Sophia, Arya and Pinky. The voting will be in the evening. There will be activities all day long. The three participants, you have to convince everyone present including me and Nathan to vote for you, no specific time for that but make sure it's before the voting time. Then we'll be in the games room today. We'll play the games and other creative games we'll come up with them. Are you guys ready? Let's hear an applause!" We all clapped and got up to go change into our sports kits and head towards the games room.

I wore my Adidas grey leggings and a white long sleeves grey shirt and picked up white Nike sports shoes and tied my hair into a ponytail. Then went downstairs and headed directly to the games room which had because very familiar since we always go in there whenever we are bored.

Everyone was in the room and Natasha opened a big mat that had the snakes and ladder game printed on it. We different colors of the pawns and Regan was selected to move them when one had thrown the dice. The game began and everyone was already in the game I was left with Nathan and Sneha out. They were laughing at us because we hadn't scored a six using the dice for us to join the game. They were going up the ladders and going down when eaten by the snakes. Everyone was laughing and shouting then I also got six and joined them. Later Sneha and Nathan joined us. The first person to complete the game was Robert then Ajit and Jane and then I and then Nathan, Mohan, Sophia, Natasha and Arya come out last. She was dissappointed but we told her it's just  the first game she shouldn't be discouraged.

The second game was ludo. It was really challenging. We had to play only four of us. The three participants and Regan who didn't play snakes and ladder. The rest were to cheer for us and laugh out loud when we were blocked or defeated. I took home three powns and was only remaining with one to complete the game but Regan blocked my way so I couldn't move again. Sophia won the game then follows by Arya, me an Regan come last. We pulled his ears and hair made fan of him and we decided to go for basketball now. I was more than happy since it's my favorite.

We were divided into two teams and took our position and the game began . The referee was Mohan. We played an I scored two each six points. The other team were cursing my presence in a rival team. The other team scored three, two four points and one two points so they had ten points and we had twelve points. Nathan played foul and was removed from my team and then Jack who was from the opponent team, fell down and hurt his leg but there was no substitute so we played with less one on both teams and my team won. We had fifteen and the other team had twelve points.

We decided to go for a quiz for the  three participants. It was just on random aspects. Nathan would be asking questions in sports, Ajit would be asking questions on Hindi movies, series and songs which she was a dying fan of, and Natasha would ask questions on current affairs of the world. The questions were not directly for a specific person, the one who rises her hand first would answer and if answered correctly then they'll have five points awarded.

We began and Nathan asked questions like who is the best player in golf? Who won the last ballondor in football? Which team won the last FIFA 2019? Which team does Christano Ronaldo play for? Ajit asked the name of the famous actor that India lost in the year 2020? The movie "student of the year 2"was acted by who? The famous movie of Tiger Shroff? Two different series that are related and the actresses of both series are acting like sisters? Then it was Natasha's time,she asked who's the current president of USA ? Which country in Africa leads in tourism? The largest continent in the world? Who's the current president of South Africa? Who's the famous lawyer of ICC?

Sneha was the one recording the scores and when the game of Q&A was over, she gave the results and I had won followed by Arya and Sophia come last. We took a break for lunch. That's when I bumped into Natasha and she asked me, "how's your campaigning going on?"

"Oh I haven't started yet. I think I shouldn't force someone to vote for me. The one who likes me will vote for me." I them left to the kitchen to get an energy drink.

The day went on and we played cards and also we played hide and seek like kids. Ajit served us snacks while playing and when I was helping him returns the trays to the kitchen he told me, "am seriously going to vote for you!" I felt happy and said thanks to him.

When I went back to my position, Robert was sitting next to me. He leaned towards me and said, "I haven't forgotten the first day we come here and you saved my life. Am voting for you." I looked at him and we both started laughing remembering that first day and I also thanked him.

Evening come and we started voting. Even the participants were allowed to vote either for yourself or for another participant. Natasha had arranged a secret ballot method so that we'll come to know the winner at the end. She and Nathan went to count the votes of each participants and later come to the lounge room with results.

"So the results are here guys! Are you all ready? Our three participants are you ready for the results?" She was getting us anxious instead of just giving the name. She went ahead and said, "ok chill guys! We have one coming last and the remaining two have a tie. So Arya come last with only two votes and Sophia and Pinky have a tie of five votes each!"

"Now what do we do?"that was the question in everyone's mind and before anyone could ask, Natasha answered,"so we'll have to do a second round of the voting but just for the two, Sophia and pinky. C'mon guys be quick and start voting!"

After another twenty minutes, she come out of the games room where we have been voting all this time. She was happy and had a big smile on her face. "Ok the final results are out! We have Pinky leading with eight votes and Sophia having four votes! Congratulations pinky and thank you so much for participating, Sophia and Arya."

"Hip hip!" "Hurray!" There was noise everywhere, people jumping and shouting and just then I was raised and I was sitting on the shoulders of two people. I gasped but couldn't say anything.

"Get me downnnn! Am scared I'll call!" I shouted and everyone started laughing again.

"Don't worry Queen. Your loyal servants are here to protect you, right everyone?" It was Jack and he's none ending jokes.

Then Nathan and Natasha come with a tiara and everyone kept quiet and waited for the queen to be crowned. Jane who was standing behind me, pushed me forward a bit and I looked at her but she just bursted laughing. Natasha called for me and I went over to her.

"This tiara is a white gold and diamond tiara. It's a real one. Your university bought it for the queen of this lot to be crowned. Are you ready to be crowned my Queen?" Natasha finished with a tone of a servant asking the owner permission to do something which made me laugh out loud since she's the owner here. I nodded my head and when she was about to put the crown, I turned to look at everyone and everyone had their phones in their hands recording the whole activity. I thought of being creative so I gave them a smile and waved my hand before turning back to captain Natasha and she kept the crown on my head and she took two steps back and bowed. I raised my hand an indication for her to stand and everyone in the room started laughing like crazy.  Everyone come to hag me and congratulate me and I told Mohan to send me the video and pictures he took of my crowning.

We were excuses to go rest a bit in our rooms as Ajit prepares dinner for us. I went to my room and found Sophia already sitting on the bed with her phone. "Hey Sophia! What do you think of this tiara? Good right?" She nodded her head and didn't say anything, she didn't even look up from her phone.

I stood in front of the wall mirror and looked at my reflection. I had a real tiara on my head and I was wearing my sports kit. I laugh at myself silently and took out my iPhone and took pictures of myself with my Awkward clothe with a tiara and then I sent the pics to my parents and just then Mohan sent me the video. I watched it and laughed out loudly at how I waved my hand like a real princess who was about to be crowned. I then sent the video to mom, dad, Tiger and Jerry. I think they'll enjoy it since it's been a long time since I've seen them. I then took off the tiara and kept it in my closet. And turned to look at Sophia who was also looking at me. She had a certain emotion on her face that I couldn't name it. It scared me.
